Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner atau memberikan beberapa lembar pernyataan untuk mengumpulkan data responden dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 orang. Responden diambil dari konsumen dari konsumen produk Kosmetik Wardah di Kabupaten Jember. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosial media marketing tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, sementara influencer marketing memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Banyuasin Reka Mandiri Ambassador. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education and training on work productivity at PT. Banyuasin Reka Mandiri Ambassador. In collecting data for writing this study, the authors distributed questionnaires to employees who had attended education and training. The analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method and a quantitative analysis method. The method of analysis is quantitative analysis, the writer uses simple linear regression analysis and then concludes in a qualitative form. The variables used are education and training as independent variables and work productivity as the dependent variable.\u0000The discussion provides information that the Education and Training Program has an effect on increasing Work Productivity at PT. Duta Reka Mandiri Banyuasin, this is evident from the simple linear regression calculation results, namely Y = 9.391 + 0.777 X + e. Education and Training with Work Productivity has a strong and significant relationship that is equal to 0.760. Therefore, the authors suggest that companies can provide education and training to each employee so that employees can be more professional in doing their jobs, and also that the material provided should keep up with developments.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja di PT. Duta Reka Mandiri Banyuasin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. Duta Reka Mandiri Banyuasin. Dalam pengambilan data untuk penulisan Penelitian ini, penulis menyebarkan kuisioner kepada karyawan yang telah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan metode analisis kuantitatif. Metode analisis analisis kuantitatif, penulis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana kemudian disimpulkan dalam bentuk kualitatif. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Pendidikan dan Pelatihan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas Kerja variabel terikat.\u0000Pembahasan memberikan informasi bahwa Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja di PT. Duta Reka Mandiri Banyuasin, hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 9,391 + 0,777 X + e. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dengan Produktivitas Kerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,760. Stipulation of sample in this research use purposive sampling. Data analysis is multiple classic assumption test and linier regression analysis. The independent variable used in this research are Workin Capital (X1), Liquidity (X2), Solvability (X3) and different beside the dependent variable is Profitability (Y). The results of research show that there was a positive effect and simultaneous significant of liquidity, solvability and activity on the profitability on Pharmaceutical Industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange. And there was a positive effect and partially significant of workin capital and liquidity, on the profitability, different beside solvability has positive effect and partially significant on the profitability on Pharmaceutical Industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara rasio modal kerja, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Analis data yang digunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis linier berganda. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah modal kerja (X1), likuiditas (X2) dan solvabilitas (X3), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah profitabilitas (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dari modal kerja, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. The population and sample in this study are secondary data of 113 companies. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression which is processed using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program. The results of the study simultaneously show that the Return On Assets (ROA), DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) variables have an effect on Profit Growth, this is shown from the results of the significance of 0.00 less than 0.05. While partially it shows that Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on profit growth as indicated by the significance probability figures of 0.14 and 0.01, which are smaller than the alpha level of 0.05. Meanwhile, the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on profit growth, which is indicated by the significance value of 0.054 which is greater than 0.05. For the results of the regression equation value is Y = 2,272 + 0,539 . X1 + 0,129 . X2 + 0,151X3.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ROA (Return On Assets),DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), NPM (Net Profit Margin) berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba perusahaan yang bergerak dalam sektor Property dan Real Estate yg terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode tahun 2016 dan 2021. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder sebanyak 113 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu program komputer Statistical Product and Service Solution ( SPSS). Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return On Assets (ROA), DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil signifikansinya 0.00 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Return On Assets (ROA) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba yang ditunjukan dari angka probabilitas signifikansinya yakni sebesar 0.14 dan 0.01 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari taraf alphanya yakni sebesar 0.05. Sedangkan untuk Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba yang ditunjukkan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.054 lebih besar dari 0.05. Banyak faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, namun dalam penelitian ini hanya membahas emotional intelligence, iklim organisasi dan pengembangan karir. Emotional Intelligence merupakan kecerdasan yang terpenting dalam kehidupan dibanding hanya mengandalkan kecerdasan intelektual. Sedangkan iklim organisasi menentukan kenyamanan dalam berkerja. Bagi perusahaan, faktor pengembangan karir merupakan hal penting terkait kebutuhan yang perlu dikembangkan dalam diri seorang karyawan untuk memotivasi karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas kerja. Data was collected through observation, document analysis, and distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis was carried out using a descriptive quantitative method using a simple random sampling technique with 347 students as respondents. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that first, the Blended Learning variable had no significant effect on Learning Interest, the second variable Time Management had a positive and significant effect on Learning Interest and the third variable namely Self Regulated had a positive and significant effect on Learning Interest.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Blended Learning, Manajemen Waktu, dan Self Regulated Terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Universitas PGRI Semarang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan responden 347 mahasiswa. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Collecting data used in this study using interview and observation methods. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the internal control system in supporting the effectiveness of lending, the authors use a qualitative descriptive analysis technique by comparing the internal control system that has been implemented at the Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere with the internal control system according to IAI (2001), namely control environment control components, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring. The data analysis technique in this study is a descriptive analysis technique that aims to answer problems in research on internal control systems in supporting the effectiveness of the credit granting system at the Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere according to IAI (2001). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the internal control system in supporting the effectiveness of lending at the Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere and according to IAI (2001) has been implemented but there is still a control component, namely monitoring has not been carried out optimally.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem pengendalian intern dalam menunjang efektivitas sistem pemberian kredit pada Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis sistem pengendalian intern dalam menunjang efektivitas penyaluran kredit, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara membandingkan sistem pengendalian intern yang telah diterapkan di Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere dengan sistem pengendalian intern sistem menurut IAI (2001), yaitu komponen pengendalian lingkungan pengendalian, penilaian risiko, kegiatan pengendalian, informasi dan komunikasi dan pemantauan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan dalam penelitian sistem pengendalian intern dalam menunjang efektivitas sistem pemberian kredit pada Puskopdit Swadaya Utama Maumere menurut IAI (2001). Wijayaperkasa Indah Mojokerto. PT. Wijayaperkasa Indah is a manufacturing company engaged in the processing of logs into semi-finished and finished wood materials and is included in the wood building goods industry. Human resource development applied at PT. Wijayaperkasa Indah is through training and promotion. There are obstacles in the implementation of the training in the form of employee indiscipline in participating in the training and the lack of employee awareness of the importance of the training provided so that employees are not enthusiastic in participating in the training so that many employees do not attend even though employees who attend training properly will be rewarded in the form of promotions. Employees are not disciplined in attending training because the training is not in accordance with the need to work more efficiently and effectively according to company standards so that the results of wood products produced by the production division of PT. Wijayaperkasa Indah still has high product damage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat underpricing. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), ukuran perusahaan, dan persentase saham ditawarkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi non partisipan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 87 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dari populasi sebanyak 104 perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan implementasi saluran distribusi pada pabrik Sohun Jaya Agung Abadi. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu study kasus(case study) dengan triangulasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi saluran distribusi pada Pabrik Sohun Jaya Agung Abadi menggunakan saluran distribusi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Saluran distribusi tidak langsung bertujuan untuk menghemat biaya promosi dan efektifitas waktu.
