This paper takes the National Key Research and Developing Program—Jinzhai Photovoltaic Demonstration Project as an example, and a dispatching device is developed and installed on the low voltage side of 10kV/380V transformer, which is equipped with a telecontrol dispatching strategy with communication and a local adaptive control strategy without communication. The dispatching strategy mainly aims at the master station instructions, improving the generation capacity of distributed photovoltaics. The local adaptive strategy controls the voltage not exceed limits. Through the active power and reactive power coordinated control of the photovoltaic and energy storage system(ESS), the utility can control the power generation of PVs and the local voltage is optimized. Firstly, the curing and crosslinking of bisphenol A epoxy resin with tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (THPA) with good electrical properties was carried out. Then, the aging process of epoxy resin molecular chain was studied by molecular dynamics simulation, and it was verified by infrared spectrum and the bond length distribution of molecular chains. The results show that chemical bond breaking occurs in the aging process of epoxy resin, and small molecular segments are produced, resulting in the decline of mechanical properties of epoxy resin. The epoxy resin will produce H2O, free hydroxyl groups and free hydrogens in the aging process. Free hydroxyl groups and free hydrogens can recombine to form H2O, and H2O will lead to a decline in insulation properties of the epoxy resin. The infrared spectrum curves of epoxy resin in aging and non-aging models show that the benzene rings in epoxy resin are stable, and the positions of breaking chemical bonds are mainly concentrated on ether bonds. In practice, there may be a slit, which may easily cause electromagnetic wave leakage. The research purpose is to identify a suitable repair solution for slits on superconducting magnetic shields. Firstly, slits on the YBCO magnetic shield are repaired by using four methods of using iron or copper materials directly filling and externally covering a hollow cylindrical iron or copper shield. Then, shielding effectiveness and repair efficiency of the YBCO shield are compared. It is noted that the frequency of the excitation source, the location of the slit and the repairing method all affect the repair effect of the magnetic shield. Currently, time-domain simulation is widely used for transient stability analysis, which has the disadvantages of high computational burdens and lack of system stability margin information. An alternative method for transient stability analysis is the direct method, which assesses transient stability from the energy point of view. Direct method requires much less computation efforts. In addition, the stability margin of the system can be obtained. Due to the challenges in system modelling, energy function construction, and determination of critical energy value, it is challenging to apply direct method for transient stability analysis of AC-DC hybrid power systems. The electromagnetic force of different structural systems is varied, due to the change of magnetic field. In this paper, the numerical solution of the electromagnetic force of the WPT system is presented based on Lorentz-Kelvin force density method. Then, an equivalent finite element model is built to study the influence of structural parameters on the electromagnetic force by parameterized solution, and the effects of magnetic permeability, coil turns and turn spacing on electromagnetic force are obtained, respectively. The critical load restoration problem can be formulated as a mixed-integer semidefinite program (MISDP) to model the multi-phase unbalance of the distribution system, but MISDP cannot be solved efficiently. This paper proposes a mixed-integer linear program (MILP) for critical load restoration problem based on linear approximation of power flow, which is a good estimate of nonlinear unbalanced power flow and can be solved efficiently using off-the-shelf optimization tools. In addition, to consider the operation of the post-restoration system during the outage, we extend the proposed MILP to a multi-time restoration model by adding additional time-related constraints. The fluctuating frequency from a specific wind farm is difficult to be represented by system average frequency due to uneven inertia distribution in the system. In order to deal with this issue, the coherency identification is applied to separate the system into a few areas and then further research is conducted. In terms of frequency stability analysis, two factors are often concerned: the rate of change of frequency (RoCoF) and frequency nadir/vertex (FN/FV). Therefore, this paper proposes a novel assessment index, i.e. Max Spatial Distribution Ratio of System Frequency Response (MaDSR), suitable for these two factors to evaluate the effects of the coherent results based on a new concept, Area Frequency Response Center (AFRC). Thirdly, to verify the insulation coordination design, the lightning overvoltage model and internal overvoltage model of UPFC are established. The transient overvoltage and lightning overvoltage is calculated, which proves the proposed insulation design. This method of estimation covers the most important aspect i.e. the uncertainty which is inherently associated with the forecasted data. The Fuzzy logic system helps the smart grid operator to estimate the data more accurately by defining the extent to which a certain value is true or false, which in other words known as the degree of truth. For this reason, an improved modified DFT algorithm for phasor measurement is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the frequency tracking algorithm is introduced, which is used to calculate fundamental frequency. Then the DFT error mechanism in the non-synchronous sampling is analyzed. The functional relation between the amplitude and phase errors and frequency deviation is obtained. A method of reducing spectrum leakage is proposed and the amplitude and phase errors expressions are improved. Finally the performance of the algorithm is tested by different signal models and actual data.
