Предложен новый подход к решению таких задач на основе построения логического вывода в миварной базе знаний, который и представляет собой план распределения ресурсов. Миварные сети строят только один логический вывод. Поэтому итерационно удаляют из миварной сети некоторые вершины и выполняют новый поиск логического вывода. Также предложено итерационно изменять ограничения для вершин на двудольном ориентированном графе. Полученные алгоритмы логического вывода сравнивают между собой и выбирают наилучшее решение по заданному критерию оптимальности.\u0000 To create mechanical engineering artificial intelligence, the use of mivar technologies for solving optimization problems of resource allocation of production systems is justified. A new approach to solving such problems is proposed based on the construction of a logical inference in the mivar knowledge base, which is a resource allocation plan. Mivar networks build only one logical conclusion. Therefore, some vertices are iteratively removed from the mivar network and a new logical inference search is performed. It is also proposed to iteratively change the constraints for vertices on a bipartite oriented graph. A formalization of this process is given, taking into account the possibility of increasing the power of the set of possible actions of an individual compute node due to the cooperative and/or competitive interaction of a subset of compute nodes with each other. В качестве методологической базы моделирования активного узла системы информационного мониторинга обосновывается выбор нейронной сети с долгой краткосрочной памятью (Long Short-Term Memory - LSTM). Приводится разработанная структура LSTM-сети, учитывающая пространственно-временную корреляцию полученных показателей в различных точках наблюдения распределенной системы информационного мониторинга. Обосновываются критерии оценивания эффективности предложенной модели для условий информационного мониторинга нестационарной нагрузки в режиме, близком к реальному времени.\u0000 The article discusses an approach to modeling the process of predicting key performance parameters within distributed system of information monitoring and quality management of communication services, which provided by the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) infrastructures, based on solutions that support machine-to-machine communication (machine-to-machine, M2M) and people-to-machine (P2M). The choice of a neural network with long short-term memory (LSTM) is substantiated as a methodological basis for modeling the active node of the information monitoring system. The developed structure of the LSTM-network is given, which considering the temporal-spatial correlation of the received indicators at various observation points.
