The effective deployment of a cloud must be built around the secure and efficient management of user access to resources and data protection against unauthorized disclosure. The Privacy element concerned the protection of the Personal Information Identity (PII) against unauthorized disclosures, which is considered a critical requirement for many enterprises. The traditional access control models that are identity based does not support the privacy requirements and inflexible. In this paper, we propose a new model called Privacy-aware Attribute Based Access Control (Pa-ABAC), the extension of the Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) model, to express privacy requirements. Our objective is to formally specify the behavior of different elements of the proposed model in a cloud environment. This is very important to develop a valid security policy for a cloud environment free from specification errors and inconsistencies.","PeriodicalId":328833,"journal":{"name":"2016 Third International Conference on Systems of Collaboration (SysCo)","volume":"282 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116079691","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a matter of fact, the weather is a determining factor in decision making in different areas such as air or sea transport, so acquiring knowledge of the environment in real time is a consequential question. A promising approach for big data treatment in real time is based on the concept of complex events processing CEP). The CEP aims to identify significant events in a cloud of simple and individually detectable events in real time. The meteorological variables, constituting simple event's spaces, offer significant flow of data to be processed using CEP technologies. This real-time data processing is done by phase of their integration with weather systems. This paper discusses the big data's meteorological aspects, and shows the architectural model for integration of weather data and its processing in real time.","PeriodicalId":328833,"journal":{"name":"2016 Third International Conference on Systems of Collaboration (SysCo)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122508305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

That is, they manipulate several knowledge and know-how with different objectives, preferences, competencies, and different visions on the data warehouse entities. In this paper, we propose to establish coordination and knowledge sharing between users of a decisional process based on the Common Warehouse Metamodel (CWM) standard to enhance reusability in terms of viewpoint within a system and to promote a good coordination between users of a multi-view analysis. After a brief review of our approach of viewpoint in CWM, we will first model and formalize interaction and interdependence between various analyses according to different viewpoints through introducing a set of relations between viewpoints. These relations allow us to ensure coordination and mutual understanding between different users of a decisional process based on the CWM. Then, based on those relations, we propose a Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) process with the aim to improve reusability of users' analysis and experiences, and to guide novice users during the exploitation of the decisional process in terms of viewpoint.","PeriodicalId":328833,"journal":{"name":"2016 Third International Conference on Systems of Collaboration (SysCo)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125359163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We also found that very few high-quality studies exist to help us understand how best to use this technology. Taking account that users are using smartphones with internet connection as WIFI, 3G etc. Who spends the most time on applications now [1], there is a good opportunity to propose our architecture for wireless sensor network using smartphones. Employment of low power wireless sensor networks (WSN) paired with smartphone technologies are reviewed as a novel technologies to control and management traffic congestion. Recently, cloud computing has fueled the integration of modern information and communication technologies in the healthcare system. In fact, this new paradigm provides computational resources to the end users as services. Furthermore, it is used to share medical information across the healthcare ecosystem. But, protecting the patient's privacy in this environment is still a challenge that must be overcome. In fact, medical information is sensitive data that should be kept secret against unauthorized users. To achieve this goal, we propose an approach based on Secure Multi-party Computation (SMC) protocols to ensure privacy-preserving in the collaborative systems. In this concept, different organizations collaborate to accomplish common goals without allowing any party to view and reveal another individual's private data. This paper aims at providing the fundamentals of the proposed protocols and their main applications in the healthcare system. In this context, we propose a framework based on SMC for privacy-preserving collaborative environment in the healthcare sector. The proposed solution is based on the Paillier scheme to ensure data security. This is achieved by exploiting the additive homomorphic property of this public key cryptosystem.","PeriodicalId":328833,"journal":{"name":"2016 Third International Conference on Systems of Collaboration (SysCo)","volume":"146 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133281926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Users freely associate keywords (tags) to resources. This collection of tags creates a folksonomy. Folksonomy is a collaborative tagging system, which has grown popular with its simplicity of free tagging. However, it rises up a number of issues such as ambiguous and redundant tags. So as to achieve an optimal organized web contents, it's important to challenge the effectiveness of folksonomy to enrich ontology. Indeed, this article represents a folks-Ontology semantic enrichment approach based on a contextual mapping between tags and concepts of the ontology. Thus, the act of tagging resources can improve to make relevant recommendations. The analysis of the reconciliation between conceptual ontology models with folksonomy leads us to establish new challenges for our future research to enhance recommender systems.","PeriodicalId":328833,"journal":{"name":"2016 Third International Conference on Systems of Collaboration (SysCo)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125055161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper includes coverage problems existing in literature and addresses the ambulance allocation to cover sectors in Casablanca region of Morocco and minimize the lateness of emergency intervention. Our work proposes a comparison between a heuristic method and an ACO ‘Ant Colony Optimization’ algorithm. Instances are given by real data of the existing emergency location in Casablanca region. As a result, the ACO hybridized by a guided local search provides a distribution of ambulances at potential waiting site (hospital and fire station), and minimizes the total lateness of emergency intervention. The ACO gives best results than the heuristic.","PeriodicalId":328833,"journal":{"name":"2016 Third International Conference on Systems of Collaboration (SysCo)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134361555","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
