Strategi harus dapat mengintegritasikan  seluruh bagian organisasi yang luas menjadi suatu kesatuan sehingga tercapainya tujuan akhir yang menjadi pokok masalah dalam sebuah oprasinal organisasi. Keberhasilan merupakan kombinasi yang baik antara strategi dan implementasi strategi yang baik, implementasi yang buruk dapat menimbulkan masalah dan strategi yang salah. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh Restoran Paglak Petung Cafe And Art Banyuwangi adalah dengan menggunakan konsep bauran promosi yang meliputi media periklanan dengan online seperti instagram, facebook, youtube, whatsapp dan lainnya. Akan tetapi perlu untuk berkerja sama dengan pihak-pihak tertentu untuk menjadikan restoran tersebut menjadi lebih besar lagi dengan melakukan sponsor yang baik agar dikenal masyarakat luas.  Media penjualan pribadi, yakni berkerja sama dengan para konsumen tetap untuk membantu memasarkan dan menjual produk Paglak Petung Cafe And Art Banyuwangi. Based on the observation, there are 34 enterprises which announce sukuk emission, but only 14 enterprises which are decided to become samples in this research. Data of stock price is collected from website of Indonesian Stock Exchange then analyzed by paired sample t-test technique. The result indicates that there is no difference of investors' respond between before and after issuing sukuk. Based on the result, it can be understood that investors do not consider the sukuk emission as crucial issue, so they do not take decision to buy or sell shares in hurry that cause abnormal gain or loss. Many of these hotels were simply managed lodgment which has been developed into hotels. Hotel Family Nur is one of the hotels located in Sumenep. This research used a qualitative method. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this study are the implementation of shari'ah strategy management at Hotel Family Nur, Sumenep Regency applies noble character which includes 3S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam/ Smile, Greet, Greetings) fairness, friendship, patience and courtesy. Several factors that support service at Hotel Family Nur, Sumenep Regency, including: the promotions offered and the strategic location. Semuanya bertujuan untuk menaikkan kuantitas pangsa pasar. Menaikkan pangsa pasar berarti mempertahankan konsumen lama dan menambahkannya dengan konsumen baru. Mempertahankan konsumen lama adalah usaha-usaha supaya mereka memiliki loyalitas dan kesetian kepada produk seorang produsen. Sedangkan mendapatkan konsumen baru berarti usaha memperkenalkan suatu produk berikut produsennya. Secara pasti, terkandung usaha untuk menambahkan keakraban pada yang pertama dan usaha menambah kenalan pada yang kedua. Usaha menambah keakraban dan kenalan dalam bahasa agama dikenal dengan silaturahmi. Tesis ini membahas secara elaboratif pertautan antara silaturahmi dan tekhnik marketing. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk silaturahmi dalam dunia bisnis serta bagaimana aplikasi silaturahmi dengan network marketing dalam ekonomi syariah. \u0000Tulisan ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Ditinjau dari sisi paradigma penelitian, risalah ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini mempekerjakan wawancara dan telaah pustaka/dokumen sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan pola berpikir induktif. \u0000Dalam uraian data berikut analisisnya, ditemukan sejumlah bentuk-bentuk silaturahmi dalam network marketing seperti saling menanyakan kabar, berkunjung di luar jam kerja dan selain urusan bisnis, memberikan santunan, mengadakan perjamuan, dan lain-lain. Analisis data secara secara sempurna membawa penelitian ini ke muara simpulan bahwa aplikasi silaturahmi sebagai network marketing dalam ekonomi syariah berperan dalam empat segmen penting dari marketing, strategi memenangkan pasar, taktik penetrasi pasar, dan value atau sentuhan emosi. Dari empat segmen tersebut, silaturahmi terutama sekali berguna dalam segmen value atau sentuhan emosi. Oleh karena itu agar lehih terarah, pembahasan penelitian ini terfokus  pada permasalahan tentang bagaimana Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani dalam Mengembangkan KSPPS BMT NU Cabang Tanah Merah Bangkalan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang diambil dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah data reduction (reduksi data), data displey (penyajian data), conslucion drawing (kesimpulan). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa Pengembangan  yang ada di BMT NU yaitu adanya proses pengembangan yang ada di BMT NU,  pelayanan antar jemput tabunganyang dilakukan dimana saja seperti halnya nasabah berada dipasar ataupun berada dimana saja maka pihak karyawan BMT NU yang akan menjemputnya oleh karna itu nasabah merasa beban yang ditanggung lebih ringan. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu total Dana Pihak Ketiga Saving, total Dana Pihak Ketiga Investment, total Pembiayaan Uncertain, total Pembiayaan Certain dan Non Performing Financing (NPF). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Error Correction Model (ECM) dan Vector Autoregression dan Vector Error Correction Model (VAR-VECM) dengan data mulai dari bulan Juni 2014 – September 2018. (2) Does spatial planning affect consumer buying interest at the Ahsan Amal Supermarket, Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo? (3) Does the completeness of goods and spatial planning have a simultaneous effect on consumer buying interest at the Ahsan Amal Supermarkets in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo?. The sample used in this study were 80 people of Ahsan Amal supermarket. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data in this study were processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 23. The independent variables in this study were the completeness of goods (X1) and spatial planning (X2). The dependent variable in this study is consumer buying interest (Y). The results of this study indicate that the completeness of goods (X1) has a significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y), spatial planning (X2) has a significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y), and the completeness of goods (X1) and spatial planning (X2) significantly simultaneous to consumer buying interest (Y).
