The various characters of leaders can determine the success of an organization due to their role and responsibility for planning, organizing, and decision-making of organizational strategies to achieve their goals. One of the leaders whose characteristic is quite interesting and possibly become our role models is Larry Page, a co-founder of Google Inc. The researchers used qualitative research methods by descriptive research in explaining Larry Page style of leadership in leading Google Inc. Result of this study shows that Larry Page has a very open and equal way of leading, making him a democratic and transformational leader for an instance Larry believe in crazy ideas of their employees since he believes that insane ideas could change the world whereas not all the leaders can trust their subordinate. The population used in this study are operational employees of PT Krakatau Steel Tbk. who have become permanent employees with a minimum work period of 1 year and a minimum education level of high school and equivalent. The number of samples used in this study were 190 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS software as an analysis tool. Since consumers became very concerned about their daily consumption considering the hygiene that should be maintained. This research was aimed to measure the Indonesian consumers’ willingness to buy halal food, especially meat products, based on trust, awareness, packaging information, and food safety. However, Indonesian consumers’ demand for halal food is not proportional comparing to a large number of the Muslim population. Contrast to previous similar studies that adopting the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) or Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) that focused more on halal awareness and halal labels, this study was adopting Hedonic Theory. This research using 186 data that were collected by online questionnaires. Data then analyzed using multiple linear regression and Ordinal Least Square (OLS). Results showed that only halal awareness and food safety are proven to have significant positive effects on willingness to buy. Regardless of Muslim and non-Muslim, halal awareness and food safety attract consumers’ willingness to buy halal-labeled meat products. To increase the willingness to buy halal meat products in Indonesia, the government and producers must be able to encourage awareness of the importance of eating halal food. Furthermore, they also must ensure the safety of that food. More is expelled from work, more than people working in the tourism sector, such as in Bali. Many are turning from jobs to culinary traders because they think the sector is still waiting for a pandemic, and they are using online marketing techniques through local celebrity support services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of local celebrity endorsement through social media on buying interest, impulsive buying, and consumer loyalty of culinary products during their stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted on consumers of culinary products in Bali. Data were collected using an online questionnaire instrument for 174 respondents. The analysis technique uses SEM-PLS. However, the acknowledgment, the reality is not linear with improving business performance and the development of the UMKM business itself. Even though it has contributed greatly, its performance and development still cannot compete with MSMEs in other Asian countries. This phenomenon encourages a study to empirically model determinant factors that influence the development of MSME businesses. The result is an empirical model of business development that is explained by business performance, entrepreneurial competence, personal factors, organizational factors and environmental factors. To meet the data needs of these variables, interviews were conducted using a questionnaire. Testing empirical models and hypotheses through the research data obtained was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The findings from the test results are that business development is explained by business performance. While business performance is determined by entrepreneurial competence, personal factors and environmental factors. Non-Interest Income is the alternative to absorb income other than Net Interest Income. However, the level of Non-Interest Income of Commercial Banks in Indonesia is still at an average of 20%. Based on this problem, the study aimed to analyze the effect of Income Diversification, Non-Interest Income, and determination of Non-Interest Income which is Fee Commissions Income And Trading Income on the performance of Commercial Banks in Indonesia listed in the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) period of 2014 – 2018. The condition of Commercial Bank’s stakeholders in Indonesia also changes because of raised number of mergers and acquisition that occur in Indonesian banks. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the state-owned ownership and foreign ownership in moderating the effect of Income Diversification and Non-Interest Income on Commercial Banks’ performance in Indonesia listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) period of 2014-2018. The results of this study indicate that Income Diversification, Non-Interest Income, and Fee Commissions Income have positive and significant effect on the Bank's performance. Banks with state-owned ownership has a negative and significant influence in moderating the effect of Income Diversification and Non-Interest Income on ROA. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by means of descriptions in the form of words and language. Hasil kajian dalam studi ini menegaskan, pertama, bahwa obyek dalam manajemen stratejik adalah obyek yang harus dihadirkan dalam bentuk narasi yang kokoh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif serta menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menganalisis data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 146 Taruna. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi menjadi Taruna berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi akademik dan prestasi akademik. Variabel nilai uji akademik berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap prestasi akademik dan variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi (POS) memoderasi pengaruh motivasi akademik terhadap prestasi akademik. Variabel nilai ujian nasional ternyata memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap motivasi akademik. Variabel anteseden pada penelitian ini hanya mampu menjelaskan sebagian kecil dari prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dan diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui variabel lain yang memiliki signifikansi terhadap prestasi akademik Taruna Akpol.
