Although people have recognized the importance of security for their personal information, they remain uncertain when they have to define and enforce their own access control rules or have to handle indirect information. Indirect information and subjective judgment are the major sources of uncertainty in P2Ptrust management. This paper introduces fuzzy sets theory into the definition and evaluation of trust, and then provides a formal representation of fuzzy rules. It also offers a set of derivation rules based on improved-Einstein operators for analyzing and reasoning among fuzzy rules in order to enforce these rules with a certain level of uncertainty. We divide the application of ubiquitous computing in Indonesia into three parts, i.e. ubiquitous mobile application, ubiquitous web application, and ubiquitous payment system application. It performs SKIP mode test firstly. If the SKIP mode is not suitable for the current MB, it performs 16x16 mode test secondly. If the 16x16 mode is not suitable for the current MB, candidate modes for current MB are inferred from given coded correlated MBs by adopting the information of defined mode subsets. Then bottom-up merging and top-down splitting methods are developed based on spatial correlation of MBs. A partial RDO approach which involved these methods is applied to the candidate modes to make target mode selection. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can achieve up speed up 56.56 % - 81.54 % ratio with a little PSNR loss. The algorithm uses SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform) characteristics as matching features, then introduces the incline distance as the similarity metrics of image matching, and uses a method of setting a threshold value to delete the false matching points, which improves the matching speed greatly.
