North Pontianak District is a center for growing spinach in Pontianak City with a planted area of 216 (ha) and production of 8,006 (ku) or around 76% of the total spinach production in the Pontianak City. There are two types of spinach that are most commonly cultivated in Siantan Hilir Village, North Pontianak District, namely spinach (Amaranthus tricolor). The purpose of this study was to analyze the pattern of marketing channels, marketing margins, farmer's share and efficiency of spinach marketing channels in Siantan Hilir Village, North Pontianak District, Pontianak City. The results indicate that there are 4 marketing channels of spinach. The lowest marketing margin value of spinach and the highest farmer's share is in channel 1, while the lowest margin and farmer's share are also found in channel 1. In Batang Tabik IA, although the water is quite large upstream, downstream the water is very small, even some of the farmers' land cannot be planted with rice, thereby reducing land productivity and farmers' income. In this condition, the role of farmers in irrigation management is very much needed to meet the water needs for their farming. This study attempts to describe and analyze the socio-economic dynamics and farmer institutions in Batang Tabik IA. This analysis can be a guide for efforts to increase the role of farmers in irrigation management. This study used a case study method with 84 samples of farmers from Nagari Sungai Kamuyang, Andaleh and Mungo. This research shows that mutual cooperation and irrigation management in Batang Tabik are still lacking, which can be seen from the large amount of garbage found in the canal and illegal collection in the canal. The average income of farmers in 1 planting season for one ha of land is Rp. 8,325,000 to 12,465,000. The majority of Water-Using Farmers' Association (WUFA) in Batang Tabik are less active and have not collected water fees, besides that (WUFA) do not have AD/ART, programs, work plans and  operations. It is necessary to enforce regulations regarding waste and illegal water collection. The decline is due to several factors, including youth’s assessment that the agricultural sector is unprofitable, less prestigious, and synonymous with poverty. It is necessary to know young farmers’ strategies who are still surviving in the agribusiness sector. This strategy can be used as a reference for young farmers individually or in groups in carrying out agribusiness activities. The Katenzo community is a farmer group in the Pangalengan sub-district consisting of young farmers. The Katenzo community has 13 members engaged in the horticulture sub-sector agribusiness, 13 members will be the informant in this case. This study aims to identify various internal and external factors that affect horticultural agribusiness development in the Katenzo Community. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with case study techniques to find out various in-depth data according to the object’s conditions and uniqueness. The research data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature study, then be analyzed using the IFAS, EFAS, IE, and SWOT matrix. Based on the results of the IFAS Matrix, the total score for the strengths and weaknesses of the Katenzo community is 2.564. The total score of the EFAS Matrix obtained from the threat and opportunity score is 2.534. Considering that Indonesia is an agricultural country where most population works as farmers in rural areas, attention to developing farmer economic capacity is important in efforts to improve the welfare of the community. Muhammadiyah as a religious-based community organization has carried out its ‘dakwah’ role through the development of agrarian communities in rural areas. This study aims to determine farmers characteristics associated with the level of this role through a quantitative research approach. The testing technique in this study was carried out using three-box method and chi-square Pearson on survey data was collected non-probability with the technique as purposive samples. The results show that Muhammadiyah plays very significant role as a learning class, a forum for cooperation, and a production unit for farmers in Bandung Regency. Farmer's age, education level, length of farming, and income level had positively related, and group experience was negatively related to Muhammadiyah's role as learning class. Education level and length of farming had positive relationship, and farmer's income level had negative relationship with Muhammadiyah roles as production unit. By implementing this innovation, agricultural land production could increase, and farmers will benefit from two different commodities, namely rice and fish. The involvement of mina padi farmer groups and support from the agricultural extension officer is needed to achieve maximum results in implementing of Mina padi cultivation. One of many areas that have already been implementing a mina padi farming system in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is Sumberagung Village, Moyudan District. In Sumberagung Village, there are 5 mina padi groups with a total of around 64 members that are still actively running mina padi business. The main aim of this study is to determine the sustainability of mina padi farming in Sumberagung Village, Moyudan District, Sleman Regency. The analytical framework used in this study is the Threats, Weakness, Opportunity, and Strength framework by analyzing the threats, weaknesses, opportunities, and strengths of the Mina padi group business activities. This analysis will provide a sustainable development strategy for the mina padi farming system in Sumberagung Village, Moyudan District. This study aims to analyze the level of adoption, the factors that influence the adoption, and the strategies to increase the adoption of using biological fertilizers. This research was held in the Villages of Sukajaya, Sukamulya</em><em>,</em><em> and