We introduce an intelligent interactive pen-based whiteboard system, IIPW, enabling geometry teachers to write ink annotations continuously, draw graphics freely and demonstrate dynamic geometric graphics with pen ink, pen sketch and pen gesture. The framework of IIPW is described and an application example is given. K-means algorithm is the most widely used algorithm in clustering analysis, which clustering numbers and initial clustering centers are uncertain. This paper proposes application of K-means algorithm in macroscopic planning of highway transportation hub based on ant clustering algorithm. In CCPSO, the simple mutation operator is incorporated and the number of subswarm is defined according to the relationship of decision variables. Collaborators are selected from each subswarm and used to construct individuals so as to evaluate the subswarm. Simulation experiments of CCPSO based on uniform distribution mutation and Gaussian distribution mutation on several benchmark functions are presented.
