In this case, the main way to interfere with such radio links is, as a rule, the expansion of the signal base. However, this method does not take into account the nature of the destructive effects in conditions of limited frequency and energy resources of radio channels. In this connection, the studies focused on the development of functional models of noise-free radio communication lines, taking into account the density of signal energy distribution in a limited state space, are relevant. This paper considers the development of an integrated model of noise-free radio communication lines, which is characterized by the accounting of statistical parameters of the radio channel model. The approaches to the estimation of efficiency of the developed functional model of the radio lines based on the calculation of information transmission reliability are presented. Theoretical solutions were obtained by the methods of statistical radio engineering and the theory of telecommunications; they are generalized for the models of channels with variable parameters in conditions of nonrandom destructive influence. The disadvantage of such filters is the large cost required to compute the response. This paper considers three-stage interpolated finite impulse response low-pass filters. The maximum values of the interpolation factors are determined. Dependences of the coefficient of computational efficiency and the coefficient of increase in the registers of the three-stage interpolated low-pass filter on the values of the interpolation factors, the widths of the passband and the transition band are obtained. Relations for determining the optimal values of interpolation factors corresponding to the maximal value of computational efficiency coefficient are obtained. In addition, the dependencies of the maximum coefficient of computational efficiency and the optimal coefficient of increase in the registers of the three-stage interpolated low-pass filter on the widths of the passband and the transition band at the optimum values of the interpolation factors are obtained. Considered three-stage interpolated low-pass filters should be used in the case when the required stopband is significantly less than the sampling rate. The difficulties encountered by the organization in carrying out R & D to expand the range of products are described. The ways of solution are suggested. The analysis of the programs of the Innovation Support Fund is conducted and the mechanism of participation in these programs is shown. The financial conditions for the transition of small innovative enterprises from state support to self-financing are considered. An approximate sales calculation for this transition has been made. Prospects for the development of small innovative enterprises, taking into account the available forms for state support, and the rationale for the need to adjust their activities are presented. The results obtained during the research allow them to be applied by many small innovative enterprises in the development of the electronic component base, as well as in other industries for building a successful innovative business. Such systems are currently available in big variety. Apart from that, each enterprise has its own specifics, while small and medium-sized scientific & engineering enterprises have also a wide range of small-scale orders. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate a reasonable approach to the choice of a document management system to be efficient for a particular enterprise. The expediency is showed for creating a uniform information space for data exchange at a scientific & engineering enterprise. The author proposes modelling methods and algorithms enabling to decrease the number of generated documents and resources consumed for generation thereof. UML diagrams of the uniform information space have been described. Modelling of local document flows of enterprises has been performed with the help of Petri net: a conclusion has been made on multiplicity and increase in the number of documents in each cycle of the production process. Introduction of the PDM system has been supported and one of the stages of creation of the uniform information space has been described: it is possible to track in real time mode the timelines for execution of documents, ready-made documents and to make the necessary managerial decisions, thereby improving efficiency of the workflow and production process. One of the ways to achieve high performance is implementation of FPGAs-based cryptographic equipment. Therewith, to cut the cost of equipment, it is important that encryption modules shall consume a minimum possible hardware resources. The work aims to find the most compact high-speed solution for FPGA-based Kuznyechik block cipher. Several methods for hardware implementation of linear transformation, which is used in Kuznyechik cipher, have been reviewed. Various aspects of implementation of these methods taking into account the architecture of target FPGAs are investigated. We also consider aspects of the FPGA implementation of nonlinear transformation, which is used in Kuznyechik block cipher. Resource consumption by various implemented solutions of linear transformation has been estimated. A relatively compact high-speed implemented solution of Kuznyechik block cipher has been obtained and tested on the real equipment. This method is based on model parameters adjustment and interpretation of correspondent parameters values as experimental parameters evaluations. Evaluation adequacy criterion in this case is maximal probability of overlapping of experimental and model ranges of parameters. Preliminary objects selection can be based on frequency or/end directional characteristics of received signals. A possible selection criterion is based on discrimination conditions of frequency and time ranges. The appropriate analysis is performed on the basis of the extremal analysis enabling to select ranges corresponding to observed objects. Selected ranges are transformed into time functions to be analyzed by model-based method. Therewith the frequency analysis is performed on the assumption of linear frequency modulation of the signal observed. In its turn, the amplitude analysis is based on the passive location model. To solve the problem, the method of eddy currents is proposed, which can be used to set the calibration value of the magnetic resistance of the air gap between the transducer and the object.This method implementation based on the scheme of the oscillator with a reactive circuit has been demonstrated. The design of the residual stress measurement unit in the form of «capacitive three-point» self-excited oscillator has been substantiated. The structure of the device for measuring stresses has been proposed. The core element of the calibration value setting unit is a self-excited oscillator with a reactive frequency oscillating circuit, the inductance thereof been the excitation coil of the current-vortex transducer.Magnetic resistance of the gap is measured by moving the transducer vertically versus the surface of the object in the measurement area.
