Therefore, pesantren need curriculum and learning management that follows the needs of the times and becomes a bridge for achieving the vision and mission of the institution. This article seeks to understand the form of curriculum and learning management in the context of modernizing the education and learning governance system in line with the times at Tarbiyatul Mu'allimien Al-Islamiyah (TMI) Al-Amien Prenduan. The approach used in this study is a qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. At the same time, the data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis technique of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which consists of data condensation, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show that the distinctiveness of the modernization of Islamic educational institutions through curriculum management and learning at Tarbiyatul Mu'allimien Al-Islamiyah (TMI) Al-Amien Prenduan is carried out through external benchmarking activities in the fields of curriculum development and learning, curriculum development and program variations, and organizing education compelling character. The application of curriculum and learning management at TMI Wanita Al-Amien Prenduan also refers to three essential activities in students' daily lives. The attitude of responsibility will be seen in how students carry out their duties and obligations optimally the responsibility of students in learning is still a problem. In a study conducted on grade 8 students in a private school in the Tangerang area, it was found that student responsibility was low. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The research results show that numbered head together model carries student-centered learning by applying 4 stages. The planning and numbering stage is the stage that supports the next stage. At the stage of thinking together, students have discussions in groups so that there is an increase in responsibility to be active in discussions. At this stage, students work on worksheets with focus and caution so that students’ responsibilities in doing assignments carefully also increase. In the answering stage, students will be randomly selected based on the numbers on their respective worksheets so that students are ready to be called because students are already responsible for completing the assigned tasks on time. Thus, the government must pay great attention to the professional qualifications of teachers. This study aims to understand government policies for improving the quality of teachers. This study uses a mixed-method approach by combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The population of this study was all teachers in Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. While the samples used were teachers at SDN 001 Lima Kaum District, SD 07 Sungai Jambu Pariangan District, SDN 01 Gurun Sungai Tarab District, and SDN 03 Rambatan, Rambatan District. The research results found that the professional teacher quality level was still quite good. The results also show that the level of professional quality of teachers is still quite good. Some adaptations had been done at UPI Laboratory School/s but no study has been conducted to assess its practice and success. Using the sequential exploratory mixed-method with the CIPP Stufflebeam model as a research framework, three teachers and 112 students from two UPI Laboratory Senior High Schools participated in this project. In-depth interviews were conducted with teachers, while online questionnaires were independently developed, validated, and distributed to students. It can be concluded that historical empathy in online learning at UPI Laboratory School/s; 1) is contextually appropriate to the conditions, resources, and needs of the institution and teachers but only part of the participants or students; 2) For Input section, aspects of the ability and capacity of teachers need to be improved; 3) As Process section, the teacher's workload and time constraints are the obstacles faced, and 4) in the Product section, the level of satisfaction among the participants varies with the theoretical aspects, dominating the practical outcomes of historical empathy-based learning. Penelitian ini terdiri tas dua subfokus yaitu  pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning dan penerapan blended learning  tersebut pada mata pelajaran IPS. \u0000Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang terdiri dari 1 orang guru mata pelajaran IPS, dan 10 peserta didik. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi seperti ini sudah diterapkan oleh sekolah dan dinilai efektif oleh guru dan juga peserta didik. (2) peserta didik lebih tertarik dengan pembelajaran blended learning  dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran E-learning. Masih ada siswa yang belum mampu mengikuti aturan yang ada di kelas dan menunjukkan perilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki (off task behavior) seperti berjalan di dalam kelas saat ada guru, berbicara dengan temannya, melamun, tidur dan lain sebagainya selama pelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menurunkan off task behavior dengan menggunakan metode sosiodrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one-group pre-test-post-test design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 siswa di SMP RA Jakarta yang memiliki skor tertinggi pada hasil pre-test. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala off task behavior yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan indikator dari off task behavior dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji t-test. Bahasa memiliki peranan penting bagi kehidupan manusia karena manusia karena manusia selalu berinteraksi dengan sesamanya. Selebihnya, dalam berbahasa perlu mempertimbangkan perasaan orang lain agar komunikasi menjadi lancar. Penggunaan kesantunan berbahasa memungkinkan transaksi sosial berlangsung tanpa mempermalukan penutur dan mitra tutur. Namun di zaman yang modern ini kesantunan tidak lagi diperhatikan secara penuh. Kadang-kadang terlihat dalam komunikasi jual-beli daring atau online shoop yang tetap menggunakan bahasa secara santun tetapi memiliki makna yang berbeda yang dirasakan oleh mitra tutur. Hal ini akan berpengaruh pada situasi atau konteks komunikasi antara penjual dengan pembeli. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa dan tindak tutur dalam interaksi jual beli online shoop di Fazia Store Banjarmasin. \u0000Selanjutnya penelitian ini digolongkan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan data berupa kata-kata yang memfokuskan pada penunjukan makna, mendeskripsikan suatu fenomena yang dikaji oleh peneliti. Adapun, hasil penelitian  ini menunjukkan jumlah tuturan yang ditemukan sebanyak 9 tuturan yang menggunakan prinsip kesantunan. Prinsip kesantunan yang dimaksud meliputi maksim kebijaksanaan sebanyak 2 tuturan, maksim kedermawanan sebanyak 1 tuturan, maksim penghargaan sebanyak 2 tuturan, maksim kesederhanaan sebanyak 1 tuturan, maksim permufakatan sebanyak 2 tuturan, dan maksim kesimpatiansebanyak 1 tuturan. \u0000Hal ini menunjukkan penutur dan lawan tutur di dalam interaksi lebih banyak memaksimalkan maksim kebijaksanaan, penghargaan, dan pemufakatan dalam berinteraksi. Selebihnya, jenis tindak tutur yang ditemukan sebanyak 7 tuturan. Jenis tindak tutur yang dimaksud  meliputi lokusi sebanyak 1 tuturan, ilokusi sebanyak 4 tuturan, dan perlokusi sebanyak 2 tuturan. Jenis tindak tutur yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah tindak tutur ilokusi. Masalah ini disebabkan karena guru masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional sehingga siswa kurang bisa ikut andil dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini tentu belum mampu dalam membangkitkan motivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar. Dengan ini peneliti ingin melihat apakah dengan menggunakan media Interaktif dan media WhatsAppdalam proses pembelajaran akan mempengaruhi nilai siswa sehingga terjadi perbedaan hasil belajar. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode komparasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes hasil belajar dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI OTKP-2 sebanyak 23 siswa dan kelas XI BDP-3 sebanyak 24 siswa. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa; (1) Nilai rata-rata kelas XI OTKP-2 sesudah dilaksanakan proses belajar mengajar dengan memanfaatkan media Interaktif memperoleh ketegori “baik” dengan nilai 84,5. (2) Nilai rata-rata kelas XI BDP-3 sesudah dilaksanakan proses belajar mengajar dengan memanfaatkan media WhatsAppmemperoleh ketegori “cukup” dengan nilai 80,1. (3) Hasil output dari uji t independent sampel t test adalah sebesar 0,003 yang artinya < 0,005 sehingga dalam penelitian ini H a diterima. Observations were made on students in Junior High Schools who received responses from their social environment. The aim is to find out the factors that are considered a peer. Furthermore, this article tries to reveal how students are rejected in their daily lives outside the classroom, before on matters not approved by the teacher. This research is a qualitative study using in-depth interviews to collect the data. The sample is using snowball sampling, then was analyzed by quantitative analysis. The results show that rejected student who have peer rejection tend to have aggressive behavior that disturbs their classmates. This group experienced rejection from its social environment because of bad habits and more often doing bullying (both verbally and physically).
