The purpose of this study was to develop Adobe Animate-based interactive learning media about table manner. This study employed Research and Development by Thiagarajan (1974). The data were collected through interview and questionnaire (need analysis and feasibility measurement). The subjects were students and lecturers of Culinary Study Program. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis. Adobe Animate-based interactive learning media about table manner was needed by students and lecturers according to their needs. The developed media consists of front display (university logo, material topic, and four buttons linked to the next page), materials, videos, and quiz. The feasibility test result of the developed media according to the material experts, media expert and students was respectively 4.45 (very feasible), 4.4 (very feasible), and 4.44 (very high acceptability). With this study also we can have a figure of the lifestyle, needs and social conditions of street children. To have the findings of my study qualitative research method will be conducted. In accordance with the study objectives from the large areas only 1 authority member, 1 teacher, 5 admitted children and 5 dropped out children were selected as sample. I designed open-ended questionnaire and semi-structured interview to collect my data. The thematic analysis method was used for data analysis. I have a variation in findings because of using questionnaire for teacher and authority and interview for children. Moreover in commonly I can say the demographic conditions, lacking’s of parental care and guidance, lacking’s of Interest and awareness, lacking’s of facilities, lacking’s of economic support, effects of misguidances, lacking’s of proper relationship among program stuff with parents and children’s are major problems that disturbed the street children to continue their education. Considering the findings it can be recommended that increasing of education program or giving support with educational equipment is not enough to continue education in this marginal sector of society. It is more important to grow consciousness, make them understood the importance of education, giving them a link of better future through education and make a reliable environment between education program and parents-children. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The subjects used were media experts and material experts consisting of two lecturers and two automotive engineering experts. The object of this research is students and the media of electrical circuits. Data collection techniques in this study used the methods of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe with a periods of 6 months. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, the results of the study are in the form of the potential to make an electrical circuit for a motorcycle brake light system. The validation of learning media in this study obtained the average percentage value of the two validators of media expert I 100% and media expert II 90%. Furthermore, validation of the guidebook obtained the average value of the two validators material expert I 87% and material expert II 82%. In addition, the results of student responses with an average percentage value of 85%. Transdata Satkomindo Medan. Research conducted at PT. Transdata Satkomindo Medan Kec. Medan Sunggal, Medan City, North Sumatra, 20122 which will take place on July 15, 2021 until its completion. The research population is all the employees of the PT, totaling 37 employees and the sample used is a total sampling of all 37 employees. Test the research hypothesis using Multiple Linear Regression with 3 variables. The results of the descriptive statistical data analysis were obtained for the communication value with an average of 31.7 and the standard deviation of 2.33. Then the work motivation variable obtained an average value of 27.7 with a standard deviation of 1.77. The results of the t test are obtained, namely the communication T count is smaller than T table (0.202 < 1.30) with a significance level of 0.8> 0.05. In this study, Project-Based Learning will be designed in Computer Basics learning as a solution to make meaningful asynchronous Learning. Project-Based Learning was chosen because it has characteristics that are process-centred, problem-focused, combining the concepts of several components, both knowledge, disciplines, and field experience. The study subjects were college students of class Computer Basics, with a total of 11 students. There are two projects in this study with three steps which are planning the project, implementation the project, and evaluating the project. This study focuses more on the analysis of communication patterns between the executive (ie: Governor of Aceh Province) and the legislative (DPR) in carrying out their respective duties and functions in the context of development in Aceh Province, Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach aimed at describing the pattern of political communication between government institutions and analyzing the level of trust of the Acehnese people. The benefit of this study is to provide a formula for good and effective political communication with elites at various levels of institutions from the executive to the legislature. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the patterns of political communication between government institutions, namely the executive and legislative institutions, are personal communication patterns, informal communication patterns, family communication patterns, party or organizational communication patterns. All types of communication patterns are carried out between parties in carrying out interest lobbying and development policies in the Aceh Province, Indonesia. The methods used in this study use qualitative descriptive. This study was conducted at 43 high schools located in North Aceh Regency. The subjects in this study were all high school teachers in North Aceh Regency who numbered 86 teachers who taught chemistry subjects. The data collection techniques were observation, interview and questionnaire. The results showed that as many as 25 teachers (29%) did not use and utilize ICT in the learning process, this is due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the availability of ICT devices such as insufficient and adequate information availability, the unavailability of adequate LCDs, the unavailability of computers/computer laboratories (computers are only available for school administration activities), and obstacles that are often experienced, namely the difficulty of internet access and Unstable electricity. A total of 21 teachers (24%) do not understand how to use ICT in learning. A total of 40 teachers (47%) already used and utilize ICT in the learning process. The method used in this study is R & D (Research and Development) using the Borg and Gall models. Researchers carry out research from stages one to six. The technique of collecting data is in the form of distributing questionnaires. The validity of the module was measured based on the results of expert validation, the percentage obtained by material expert validation was obtained a value of 85.49% was in the appropriate category, media expert validation obtained a value of 89.49% was in the very feasible category and the response of class XI students of welding technique was obtained a value of 79, 51% are in the eligible category. Based on the results of the validator's assessment of the module, the module is declared very feasible. Responses are measured based on students' assessment of the products developed. The existence of the Mangrove Forest is very important in addition to being a source of livelihood for the population, most of whom are fishermen, its function is also to protect coastal areas from increasingly severe coastal abrasion. The mangrove forest in this village is a mangrove forest that is managed jointly by the community to meet the needs of the community. Most of the village areas that are not mangrove forests are now converted into oil palm plantations or ponds which can damage mangrove ecosystems and coastal areas. This study aims to analyze the level of abundance, biomass, diversity and potential of fauna, distribution patterns of mangrove plants and fauna as well as the effect of conversion of mangrove diversity and the components contained therein on planted areas in the mangrove area to obtain data in Pematang Kuala Village, Teluk Mengkudu District, Serdang Be different. This research was conducted from January to March 2022. The study used data analysis techniques for diversity and abundance of the Shanon Winner index. There were 11 Mangrove species in total which were obtained at 3 research sites. Each research station is divided into 3 data collection, namely Trees, Trunks, and Seedlings. The population of this study were all permanent employees at the Medan Public Works Department as many as 30 people. And the sample used is the whole of the total population that is 100% with a total of 30 samples. From the results of the statistical test of the training measurement ratio carried out, the standard deviation value was 3.592. On the work motivation variable with a mean value of 43.30, the standard deviation is 3.44. on the employee performance variable with an average value of 34.10 and a standard deviation of 3.36.
