The peculiarities of the main phenological phases, biomorphological and reproductive indicators are studied, the information on agrotechnics of basil cultivation in culture in the Bashkir Cis-Urals (Ufa) is given. The studies of the biological features of the above basil taxa were carried out in 2021–22. in the South Ural Botanical Garden-Institute of the UFRC RAS at the collection site of aromatic plants (Aromatic Garden). It has been established that under conditions of introduction in the Bashkir Cis-Urals, basil taxa undergo a complete cycle of life development, including the formation of full-fledged seeds. Plants grow perfectly, develop, form a welleveloped aboveground mass. They determined the species composition and geographical origin of rodents in each landscape. A total of 23 species were recorded in three landscapes. Nineteen species are present in one landscape, 17 species in each of the other two landscapes (I, II). In two of the explored landscapes, the species of the Western Asia group predominate. In each of the three landscapes, there are 12 identical rodent species. Specific species also occur in the two landscapes. Rattus norvegicus, an invasive species, was recorded only in the meadow and forest-meadow landscapes of moderately dissected intermontane plains and ravines. The most significant number of specific species were recorded in broad-leaved forest and forest-steppe meadow-shrub landscapes of sharply dissected middle mountains (Chionomys gud; Microtus daghestanicus; Sciurus anomalus). The growing differences in rural areas in terms of social and economic development reduce the efficiency of the spatial organization of Russia’s economy, affect food security and form an environment of focal and fragmented development in traditionally agrarian regions. The spatial structure of Russia’s economy includes both depressive rural areas and quite successful ones showing stable economic growth. This largely depends on the density of the population, the development of social, engineering and transport infrastructure in rural areas, and the differentiation and sustainability of the regional economy. In order to make effective management decisions, the regional and municipal management system needs to develop a methodology for assessing the socioeconomic development of rural areas based on the quality of living standards. This requires the development of appropriate management tools, which makes the results of our research, tested on the example of the village of Vodorazdel in the Stavropol Territory, very relevant. The development of marals at an early age largely determines the additional economic value of these animals. The study’s objective is to assess the productive qualities of maral fawns of the Novotalitskaya line of the Altay-Sayan breed. The work was carried out at the maral farms (Pokrovka, Sentelek, and Aba) of the Experiment Station “Novotalitskoe” at “Federal Altai Scientific Center for Agrobiotechnologies during the period of velvet antler cutting in July 2020. The researchers assessed two hundred sixty-six fawns having their first antlers. They found that the average velvet antler productivity among the fawns of the Novotalitskaya line was 1.5±0.03 kg. The velvet antlers had the following parameters: trunk length – 35.8±0.41 cm, trunk girth – 12.4±0.08 cm, supraorbital process length – 16.1±0.30 cm, icy process length – 15.0±0.36 cm, middle process length – 11.1±0.32 cm, bifurcation depth – 1.9±0.07 cm. 84.7% of the fawns had round antlers, 9.0% had boot-shaped antlers, and 6.3% had fork-shaped antlers. In the course of the studies, the authors put forward a hypothesis that the foliar use of nitrogen-containing agrochemicals can significantly increase the productivity of maize. They assessed the economic efficiency of foliar application of conventional nitrogen fertilizer (urea) and new nitrogen-containing agrochemicals to maize hybrids of different ripeness groups. The study purpose was to make a comparative effectiveness assessment of the foliar feeding of maize hybrids belonging to different ripening groups with urea as well as organic fertilizer Batr 40 Azot and antistressant stimulant Vuksal Aminoplant. The studies were conducted on the experimental field of the All Russian Research Institute of Maize located at a distance of 3 km from the Pyatigorskiy settlement in the Prdgorniy District of the Stavropol Krai, at an altitude of 541 m above sea level, 44° north latitude, 43° east longitudes in a zone of sufficient moisture. The effect of two factors was studied in the field experiment: factor A – maize hybrids, factor B – foliar fertilization. The varieties used in the