The imbalance of large production quantities with the low market demand can cause price declines. In order not to experience losses, producers must be consumer-oriented. The aims of this study were to analyze the characteristics of consumers of pasteurized milk at the KUD Argopuro Dairy House and to analyze the effect of the attributes of pasteurized milk on consumers. The research method used descriptive analysis to answer the first purpose and conjoint analysis for the second purpose. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. Characteristics consumers of pasteurized milk at the KUD Argopuro Dairy House were mostly women, aged 21 until 25 years, with a high school equivalent final education level, dominated by students, with a monthly income of less than Rp500.000. Consumers prefer chocolate-flavored pasteurized milk in 1.000 ml plastic bottles for Rp6.000. Consumers consider is the taste of the milk, the size of the package, the type of packaging, and the price. West Pasaman Regency is one of the regions that implements land redistribution and encourages the use of certificates as collateral to access capital. There were 871 land redistribution certificates used for collateral in 2009 - 2018 (7.79%). West Pasaman Regency is currently in the fourth position with the highest number of poor people in West Sumatra Province. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital utilization on public welfare. The methods of analysis used were quantitative with surveys and the data analysis technique used was a correlation. In general, the majority (75%) of utilization of land redistribution certificates to obtain loans were related to agricultural activities. The role of certificate collateralization in reducing poverty was indicated by the slight drop of poverty proportion from 12% before the use of land-certificate for obtaining loan to 7% afterwards. The Covid-19 pandemic caused tobacco exports in 2020 to decrease by 6.41% or 2,134 tons. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to research the competitiveness of tobacco exports during the Covid-19 pandemic in the main destination countries. The method of determining the location used is a purposive method, namely in Belgium, Singapore, Dominican Republic, Sri Lanka, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States. The data used is time series data for 38 months starting from August 2018 to September 2021. The analysis methods used are IIT (Intra Industry Trade), RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage), and EPD (Export Product Dynamic). The results showed a) IIT analysis, that most countries experienced a decline during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the use of corporate farming model agriculture is a new opportunity to overcome the risk of national rice production. Especially at this time, the rice fields are getting narrower due to the conversion of functions into agro-tourism, housing, industry, and services. The purpose of this research is to estimate the production risk and farmers' behavior towards the risk of rice farming with the corporate farming model in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. The result of this research shows that the risk of production of the corporate farming model is high with a variability of 50.45. This means that the corporate farming model of rice farming faces the risk of major crop failure. Factors that influence the increase in production risk are SP-36 fertilizer and pesticides, while land area, Urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, and labor have the potential to reduce production risk but have no significant effect. Farmers' behavior towards the risk of farming with the corporate farming model is risk aversion. The sampling method is based on the availability of cayenne pepper price data over a period of 4 years (2017 to 2020). The type of data source in this study is secondary data, namely data on the price of cayenne pepper at the producer, wholesaler, and consumer levels. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative. The quantitative method uses cointegration analysis and ECM (error correction model). The results show that the cayenne pepper market in Gorontalo Province has been integrated iboth i!in the short and long term between farmers and marketing institutions/ wholesalers, marketing institutions/ wholesalers and consumers, and between consumers and farmers. That is, if there is a change in the price of cayenne pepper at the consumer level, it will be transmitted to the level of marketing institutions/wholesalers. And if there is a change in the price of cayenne pepper at the wholesaler level, it will be transmitted to farmers. Kumpeh subdistrict can potentially provide business red chili commodities with the most significant harvest and production area. The availability and condition of the land support for red chili farming. This study aims to optimize production factors in red chili farming and analyze business risks farmers face in growing red chili peppers. This research was conducted in Kumpeh District of Muaro Jambi Regency with sample areas, namely Mekar Sari Village and Maju Jaya Village. The number of samples in this study was 118 farmers. The determination of sample farmers is done using random sampling techniques. Optimization analysis of red pepper farming factors was conducted using the Cobb-Douglas production function with economic efficiency criteria on production factors. Meanwhile, the amount of business risk is calculated from the measure of the coefficient of variation and the lower-income limit. The results showed that farmers in the research area's use of land production, fertilizers (NPK, KCL, SP36, manure), and pesticides (liquid and solid) in red chili farming had not achieved economic efficiency. Economically, a farmer's optimum production is greater than the amount he uses. Similarly, the use of labor production factors that are not economically efficient. Meanwhile, the coefficient of variation in red chili income is worth more than 0.5. This condition causes the lower limit of income that may be received to be negative. Red chili farming in the research area is not safe from possible losses. Paddy farmers are currently facing the threat of declining farm productivity due to land conversion activities, access to inputs that are difficult to reach, and climate change. However, productivity can be increased through the use of fertilizer inputs and agricultural machinery. Government support for paddy farmers is provided through input subsidies and agricultural machinery. Therefore, this study explores the effect of input subsidies and agricultural machinery on paddy productivity. We selected 20 provinces with the highest proportion of paddy fields to the total area. Feasible Generalized Least Squares (FGLS) analysis is used to determine the effect of subsidies on fertilizers and agricultural machinery on paddy productivity in Indonesia. The results showed that input subsidies were mostly allocated to Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi islands, while agricultural machinery was allocated more to Sulawesi and Nusa Tenggara islands. FGLS analysis shows that the area of irrigated land, subsidies for urea fertilizer, subsidies for NPK fertilizers, subsidies for ZA fertilizers, and grants for 2-wheel tractors affect increasing paddy productivity.
