With the improvements we can make to image processing for this need, it is intended to achieve better quality and complete images and to translate black and white images into a color image, which may be one of the problems we face with older data, and to complete missing pixels. Thanks to the user interface developed in the study, it serves both as a user's ability to edit personal images and as a supporting tool for other studies. As a method, pre-processing, deep learning and training and retouching are used in order. One of the varieties of Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) architecture, the Pix2pix model has been developed as a way to transform from source image to target image. From this point of view, the Pix2pix model has been the ideal network for improvement and conversions of images. The highest performance result in experiments was achieved for indoor and outdoor classification with accuracy of 82%. In addition, the highest Structural Similarity Index Measure (SSIM) value was 0.9256 and the lowest Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) value was 65.11 dB when the average values were taken into account with the experiments to improve indoor colorization, outdoor colorization, human face colorization, image repair and image quality. The main purpose of the campus design is to provide a livable and comfortable environment. The comfortable campus environment has positive effects on users both physiologically and psychologically. Knowing the activity areas of the campus users and the distribution map of pedestrian movements to the spaces increases the success of the design plans. Therefore, the spaces within the campus should be placed in a certain planning and design order. In the study, it was tried to determine the spatial organization characteristics that affect the outdoor use of the campuses. It has been determined how students and academicians who use the outdoor spaces in the campuses interact in these spaces and to what extent these spaces are utilized. The integration value of the junction (1.453-1,709) located in the area of the Faculty of Agriculture and the private classrooms, which connects the campus in the east, west, north and south directions, and the axis that connects the campus in the east-west direction from the axes that the junction connects, and where the Rectorate, Engineering Faculty and Library are located along the line (1.453-1.709/1.24-1.3) integration value was high. Abstract – As all over the world, the climate parameters in which the most tangible consequences of the effects of global climate change that Turkey is observed, are changes in temperature and precipitation. In this study, changes in temperature and precipitation values were picked up from Afyonkarahisar, Burdur, Isparta, and Denizli meteorological stations located in the Burdur Basin, one of Turkey's 26 hydrological basins, were evaluated. Changes in climate parameters were determined by general averages and trends in standard deviation. According to the trends in standard deviations in the Burdur Basin, the annual average temperature was +13.18°C, the minimum +12.20°C, and the maximum +13.81°C. The pump and the cash register were separate units in old payment systems, and communication was provided via an interface. However, there are some security vulnerabilities in these systems due to the interface being separate from the cash register. In addition, it is known that due to the high fuel tax rates, significant losses occur due to tax evasion. Although the use of NG PRD has been made compulsory, no product in the market complies with the current legislation. Therefore, there is a need for these products to be developed for secure data communication in fuel pump cash registers, prevention of tax evasion, and monitoring of the informal economy in the fuel sector. This study aims to design and manufacture prototypes of NG PRDs and components for fuel stations in accordance with the technical guide of the HRA legislation. The antenna consists of modified slots with a lattice of 3 × 3 square conductive patches. Modes are selected and excited by modified slot by using characteristic mode analysis. Wideband characteristics are achieved thanks to the modified slots, leading to a new resonance. The circular polarization characteristics are generated by exciting via single feeding simultaneously. The positions of feeding are determined via characteristic mode analysis. Compared with conventional methods, the presented analysis can simplify the feeding structure and provided a compact antenna.
