The E-learning processes are a concrete example and the cooperation between establishments via their E-learning workflows returns us towards the projection of the notion of virtual enterprise on the university. The current tendency towards the digital university in Morocco encouraged us to think about a model of inter-university E-learning workflows cooperation allowing the establishments to share their E-learning platforms and to benefit so from advantages of the cooperation and to the beneficiaries of these platforms an access to contents and varied educational programs.
