The time of the study was carried out on June 9, 2021. Population and sample, The population in this study was the entire community of Blang Panyang Village, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City and the sample was the youth of Blang Panyang Village, Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City. In this study, the author uses a 'qualitative' approach, the research conducted is descriptive. Instruments in this study were interview sheets and documentation. Based on the description of the research results that have been described, it can be concluded that the ethics of adolescent communication with parents in terms of adolescent developmental psychology can go through a process of developing formal operational skills which include: (1) the formation of personal identity; (2) greater personal autonomy; (3) greater ability to relate and communicate with other people, such as children of the same age and the opposite sex; (4) the growth of more complex moral thoughts or morals. The teacher is the main actor, so the attitudes and behavior of the teacher are very imprinted on the souls of the students. The character, speech and personality of the teacher become a reflection for the students. Teachers have a big responsibility in creating a generation of character and morals. However, there are still many students who have not been able to apply good character values ​​in dayah environment and outside the dayah. Therefore, the authors are interested in studying the role of the dayah teacher in instilling character values ​​for students, especially in class I Dayah Nurul Huda Paya Bakong. This study aims to determine the tips of dayah teachers in shaping the character of students starting from the methods and the supporting and inhibiting factors faced. The type of research is Field Research (field). Data collection methods are interviews (interviews), observations (observations) and documentation. The results showed that the dayah teachers in instilling character values was applied through group activities in the hope of applying discipline and responsibility characters. In addition, the application of 5s (smile, greeting, polite, patient and grateful). Among the core of education is literacy. Student’s literacy skills are able to lead the nation’s generation to be literate and discover their potential. PISA research results in 2018 prove that Indonesia is ranked more than 10 and below in several assessment areas, such as reading, mathematics and science. The PISA 2018 data shows that the level of literacy in Indonesia is still low. Apart from the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) to develop educational policies, students also have a role as booster of the quality of education. Seeing the conception of literacy education from the perspective of the Qur’an, the KATABA Ma’had Al-Jami’ah became the object of research. The existence of this community acts as a support for the literacy atmosphere in the Ma’had environment which contributes to developing the world of writing and research. Through the qualitative method used in this study, the authors found that KATABA is a manifestation of the practice of the concept of literacy in Al-‘Alaq verses 1-5. The existence of literacy community among students contributes to the academic development of students. To describe student responses to application of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning model on straight motion material in MTs.N 3 of North Aceh for the 2019/2020 academic year. This research with a qualitative approach. Thus the sample of this study amounted to 24 people. Data was collected by means of ptk stages. Based on the results of research data analysis. Student learning outcomes using the STAD cooperative learning model increased through the average acquisition of 56.45 in the first cycle, an increase of 8.33 then 63.96 in the second cycle. 2. The activities of teachers and students have increased in the teaching and learning process using the cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), in science subjects on object motion material for class VIII MTsN 3 Aceh Utara students, shown well in cycle 1 teacher activity with good category. There was an increase in cycle 2, namely in the good category. For the government, the revocation of Qanun Number 9 of 2014 is a step to speed up conversion. Meanwhile, according to M. Jafar, the implementation of the conversion of Bank Aceh from the conventional system to sharia does not require Qanun, except for the formation of a new bank or spin off (separation). In fact, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) instructed the Aceh government to revoke Qanun Number 9 of 2014 to speed up conversion permits from the Financial Services Authority. So that the authors are interested in exploring deeper information about the reasons for the Aceh government to revoke Qanun Number 9 of 2014 concerning the establishment of Bank Aceh Syariah in the form of a spin off.