Sukarindik, Bungursari district, Tasikmalaya City</em><em>,</em><em> from April to June 2021. The research sample</em><em>s</em><em> consisted of 71 farmers who were members of farmer groups. The sample</em><em>s</em><em> </em><em>were</em><em> determined by using slovin’s formula. The variables of this study consist of internal factors, external factors, characteristics of innovation</em><em>,</em><em> and the level of adoption. Primary data was collected </em><em>in</em><em> the questionnaire</em><em> form</em><em>. The data was processed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis</em><em>,</em><em> and SWOT analysis. The results of the study regarding the level of adoption of the use of biological fertilizers were in the medium category with </em><em>a </em><em>percentage of 49.3%. Factors that influence the level of adoption of biological fertilizers were formal education with a value of 0.026 <0.05, </em><em>the </em><em>relative advantage with a value of 0.001 <0.05</em><em>,</em><em> and </em><em>the </em><em>complexity with a value of 0.001 <0.05. The strategy to increase adoption using the SO strategy by maximizing to take advantage </em><em>of </em><em>farmer groups</em><em>’ </em><em>opportunities. Household is one of the sector</em><em>s</em><em> that impacted, and the conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic have been changing </em><em>especially</em><em> a decrease in the household consumption expenditure. The purpose of this research is </em><em>to understand</em><em> the </em><em>household </em><em>food consumption </em><em>pattern </em><em>and its relation with the characteristics of respondents. This research used </em><em>a </em><em>quantitative descriptive design with </em><em>a </em><em>survey method that located in RW 02 Drajat Sub-district, Cirebon City</em><em>,</em><em> on October-November 2020. The number</em><em>s</em><em> of research samples </em><em>are</em><em> 61 respondents consisting of housewives. The analysis method used is crosstabs method. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 15-64 years old, the number of family members is 3 </em><em>persons</em><em>, the household income per month before and during Covid-19 are IDR 2,000,000-IDR 3,000,000 and < IDR 1,000,000, the education achieved is senior high school or vocational high school, the job is as a housewife, and 62,30% jobs affected due to Covid-19. The household consumption patterns </em><em>have</em><em> been changing specifically a decrease in household food consumption expenditure on almost all food commodities except for consumption of vegetable commodities due to the rising prices. However, the amount of food and other non-food consumption tends to remain and decrease. The results showed that the household income and husband’s job have a relation with the household consumption patterns changing, it is indicated by the value of Asymp. Sig. One of the important indicators affecting the food security status of farmer households is income. This study aims to determine the amount of income obtained from </em><em>maize </em><em>farming and the value of household food security of </em><em>maize </em><em>farmers in the </em><em>Bulupountu </em><em>Jaya Village, </em><em>Sigi Biromaru </em><em>District, </em><em>Sigi </em><em>Regency.</em><em> </em><em>The research was conducted from July to September 2020. The analytical method used is a descriptive based on the farm household income, staple food needs, and local staple food prices. The results showed that the income received by maize farmers for one planting season was </em><em>IDR</em><em> 6,384,691.85/farmer or </em><em>IDR</em><em> 5,010,159.76/ha with revenue of </em><em>IDR</em><em> 10,182,692.31/ farmer or </em><em>IDR</em><em> 13,441,153.85/ha.</em><em> </em><em>Meanwhile, the total production cost incurred is IDR 3,798,000.46/farmer or IDR 5,010,159.76/ha. The study was conducted by means of observing the observation of activities carried out directly to the location of the study of the research object using the interview method with a questionnaire that was processed using a Likert Scale and New Seven Tools. The results showed that fishermen in Alue Naga Village strongly agree with the perceived climate change that impacts on activities and affects their survival as fishermen who depend their lives on the sea. Fishermen feel climate change and are aware of the impacts caused by interviews through a questionnaire that found that fishermen have not fully adapted to the impacts of climate change. So that organic rice farming is more promising to be developed. This study aims to determine the agribusiness developing strategy for organic rice in the Astorahayu Organic Farmers Community, Astomulyo Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. The analytical method</em><em>s</em><em> used </em><em>are</em><em> IFE, EFE, IE, Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities</em><em>,</em><em> Threats (SWOT)</em><em>,</em><em> and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analysis results show</em><em>ed</em><em> that the IFE matrix's weight is</em><em> </em><em>2.70</em><em>,</em><em> and the EFE matrix is</em><em> </em><em>2.35. The IE matrix is in a hold and maintains position with a market penetration strategy and product development.</em><em> </em><em>SWOT analysis produces 12 alternative strategies that can be applied for </em><em>organic rice</em><em> expansion. The AHP results show that the level of criteria </em><em>are</em><em> the main priority in developing organic rice </em><em>are</em><em> increasing marketing and institutionalization with a weight of 0.301. At the objective level, the primary importance of developing the organic rice agribusiness system is expanding the production capacity of organic rice with a weight of 0.508. At the actor level, the farmer in the Astorahayu organic paddy community with a weight of 0.435.