study of factor A included early ripening maize hybrid Mashuk 185 MV (FAO 180), mid-early ripening maize hybrid Mashuk 220 MB (FAO 220), and mid-ripening maize hybrid Mashuk 355 MB (FAO 350). The following options were studied Ь as factor B: without fertilizers; foliar application of Batr 40 Azot (3.0 l/ha), Vuksal Aminoplant (1.5 l/ha), and urea (N10). It was found that in the zone of sufficient moisture on the ordinary carbonate thick heavy loamy chernozem of the Stavropol Krai foliar application of nitrogencontaining fertilizers had a positive effect on the growth and productivity of maize hybrids. On average for 2018–2020, foliar feeding of plants in the phase of 7–8 leaves with agrochemicals Batr 40 Azot (3.0 l/ha) and Vuksal Aminoplant (1.5 l/ha) increased the yield of green mass of hybrid Mashuk 185 MV by 3.63–3.97 t/ha (11–12%); the yield of green mass of the hybrid Mashuk 220 MV increased by 6.85–7.46 t/ha (24–26%); the yield of green mass of the hybrid Mashuk 355 MV increased by 4.63–5.05 t/ha (14–16%). The grain yield of the hybrid Mashuk 185 MV increased by 0.21–0.47 t/ha (3–8%); the grain yield of the hybrid Mashuk 220 MV increased by 0.37–0.49 t/ha (7–9%); the grain yield of the hybrid Mashuk 355 MV increased by 0.30–0.33 t/ha (5–6%). Fertilizing maize hybrids with agrochemicals Batr 40 Azot (3.0 l/ha) and Vuksal Aminoplant (1.5 l/ha) at a dose of N10 provided higher green mass and grain yield as compared to urea (carbamide). The mid-early ripening hybrid Mashuk 220 MB was most responsive to foliar application of nitrogen-containing fertilizers. The costs of using fertilizers Batr 40 Nitrogen (3.0 l/ha), Vuksal Aminoplant (1.5 l/ha), and urea (N10) for foliar dressing were compensated by the income received. The state promotes the planting of new vineyards by providing subsidies for for the establishment of vineyards and the care of young plantings. Favorable conditions are created for the competitiveness of domestic winegrowing products. Another vector of agricultural development is the growing popularity of organic farming products farming in the world. The Federal Law No 280-FZ “On Organic Products and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” was adopted and entered into force on January 01, 2020. The principles of organic production are increasingly spread in viticulture production. Consequently the cultivation of resistant grape varieties is of great importance, because classic European varieties require repeated pesticide treatments to protect crops and plants from diseases. The purpose of the research is to assess qualitative composition of wine materials of a group of new resistant grape varieties for the production of red wines. The research involved the following resistant wine grape varieties by VCR breeding with red berry color: Merlot Early, Merlot Khorus, Cabernet Volos, Cabernet Eidos. Merlot variety served as the control. The origin of varieties is complex interspecific. The evaluation of the varieties of a new generation was carried out according to the methods generally accepted in viticulture and winemaking. When assessing the elemental composition of wine materials, quantitative parameters of the presence of 27 mineral elements in leaves and wine materials were established. It was found that potassium (1329.0–1877.0 mg/l) is in the first place in terms of content in wine materials, followed by sulfur, calcium, magnesium, silicon, phosphorus, sodium, boron, iron, copper, manganese, zinc. A significant excess of the content in the leaves and wine materials of the control variety compared with the experimental varieties was established by the content of iron, sodium, sulfur, phosphorus. The evaluation of the ecological state of soils in terms of enzymatic activity during the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons contamination is very informative. The activity of enzymes of the oxidoreductases and hydrolases classes in chernozem is most sensitive to contamination by heavy metals, pesticides, and other types of anthropogenic impact. The informativeness and sensitivity of enzymes during the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons-contaminated soils have not been adequately studied. Materials and methods. The activity of seven enzymes of oxidoreductases and hydrolases classes of petroleum hydrocarbons-contaminated soils after the application of biochar, sodium humate, nitroammophos and Baikal EM-1 was studied. In 90 days from the moment the ameliorants were introduced into the soil, the enzymatic activity of soils was evaluated by changes in the activity of catalase, dehydrogenases, peroxidases, ferrireductases, invertase, urease, and