The increase in technology usage areas and rate in online platforms is one of the most important reasons for the security requirement. Today, the active use of information technologies is seen in many sectors, such as health, tourism, education, transportation, communication, and banks. Companies operating in these sectors may suffer severe financial losses, and their reputations may be damaged in case of possible cyber-attacks. This situation makes corporate information security an important topic. Cyberattacks on companies can be implemented with various methods and techniques. It can be grouped as social engineering, physical attacks, and web application attacks. In this study, cyber-attack threats that institutions are exposed to were examined. The study aims to investigate the possible attacks that can be carried out on institutions. With the development of different vaccines, it was aimed to end the epidemic and increase community immunity in the past years. The research reduced public anxiety but the extent of the impact of vaccines in the pandemic is should be under investigation. Because the degree of availability of the COVID-19 vaccines was differing both nationally and globally. This makes it important to investigate how effective vaccination is on the epidemic. The main aim of this study is to investigate the possible recovery impact of vaccination on the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey. In addition, the rates of severe disease during the first 3 doses of vaccination were also examined in this study. The analyses are conducted based on Spearman, Kendall and Pearson's correlation by using the data of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey. Digital Human Resources Management System (HRMS) refers to the systems and processes at the intersection between ICT and HRM. Most vendors, marketing professionals, and analysts in the industry change the use of these terms and use them as synonyms when promoting HR technologies. In fact, the digital human resources system differs from other existing systems (HRIS and HCM). The digital human resources management system offers businesses the opportunity to create sustainable competitive advantages. The study aims to contribute to the literature by revealing the difference of the digital human resources system from the existing systems with the literature review method, and introducing the system features in detail to the countries and businesses that have not yet adopted this system. For this purpose, digital human resources management systems serving with 100% web technology in America and Germany, where digital HRM is most developed, were compared and their differences were examined. For this reason, the demand and development efforts for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that minimize the human factor have gained great importance and speed in our country as well as all over the world. The navigation of drones is controlled remotely in some applications, while mostly controlled by built-in autopilot controllers. These systems activate the control surfaces in line with the data they receive from the sensors on the aircraft. As with all electronic systems, a fault in these vehicles can have serious consequences. Faults in vehicles cause loss of effectiveness and even complete loss of the control surface on the control surfaces that allow the basic movements of the aircraft to be performed. Therefore, detecting faults in advance or instantly and controlling the system without problems has been a major research and development issue. In this study, the loss of effectiveness in actuators that may occur in fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles is focused on the diagnosis of faults. Various background sounds in videos could be classified with high success with deep learning and machine learning techniques. In this way, semantically enriched video scenes can be depicted. This work contains the process of developing a convenient deep learning neural network model for environmental sounds recognition. In training the developed model, ten main categories have been chosen from a dataset that has various data to test the model's prediction power by experiment. From the limited data available, first, spectrograms have been produced and then, these spectrograms have been enriched by the help of data augmentation techniques. In this way, attribute diversity that was gained from data has been increased. Also, with three different design approaches for training the model, source codes have been written. These codes have been created by using deep learning network model-based methods such as Convolutional Neural Networks, Long Short Term Memory, Gated Recurrent Unit. Seven different designed neural network models have been trained by experiments and achievement has been proved by tests. With the highest accuracy obtained from one of the generated models, approximately %87 of accuracy has been obtained. Artık yeni gelişen teknolojiler sayesinde rutin tıbbi kontrolleri ve diğer sağlık hizmetleri hastaneden ev ortamına taşınmaktadır. Bu teknolojiler içerisindeki Nesnelerin İnterneti yani IoT platformuna dayalı sağlık hizmetleri tıp alanında büyük öneme sahip olmaktadır. Günümüz koşulları nedeniyle ilaç veya herhangi bir sağlık takviyesi hapı alma rutini, toplumda yaygın bir durum haline gelmiştir. Yoğun günlük aktiviteler nedeniyle insanlar doğru zamanda ve doğru ilacı kullanacaklarını kolayca unutmaktadırlar [2]. Bu çalışmada, modern bir sağlık hizmeti olan IoT platformunda sensörleri kullanarak mobil uygulamaya dayalı akıllı bir ilaç kutusu oluşturmaktır. Böylece hastaların ilaçlarını doğru zamanda doğru oranda almasına yardımcı olmak için uyarı veren akıllı bir ilaç kutusu tasarlanmıştır. Mobil uygulama aracılığıyla ilaç alma zamanı programlanabilecektir. İlaç alma zamanı geldiğinde ilaç kutusunda led ışık ve sesli uyarı bildirimi yapılmasına yardımcı olacaktır. Kullanıcı, kutu üzerinde bulunan buton ile geri bildirim yapmadığı takdirde sistemde kayıtlı telefon numarasına arama veya sms bildirimi yaparak ilaç alımı tekrar hatırlatılmaktadır. Aynı zamanda android uygulamadaki bildirimler aracılığıyla hastanın akıllı telefonuna ilaçla ilgili güncellemeler de yapılabilecektir. It is aimed to pre-diagnose heart diseases in a short time without exposing the patient to detailed examinations and additional procedures such as electro-cardiography (ECG) or angiography. It is important to develop such assistive systems, especially in order to reduce the burden of experienced physicians and to assist inexperienced physicians and thus saving time. For this purpose, first, the heart sound is converted into an electrical signal, and amplification and filtering in both hardware and software is implemented. The heart sound signal is obtained digitally and displayed on the monitor in segmented form. One of the most important tasks of power electronics circuits in MEA is to convert aircraft variable frequency AC voltage to DC voltage of different level. Converters that perform the task are commonly known as \"rectifiers\". The aim of this study is to develop the grid synchronization code for a bidirectional three-phase active rectifier, which can meet the advanced requirements of more electric aircraft applications using digital signal processors.
