These two factors are critical to study because an imbalance between work and life may result in unprofessional behavior, and job dissatisfaction may also lead to unprofessionalism at work. The study utilized quantitative research methods, employing Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis techniques using AMOS version 22 software. Stratified random sampling was used to select 300 ASNs as respondents, and data were collected using professionalism, work-life balance, and job satisfaction scales. The results indicated that job satisfaction significantly mediated the relationship between work-life balance and professionalism. This study highlights the importance of job satisfaction as a mediator in maintaining the professionalism of ASNs and suggests the need for policies to improve work-life balance in order to enhance professionalism in the workplace. All the Malays there were Muslim, then the Europeans came with their Christianity, which was followed by most of the Batak people, the Indians brought Hinduism and Sikhism, and the Chinese brought Buddhism. East Coast Sumatra is a pluralistic region, but there has never been a conflict between ethnicities or religions. Very interesting. However, the reality of the religious life of the people at that time had never been revealed in detail. Furthermore, during the 1930 census it was recorded that there were 4.293 Europeans in Medan and 2.001 of them were women, but their presence in the religious sphere has not been exposed. Therefore, this study aims to narrate the image of colonial women in religion in East Coast Sumatra. The images of colonial women in this study are all forms of mental, spiritual, and daily behaviour expressed by women in religion, including the outward appearance that appears in women and their religious activities in East Coast Sumatra in the period 1870-1942. This will no longer be indifferent to the opportunity for the Percut Sei Tuan Police to resolve traffic violations peacefully by accepting bribes from the public. This research is a type of descriptive research. The data in this study is primary data or data collected by the researchers themselves. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, questionnaires, and observation as well as literature. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the motives that cause people to bribe in completing fines to the Percut Sei Tuan Police are internal factors: traffic violations are considered normal, public awareness is low, people want to be practical, people are lazy through official procedures following ticket trials or paying fines to banks is difficult and requires a long process. External factors: economy, sense of kinship.
