Non-Interest Income is the alternative to absorb income other than Net Interest Income. However, the level of Non-Interest Income of Commercial Banks in Indonesia is still at an average of 20%. Based on this problem, the study aimed to analyze the effect of Income Diversification, Non-Interest Income, and determination of Non-Interest Income which is Fee Commissions Income And Trading Income on the performance of Commercial Banks in Indonesia listed in the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) period of 2014 – 2018. The condition of Commercial Bank’s stakeholders in Indonesia also changes because of raised number of mergers and acquisition that occur in Indonesian banks. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the state-owned ownership and foreign ownership in moderating the effect of Income Diversification and Non-Interest Income on Commercial Banks’ performance in Indonesia listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) period of 2014-2018. The results of this study indicate that Income Diversification, Non-Interest Income, and Fee Commissions Income have positive and significant effect on the Bank's performance. Banks with state-owned ownership has a negative and significant influence in moderating the effect of Income Diversification and Non-Interest Income on ROA. 摘要

收入多样化是世行赚取收入的战略之一。非利息收入是吸收净利息收入以外的其他收入的选择。然而,印尼商业银行的非利息收入水平仍处于平均20%的水平。基于这一问题,本研究旨在分析收入多元化、非利息收入以及非利息收入(即手续费收入和交易收入)的确定对2014 - 2018年印尼证券交易所(BEI)上市印尼商业银行业绩的影响。印尼商业银行的利益相关者状况也随着印尼银行并购活动的增多而发生变化。因此,本研究旨在分析2014-2018年期间,国有股权和外资股权对收入多元化和非利息收入对印尼上市商业银行业绩的调节作用。本研究结果表明,收入多元化、非利息收入和手续费收入对银行绩效有显著的正向影响。国有银行在调节收益多元化和非利息收入对资产收益率的影响方面具有显著的负向影响。同时,外资银行对银行绩效有显著的正向影响。
