This study aims to describe how the relationship between religion and state in the view of Islam. The method used in obtaining data is descriptive method through literature study. The results of the study show that among Muslim figures or thinkers such as Nurcholish Madjid and Abdur Rahman Wahid agree that there is a constructive relationship between state and religion which by revivalists separates it. Some of the indicators are: (1) Islam gives the principles of the formation of a state with the concept of khalīfah, dawlah, or hukūmah, (2) Islam emphasizes the democratic values of truth and justice, and (3) Islam upholds Human Rights by stating that the basic rights that human beings bring ever since they are born are the right of religious freedom. The learning outcomes of fourth grade students of MIN 8 West Aceh can be seen from the low level of student learning outcomes. The research target is how teacher activities, student activities and student learning outcomes through the application of the Index Card Match model on Theme 5 My Heroes in Class IV MIN 8 West Aceh. This study aims to describe teacher activities, student activities, and student learning outcomes during learning. The research instruments used in this study were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and test question sheets. In this study, researchers used Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in the classroom by using an action to improve the quality of the learning process in order to obtain better learning outcomes than before. The data analysis technique used is using the percentage formula. Based on observations of teacher activity in the first cycle, the percentage was 73% (good), and in the second cycle it increased to 90% (very good). Meanwhile, student activity in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 72% (good) and the second cycle increased to 84% (very good). While the student learning outcomes obtained in the first cycle only 12 students who completed with a value of 60% and who did not complete 11 students with a value of 40%. While in the second cycle there was an increase, namely 20 students achieved completeness with a score of 86% and 3 students did not complete with a score of 14%. Therefore, this evidence should not be left behind if someone wants to prove a case in a court case, both involving criminal cases and civil cases. Evidence takes various forms, according to cultural developments and times. In the past, there was never any audio-visual electronic evidence, but now it is visible in our lives, such as video camera recordings. Some of the recordings are positive that educate, and some are negative that are not educational, such as recordings of lewd scenes (porn films) which are often exposed by the masses through the internet or multimedia player devices that function to play CD/VCD/DVD recordings of these lewd scenes. Ironically, it turns out that the actors in the scene are Muslims who are carried away by the flow of promiscuity in the midst of the life of the nation and state which tends to be secularistic-individualistic. In this study the author examines three things. First, the cause and wisdom of adultery is forbidden in Islam; Second, the provisions of the procedural law for proving the crime of adultery in Islam; and Third, the position of the evidence of video camera recordings related to the crime of adultery according to the procedural law of proof in Islam. Then the hadiths use several kinds of food that can satisfy in the form of staple foods such as dates, poetry and wheat and rice. The main focus in this research is the sanad and matan of the Hadiths of the Prophet saw which contain about \"faradha zakat fitrah\" this research is a library research with the main reference is the books of hadith al-Kutub al-Tis'ah (Nine Books Induk Hadith), and maktabah syamilah. In addition to the books of hadith mentioned above, books related to takhrij al-hadith are also references in this study, such as: Ushul al-Takhrij wa Dirasat al-Asanid. Research Methodology of the hadith of the Prophet written by Syuhudi Ismail, and others. To research the narrators of Hadith, used as a reference are books related to the study of the content of hadith. The result of this research is a hadith chain of authentic quality, namely the narration of Abu Dawud. This study aims to determine the role of school committees in the marketing of educational institutions. The type of approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects namely the principal, vice principal and school committee. The object of this research is the role of school committees in marketing educational institutions with research data obtained through observation and interviews. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 34 students. This misconception will be identified using diagnostic test. The research instrument used was Three Tier Multiple Choice Diagnostic Test. Based on the result of the study, obtained students who have misconceptions on the concepts of motion and force with a percentage rate of misconceptions reaching 49%, the rate of (false positive) misconceptions reaches 7.5%, and the rate of (false negative) misconceptions reaches 8.7%. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusion on the data that has been collected. While to guarantee the validity of the data, triangulation techniques are used. The results of this study indicated that: First, Planning in the learning of moral aqidah consists of the preparation of steps in learning such as the preparations of lesson plans, syilabus, prota and prosem. Second, the implementation in learning of aqidah morality includes preliminary activities, core activities and ends with closing activities. In this study, the research subjects were selected by conducting random sampling by means of a lottery (Syahrum, 2009), first preparing as many pieces of paper as there were, then the pieces of paper were put into a box and taken at random, one of the papers was taken as the research sample. The paper taken is for Class VII-2 Semester 2 which contains 22 people. The object of this research is the application of jigsaw learning strategies to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes on the subject of quadrilaterals and triangles. The model in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which uses Kemmis and Mc's CAR model. Taggart. This research has stages in the form of a cycle. The results of the study of the jigsaw learning strategy in mathematics subjects Class VII-2 MTsN 2 Bireuen can be said that the increase in student learning outcomes. This increase can be seen from the average value of the class has increased. This can be shown from the results of the evaluation that has been carried out to increase student learning outcomes which were originally the average value of 57.73 before the action and the first cycle increased to 69.09. While in the second cycle the increase in learning outcomes to 79.77. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah. Dayah Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah is located in Blang Panyang Village, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City. The time of the research was carried out on August 9, 2021 and the place of research was at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah. The population in this study were all MTsN students at the Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah Islamic Boarding School and the sample was the 1st grade students of MTsN Safinatussalamah Al-Munawarah. The research uses a 'qualitative' approach. The research conducted is descriptive. The instruments in this study were observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study: (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data Verification, (4) Drawing Conclusions.
