Daya Artha Mulia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan didukung data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan PT.Daya Artha Mulia yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Dengan demikian seluruh peserta pelatihan PT. Daya Artha Mulia menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan (i) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,789, nilai p- values sebesar 0,000 dan t-statistik sebesar 13.230.(ii) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,346, nilai p- values sebesar 0,042 dan t-statistik sebesar 2.041.(iii) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,303, nilai p- values sebesar 0,007 dan t-statistik sebesar 2.713 (iv) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,496, nilai p- values sebesar 0,002 dan t-statistik sebesar 3.090.(v) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja menunjukkan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,342, nilai p- values sebesar 0,009 dan t-statistik sebesar 2.613. To perfect the analysis, several other macroeconomic variables such as interest rates, oil prices, gold prices, as well as inflation rates were also added as proposed by preceding research. COVID-19 new infection cases were added as a moderating variable to test whether it can strengthen or weaken the correlation of each macroeconomic variable tested against the stock market. The parameter of this study is specifically focused on Indonesia to complete the lack of sufficient research conducted for the same topic and/or in the same setting. The study found all the macroeconomic variables tested in the analysis concurrently influence Indonesia’s stock market index. When each macroeconomic was tested separately, the test results found that although the direction of the impact varies, all the variables except for gold price were found to have a significant impact on the stock market in Indonesia. The moderating variable, COVID-19, was also found to have a notable influence on substantiating the impact of all the correlations tested except in moderating for exchange rates and oil price. Penelitian ini menganalisa model struktural dengan softwate partial least square dimana. Analisis dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 101 karyawan, pengujian pertamadilakuakn dengan pengujian outer model, dilanjutkan dengan menguji kelayakan dari model penelitian dan diakhiri dengan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Engagement. Artinya Kepemimpinan Transformasional punya peranan yang kuat dalam meningkatkan Work Engagement. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Budaya. Artinya Kepemimpinan Transformasional punya peranan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Budaya Organisasi. Work Engagement tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Artinya Work Engagement sangat kurang peranannya dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Budaya Organisasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Artinya Budaya Organisasi sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawn Melalui Mediasi Work Engagement tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Data primer itu sendiri yakni data yang didapatkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dengan google form ke karyawan hotel bintang empat di Kecamatan Lubuk Baja melalui bantuan dari HRD hotel tersebut. Penggunaan sampling dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode non probabilitas, yakni metode yang dimana tidak semua unsur pada jumlah populasi akan dijadikan sampel. Metode yang digunakan yakni purposive sampling dengan kriteria berdasarkan masa kerja lebih dari satu tahun dibidangnya dan data diolah menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Entrepreurial Orientation, Knowledge Management , dan Product Modularity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Product Innovation. Sedangkan variabel Market Orientation, Knowledge sharing dan Technology tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Product Innovation. Strategi penelitian kuantitatif kausal digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Unit usaha KUD menjadi fokus penyelidikan ini. store atmosphere , kualitas produk yang dirasakan, Customer Loyalty , dan Purchasung Decisions adalah objek yang digunakan di Karma Bumi Amertha. Penyebaran kuesioner merupakan strategi pengumpulan data yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SEM dengan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty tidak berpengaruh terhadap Purchasung Decisions , Perceived Product Quality berpengaruh positif signifikan Abstract The objectives of this study are to (1) establish a link between store environment and purchasing decisions, (2) establish a link between perceived product quality and purchasing decisions, (3) establish a link between store environment and customer loyalty, (4) establish a link between customer loyalty and purchasing decisions, and (5) establish a link between store environment and purchasing decisions. This study employs a causal quantitative research technique. This probe is concentrated on the KUD business unit. Karma Bumi Amertha uses things like as retail ambiance, perceived product quality, customer loyalty, and purchasing decisions. A technique for gathering data is the distribution of questionnaires, which is subsequently examined using SEM and PLS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Central Mega Kencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dilakukan pada PT. CMK Jakarta Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang dan sensus menjadi teknik samplingnya, artinya ada 60 sampel responden berasal dari karyawan. Kuesioner dibuat dan digunakan sebagai instrument utama dalam mendapatkan data primer, kemudian diukur dengan Skala Likert (1-5). Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
