With another definition, if we\u0000try to compare the concepts of \"Digital transformation\" and \"Digitalization\", then digital\u0000transformation includes changing the company's current business model, its strategy and\u0000values, ways of interaction with customers and suppliers, using digital technologies. At the\u0000same time, if the digitalization is based on some technology, the transformation should be\u0000directed towards the customer, in the conditions of the introduction and use of automated\u0000systems. The market mechanism of income\u0000redistribution, and even their centralized regulation, can not\u0000eliminate this inequality, because equal distribution of income\u0000does not only lead to social justice, but also weakens incentives to\u0000work and the desire to ensure high productivity. Moreover,\u0000differences in ability, education and training, professional taste\u0000and risk, ownership of property are significant factors in the\u0000emergence of income inequality in society. The paper analyzes the\u0000impact of fiscal policy on overcoming income inequality. For this\u0000purpose, first researches done by different economists in this field\u0000were commented, then the current state of income inequality in\u0000Armenia, the changes of the fiscal policy during the last decade\u0000were studied. The paper considers various methods of calculation\u0000of HC, proposed by theoreticians at different times. As a result\u0000we came to the conclusion that the most appropriate way to\u0000calculate HC by international organizations today is the human\u0000capital index. An attempt was made to study in depth the index\u0000of HC, methods of its calculation according to the UN and the\u0000World Bank. It was through the index of HC that the trends of\u0000HC development in the world economy were presented. We\u0000touched upon the methodology of calculation of the individual\u0000components of the index, their innovations. The index was\u0000presented for individual regions, the reasons for differences in\u0000them were identified. Some components of the index in Armenia\u0000and other countries were studied. Tourism sphere suffered a lot. In Armenia the number of tourists decreased by 81% in 2020. In 2021 and 2022 tourism sphere began to recover gradually. The Russian-Ukrainian war brought new problems to the world economy. In 2019, Russian spending on travel abroad reached US$ 36 billion and Ukrainian spending US $8.5 billion. Concerning tourism destinations, Russia and Ukraine account for 4% of international tourist arrivals in Europe but only 1% of Europe’s international tourism receipts.\u0000The number of Russian tourists to Armenia increased in 2022. The article analyzes the impact of the influx of Russian tourists to the Armenian tourism sector due to the Russian-Ukrainian war.\u0000The surveys show that Russian tourists are very satisfied with Armenia, so it is necessary to develop attractive tourist packages to different destinations in Armenia for Russians.\u0000The correlation analysis between total tourists of Armenia and restaurants and hotels\u0000revenue is 0.52, between total tourists and employment is 0.14 and between total tourists and GDP is 0.37. Most studies of EAEU international trade flow analysis focus on the trade component. The present paper attempts to display the connection between EAEU trade and macroeconomic indicators. The applied technical methods of statistical analysis have enabled the researchers to evaluate SARIMA models for export and import, and forecast EAEU 2020 trade dynamics based on these models. Then keeping in mind, the idea that the basis of the constructed model is the assumption that the series will maintain its trend, the actual value was simply subtracted from the forecast value to measure the 2020 shock effect. Therefore, the\u0000analysis of employment indicators and their qualitative and quantitative assessment form\u0000sufficient practical grounds for an objective and scientific solution to the problems of\u0000economic activity of the population. In this article, the indicators characterizing the\u0000employment market of the territorial units of the Republic of Armenia, including the city of\u0000Yerevan, were analyzed, using econometric models. And the relationship and interaction\u0000between macroeconomic indicators and employment indicators were evaluated. The results of the analysis show that, according to territorial units, both employment indicators and other macroeconomic indicators in Armenia are highly polarized, and positive trends in economic development are manifested mainly in Yerevan and Syunik regions.