phosphatases. The integral indicator of soil biological activity (IIBA) and the geometric mean enzymatic activity of soils were evaluated for the classes of oxidoreductases (GMea (ОХ)) and hydrolases (GMea (HD)). Results. During the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons-contaminated chernozem, the concentration of D0.5 of biochar and Baikal EM-1 has a stimulating effect on the activity of oxidoreductases and hydrolases of the soil, and D2 of nitroammophos and sodium humate – D2. At a dose of D0.5 of nitroammophos and biochar, the maximum stimulation of IIBA was established relative to control and petroleum hydrocarbons contamination. The introduction of nitroammophos stimulated the activity of three out of seven enzymes, and biochar stimulated the activity of five out of seven enzymes regarding petroleum hydrocarbons contamination. The highest efficiency of nitroammophos is largely due to excessive stimulation of the urease activity of ordinary chernozem. The values of the geometric mean enzymatic activity (GMea) of oxidoreductases and hydrolases were stimulated relative to the control at a dose of D0.5 of each ameliorant. The sensitivity series of petroleum hydrocarbons-contaminated chernozem enzymes after the introduction of ameliorants from the most sensitive to the least sensitive is the following: ferrireductases > peroxidases > urease > phosphatase > dehydrogenases > invertase > catalase. According to the degree of restoration of the enzymatic activity of soils, the ameliorants can be arranged in the following order (in % of petroleum hydrocarbons contamination): nitroammophos > biochar > sodium humate > Baikal EM-1. Conclusion. During the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons-contaminated chernozem, the most stimulating effect on the activity of oxidoreductases and soil hydrolases is exerted by the ameliorant at a concentration of D0.5. Pegova","doi":"10.26897/0021-342x-2022-1-61-70","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26897/0021-342x-2022-1-61-70","url":null,"abstract":"The article shows the analysis of the effect of long-term application (since 2006) of nonmoldboard and combined systems of main tillage in a crop rotation in comparison with annual moldboard tillage on productivity of spring wheat, yield and phytosanitary state of barley. The author studied tillage options in a cereal-grass rotation (71% cereals) with different types of fallow (clean, manured, clover and mustard) and with winter rye straw left in the field. Annual mouldboard tillage resulted in the highest yields of spring wheat and barley in the experiment – 2.90 and 2.31 t/ha. Annual nonmoldboard tillage resulted in a significant reduction in wheat yield to 2.61 t/ha and barley yield to 1.28 t/ha. The combined tillage system, alternating two mouldboard and four nonmoldboard treatments per rotation, ensured the wheat yield at the level of the mouldboard system – 2.82 t/ha, and a decrease in barley yields to 1.85 t/ha. In 2020, the limiting factor for barley yield formation in the variants with surface distribution of crop residues and straw was increased weed infestation and deterioration of the phytosanitary state of the crop. Straw had a depressive effect on the yield of the last crops in a crop rotation with pure fallow. Crop yields decreased by 0.43 and 0.26 t/ha. Wheat yield was 2.34 t/ha, barley yield was 1.41 t/ha. Green manure mustard and clover fallows leveled the depressive effect of straw. The yields of the 6th and 7th crops of the crop rotation were at the control level (2.69–2.78 t/ha of wheat and 1.70–1.81 t/ha of barley). Increasing the frequency of regeneration and the formation of seedlings can ensure the production of a large number of doubled haploids. This work studied the effects of gelling agents, such as agar (11 g/l), agargel (4.5 g/l), and phytagel (2 g/l), on the frequency of regeneration/germination of microspore-derived embryos of white cabbage (B. oleracea L.), as well as the effect of a cold incubation of kohlrabi cabbage embryos (B. oleracea var. gongylodes L.) at 5°C for 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 days in complete darkness. The studies showed that when culturing embryos on regeneration medium B5 solidified with agar, the embryo germination and seedling regeneration were higher than those on media solidified with agargel and phytagel. No embryo germination but vitrification of embryo tissues was observed on media containing agargel and phytagel. Cold incubation of Kohlrabi cabbage embryos at 5°C for 3, 6 and 9 days in complete darkness twice increased the frequency of embryo germination compared to the control sample.
