The synthesis has been done in extremely remote positions. For practical application of the synthesis, a vector-matrix approach is proposed in Math LAB Watt programming environment. With the specific metric parameters of the head mechanism, the function definition of the position is considered and a proposed eight-pointed mechanism replacing the spatial hump of the knitting head is proposed. The aim of the study is to optimize the contrast in laser marking of Steel 75. The influence of the step in the raster marking and the influence of the repetition frequency of the pulses on the reflection coefficient were analysed. The experimental investigations of the reflectance were carried out using a spectrophotometer. For the marked samples, it was found that when directing electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength in the studied range, there are areas with absorption and reflection of light. Sustainable development is the challenge for governments, companies and households because significant additional investments and innovations, changes in production and consumption habits are required. These changes have to be made because resources are limited and existence of our world is endangered – too much resources are used and too much waste is generated by people.  This problem is recognized by the United Nations that set 17 Goals of Sustainable Development in 2015. Review of scientific literature indicates that countries measure their sustainable development in different ways because countries have different development levels, as well as different social, economic and environmental problems. Thus the aim of this research is to identify Latvian approach measuring sustainable development and assess sustainable development in Latvia. Sustainable development in Latvia is measured by indicators defined in Sustainable Development Strategy in Latvia until 2030. The methods applied in this study are literature review and regression analysis. The Baltic Lakeland area representing naturally recruited and introduced eels. In recent decades, its population has decreased not only in Latvia, but also in Europe. European eel critically endangered due to overfishing of glass eels, blocking of migratory paths, deaths in HPS turbines, water pollution and diseases and parasites. Only some bodies of water are freely accessible to natural migration of eels in Latvia.Currently, its position has been recognized as being critical, and a range of normative acts have been adopted for its restoration, such as the Regulation EC 1100/2007. The restocking programs of the European eel Anguilla anguilla have been conducted for nearly one century in Latvia.This study provides the first data on population structure of freshwater eels in Baltic Lakeland, for use in eel conservation and management of aquaculture on a regional and/or global scale. By analysing the sequences of the Cyt b gene of mtDNA for individuals caught in locations throughout in Baltic Lakeland, we determined the population genetic structure of A. anguilla in the area. The diversity of haplotypes was studied in ten waterbodies from part of Baltic Lakeland, namely Lake Sīvers, Lake Usmas, Lake Ķišezers, Lake Liepājas, Lake Alūksnes, Lake Rāznas, Lake Vialikija Švakšty, Lake Svir, Lake Myadzyel, Myadzelka river. Additionally, this study investigated the affinity of the Latvian populations to other A. anguilla populations around the world.This is the first report about eel’s population genetic diversity in Baltic Lakeland. Haplotype variation was different in all investigated waterbodies. In current studies seven new unique haplotypes were detected. Eel population in Baltic Lakeland shows quite high genetic diversity and rapid population expansions, which possibly is results of intensive restocking program. An experimental matrix for laser marking was developed, consisting of 8 columns for marking line step and 5 rows for marking speed. The laser marked surfaces were measured using a laser scanning microscope and compared with the surface as supplied. From the obtained deviations of roughness Ra, Rz and Rq as a function of marking speed and marking line step, graphical dependencies were constructed for comparative analysis. The modified roughness is also compared with the roughness as supplied. Within this research the effect of laser treatment on the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of the surface was studied as well. After all, the use of video projects allows to deepen the knowledge of future teachers, including audiovisual involvement in the perception of terminology, complex elements of teacher organization, legislation or other theoretical aspects.Secondly, we believe that it is worth noting and presenting the experience of Ukrainian students of pedagogical specialties' involvement in video projects (in particular, the creation of a social video, etc.). Each mark must meet requirements such as good coding, easy to see, easy to read by certain readers, stable over time, etc. In the present casting, laser marking of the C75 steel was carried out with a fiber laser with an average power of P = 30 W and a wavelength of λ = 1064 nm. For semi-contrast marking, marking speeds from 100 mm/s to 700 mm/s, average power from 10 to 30 W, raster pitch from 20 µm to 60 µm, scanning frequency from 20 kHz to 150 kHz were investigated as constant parameters are the pulse duration τ =100 ns, number of repetitions N = 1 and defocus Δ f = 0 mm. The influence of the changing parameters on the contrast was established, and experimental dependences were constructed. The achieved research results show that to obtain a high contrast mark, the average power should be above 20 W, the scanning speed up to 300 mm/s, the scanning frequency up to 50 kHz and the raster pitch up to 40 µm.","PeriodicalId":332103,"journal":{"name":"ENVIRONMENT. Potaman","doi":"10.17770/etr2023vol3.7301","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17770/etr2023vol3.7301","url":null,"abstract":"In this article, we propose an approach to the forming of rational technology for the export cargoes delivery in the supply chain on the principles of co-modality in the context of effective interaction of delivery participants, which allows reducing the costs of all them through the optimal use of resources related to delivery and increasing the competitive advantages of products. Taking into account the strengthening of cooperation between road and rail transport, under modern conditions, combined transport within the international transport corridor is proposed as an alternative option to promote cargo flow in the supply chain. As a result of experimental studies carried out on the basis of the simulation model of the delivery process in the Petri Nets, the time characteristics of technological processes under alternative schemes depending on the input parameters of the model have been determined. A comparative assessment of alternative delivery schemes based on mathematical models has made it possible to establish that the rational scheme for the delivery of export cargo from Ukraine to Germany via the Pan-European Corridor III is the Rolling Highway technology, which ensures compliance with the cargo owner's requirements for delivery time and cost established by the contract. The proposed approach is recommended as a tool for making managerial decisions when planning and organising the delivery of export cargoes from Ukraine to the EU countries in order to effectively manage supply chains by minimising the cost of delivery and environmental damage. ","PeriodicalId":332103,"journal":{"name":"ENVIRONMENT. To determine the arc voltage at a set current, arc length, type of electrode, sharpening angle and others, it is necessary to know the static characteristics of the welding arc. This dependence facilitates the use of simulation modelling methods of welding processes. In the proposed study, the static characteristics of the welding arc in TIG process with 4 types of electrodes were determined experimentally. The magnitude of the current was set in the range of 20 to 200A and the arc voltage was measured. All parameters are measured remotely by a real-time welding monitoring system and transferred to a remote computer via the Internet.
