{"title":"Proses Perubahan Diri Seorang Teroris menjadi Aktivis Perdamaian","authors":"M. Syafiq","doi":"10.33557/jpsyche.v15i2.1564","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33557/jpsyche.v15i2.1564","url":null,"abstract":"This qualitative study was aimed at exploring  the  experience  of  a former  member of a terrorist organization in Indonesia who  have  left  his terrorist group and abandoned the extremist ideology. A life history method which focuses on the process of self-change and life transition of the former member of the terrorist group was employed A participant whose age is 40 years old and was a former active member of Jamaah Islamiyah (JI), a terrorist group, was recruited. He was captured in 2014 and served a sentence in prison for almost 4 years. He has been involved in counter-terrorism campaign organized by a non-government organization (NGO) since his release from prison until recently. Interviews were conducted to collect data which were then analyzed using a narrative analysis. Some written documents in the forms of articles and a published book produced by the participant as well as online news covering the participant’ stories were also examined. The findings inform how he became involved in the terrorist networks. The need for self-significance and adventurous experience seems to be the main drivers. After his capture, and during his imprisonment, he contemplated his participation in the terrorist networks. His meetings with religious experts and academicians facilitated by prison officers, and his awareness of burden he had inflicted on his family because of his terrorism case had opened his mind. He experienced a turning life moment which made him keeping distance from other terrorist inmates with the risk of receiving negative view from them. This research was conducted on teenagers in the tiktokcrew community to see the high and low peer conformity that affects the tendency to become addicted to tiktok social media. This study uses quantitative research methods, while the data collection used purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 152 subjects who became members of the tiktokcrew community. measurements were carried out using a Likert scale measuring instrument Analysis of the results of this study using SPSS version 20.0 analysis. there are regression results showing r = 0.824 r2 = 0.678 P = 000 (p <0.05). This has resulted in female adolescents in orphanages needing to have good resilience in order to be able to survive in difficult conditions. An important factor that affects resilience is trust. A sign of trust shown by someone is doing self-disclosure. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the relationship between self-disclosure and resilience in female adolescents in orphanages. The population in this study were female adolescents aged 15-18 years who lived in an orphanage. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 51 adolescents. The measuring instruments of this research include the Self-disclosure Scale and the Resilience Scale. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is an influence between gadget addiction on the behavior of class VIII students at Mts Ma'Ariful Ulum Talang Keramat Banyuasin. The population in this study was all students of class VIII as many as 110 students, the subjects of this study were 55 students and random sampling technique. Collecting data using addiction and behavior scales, data processing techniques using SPSS. The results of the regression analysis showed R square = 0.277, F = 20.286 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with N = 55 and an rtable of 0.266. This shows that addiction has an influence on behavior. While the research hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between Parental Attachment to Emotional Intelligence in adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach with a product moment correlation design. This research was conducted in Palembang City which consisted of 60 women and 70 men. The sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling technique because the sampling of population members is done randomly by selecting the criteria that have been set by the researcher. Data were collected through a parental attachment scale with 40 items referred to from the theory of Armsden and Greenbreg (2009). Emotional Intelligence Scale with 40 items from Goleman (2009). The category of adolescents who have parental attachment is included in the high category. The instrument validation technique uses content validity and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient reliability. The results showed that there was a relationship between parental attachment to emotional intelligence in adolescents with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). Data were analyzed using Product Moment Person correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a very significant relationship between Parental Attachment to Emotional Intelligence in Adolescents at SMA IBA Palembang rxy > rtable : 0.736 > 0.266, a significant level of 0.01, which means that the higher the attachment, the higher the Emotional Intelligence. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional product moment. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palembang yang terdiri dari 60 wanita dan 70 pria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling karena pengambilan sampel anggota populasi dilakukan secara acak dengan memilih kriteria yang telah ditetapkan peneliti. