However, there is a problem in terms of the lack of speaking skills that can attract the attention of the public and students in the class. This Community Service aims to overcome this problem by organizing formal emcee training for teachers. The solving method is carried out through intensive training that focuses on developing persuasive speaking skills, setting clear presentation structures, and increasing confidence when speaking in public. The training involves the active participation of teachers who wish to improve their speaking skills. The results of the service activities showed a significant increase in the speaking skills of the teachers after attending the training. They are able to captivate the public's attention with an attractive presentation style, deliver messages more effectively, and maintain positive interactions with listeners. In addition, the teachers also experienced an increase in self-confidence when appearing in public. In conclusion, formal presenter training is an effective method of improving speaking skills for teachers. Public speaking skills help create a more interactive learning environment and inspire students. As a result of this limitation, there is a place of worship (musala) in Gondang Hamlet that has not been adequately taken care of and is considered unfit when viewed from the availability of electricity. The community in this predominantly Muslim hamlet experiences lighting problems during congregational prayers at night until dawn. The lack of a power source for speakers also prevents the use of speakers to mark the prayer times. Based on this background, a battery-based energy storage system from solar panels was developed for this community service activity. The stages of community service activities carried out include surveying the needs for the installation of solar panel and battery installation systems, assembling several system components, testing the laboratory-scale system, installing the system that has been assembled and tested, and conducting socialization and training for residents on the use, operation, and maintenance of the solar panel system. One of the waste in question is organic waste such as orange peel. In order to realize the activities of the tri darma and environmental-based “adiwiyat”a schools at SMA N 1 Larangan, community service activities related to the manufacture of eco-enzymes were held. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge about the processing of organic waste from orange peel into eco-enzymes in the form of training on making eco-enzymes to improve eco-enzyme-based waste treatment skills. The method of activities carried out includes preparation in the form of activities in the laboratory of DIII pharmacy Politeknik Harapan Bersama, implementation in the form of providing education and training to students and evaluation in the form of pre-tests and post tests to measure the increase in student knowledge. Especially for vegetable horticultural commodities, several products have been able to become regional superiors and are able to penetrate the national market such as chili, eggplant, and mustard greens. In addition, the productivity of vegetable horticulture has increased from year to year. One of the MSMEs engaged in horticulture is Senja Farm. Senja Farm has a specific activity in producing hydroponic vegetables. These vegetables are cultivated and are able to produce healthier vegetables because they are minimal in pesticide residues. Hydroponic vegetables are vegetables that are grown with the help of liquids containing minerals needed by vegetables to grow through a process that is highly guarded by the method and place of planting and does not require soil. The use of pesticides in hydroponic planting techniques is also not necessary to protect against insect pests. This has an impact on the yield of hydroponic plants in the form of organic food. Consumption of organic vegetables in Banyuwangi has a trend that tends to increase so it is very potential to be developed. However, the hydroponic process at Senja Farm still relies on plant media derived from livestock compost and seedling media using plastic (polybag). The purpose of this PKM is to utilize bagasse waste through the use of bio-seeding blocks as planting media and as a substitute for seedling media. Beberapa usaha meningkatkan kemampuan computational thinking (CT) adalah melalui gerakan mengintegrasikan CT ke dalam kurikulum atau aktivitas ekstrakurikuler yang mengedukasi kemampuan problem solving. SMP As Shofa Pekanbaru memiliki ekstrakurikuler komputer, namun materinya hanya Office. Sekolah ini membutuhkan pembimbingan pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan topik pemrograman yang sekaligus dapat menjadi media melatih computational thinking para siswanya. Oleh karena itu pada pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pembinaan program ekstrakurikuler pemrograman di SMP As Shofa Pekanbaru, dengan nama Dunia Coding. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan 2 buah buku ajar. Metode pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler adalah workshop luring dalam 12 pertemuan 1x/pekan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa 73.9% siswa setuju materi yang diberikan sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan, 82.6% siswa setuju program sangat bermanfaat, 80,4% siswa setuju penyampaian materi sangat jelas, menarik dan mudah dipahami, serta 56,5% siswa setuju waktu pelaksanaan cukup.