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala kelekatan orangtua dengan 40 item yang diacu dari teori Armsden dan Greenbreg (2009). Skala Kecerdasan Emosi dengan 40 item dari Goleman (2009). What factors affect the self-image of women who use e-cigarette wearing hijab, as well as how the self-image of women wearing e-cigarette wearing hijabs. This study uses a qualitative research design and uses a phenomenological approach to be able to see the self-image of women who use e-cigarettes. In this study, researchers used 6 sources. 2 people as research subjects, 2 people as the perpetrator informant and 2 informants know of each subject. The results of this study found that the self-image of the e-cigarette wearing hijab woman who has a self-image that is not much different. The first subject has four self-images, while the second subject also has four self-images from four self-image images. Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi citra diri perempuan berhijab pengguna rokok elektrik, serta bagaimana gambaran citra diri perempuan berhijab pengguna rokok elektrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif serta menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk dapat mengetahui citra diri perempuan berhijab pengguna rokok elektrik. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 6 sumber. 2 orang sebagai subjek penelitian, 2 orang sebagai informan pelaku dan 2 orang informan tahu dari masing-masing subjek. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa citra diri perempuan berhijab pengguna rokok elektrik memiliki citra diri yang tidak jauh berbeda. Subjek pertama memiliki empat citra diri, sementara subjek kedua juga memiliki empat citra diri dari empat gambaran citra diri. One of the psychosocial stages is early adulthood which has the task of forming intimacy. Erikson does not explain the transition from adolescence to young adulthood which is full of conflicts between self-expectations and the demands of the times. Erikson's theory was further developed by Arnett (2000) because there were changes in the times which resulted in the task demands in young adulthood changing. Arnett proposed a new developmental stage, namely emerging adulthood, an extended adolescent transitional phase, ranging from 18-29 years of age.Arnett's theory is further expanded by Robbins and Wilner (2001) to find the phenomenon of quarter life crisis, a phenomenon of anxiety about the future by 20-year-old adolescents who form independence both financially and in romantic relationships. This article contains a review of the views of adulthood that emerged in the 20th century and the life of the quarter-life crisis that is currently being discussed. The research method used is literacy studies by looking for the last 10 years of research on emerging adulthood. The results of the literacy study report that changes in social norms and technological advances have changed the structure of society so as to produce a new stage, namely emerging adulthood. Salah satu tahapan psikososial adalah masa dewasa awal yang memiliki tugas membentuk keintiman. Erikson tidak menjelaskan transisi masa remaja ke masa dewasa muda yang penuh dengan konflik antara ekspektasi diri dan tuntutan zaman. Teori Erikson dikembangkan lagi oleh Arnett (2000) karena ada perubahan zaman yang mengakibatkan tugas tuntutan di masa dewasa muda berubah. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees. Perceptions of career development variables and organizational commitment were measured using a scale. The subjects of this study were 48 contract employees, with the determination of the sample based on accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using Karl Pearson's product moment with SPSS version 20 for Windows. Based on the research results, it is known that the perception of career development with organizational commitment on contract employees. There is a significant positive correlation (r.0.813 with sig <0.05) between the variable perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees, namely 0.000 and the significance value is below / less than 0.05, this means that the higher (positive) the perception of career development, the higher employee commitment to the company and vice versa, the lower (negative) perceptions of employee career development, the lower employee commitment to the company. On the perception of career development has the most categories at low (negative) with a contribution of 50% and organizational commitment at most has a low category with contributions 46%. \u0000  \u0000Keywords:   Contract Employees, Organizational Commitment, Perceptions of Career Development. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak : Karyawan kontrak merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan dengan batasan waktu tertentu dan sewaktu-waktu dapat diberhentikan, hal ini mempengaruhi persepsi karyawan terhadap pengembangan karirnya pada perusahaan tersebut dan juga mempengaruhi komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan persepsi pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak. Variabel persepsi pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi diukur dengan menggunakan skala. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 48 karyawan kontrak , dengan penentuan sampel berdasarkan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan product moment karl pearson dengan program SPSS versi 20 for Windows.
