Most existing methods use color information for specular removal, however, those methods can neither be applied to monochrome images nor achromatic objects. To overcome this problem, we use polarization for specular removal. Most methods not only use polarization camera but also use polarized light, while we use polarization camera and unpolarized light. The system proposed in this paper provides an interactive experience in a virtual space that is ideal for learning, without the limitations of places that are difficult to actually visit, such as underwater caves, or the unpredictability of when fish will appear. By interacting with the fish, the user can experience it as if they were actually present, which enhances the sense of immersion. A feature of ViT used in the field of object recognition is that its accuracy is improved by accumulating layers of Transformers. However, the latest models of the previous study of object tracking show that the accuracy decreases as the layers of the Transformer are accumulated. Therefore, in this study, we thought that the accuracy could be improved by changing the experimental conditions while the layers of transformers are accumulated. In addition, by searching for hyperparameters in the loss function, we expect to further improve the accuracy. The experimental results show that the accuracy can be improved by 5% by adjusting the parameters of regression loss and loss on bounding box size. Also, the model used in this study has a problem that the accuracy decreased by up to 7% when the number of Transformer layers is increased. It has been traditionally used to coat wooden crafts to protect them from degradation. A craft coated with urushi, called urushi-ware, has been used for centuries for daily necessities and has aspects of a work of art because it has a beautiful gloss and smooth feel on the surface. The goal of our study is to develop a set of techniques that allow designers to fabricate an urushi-ware with true interactivity, which can present visual information to provide an urushi-ware with both inputs and outputs while maintaining a beautiful gloss and a smooth feel on the surface. In this study, to achieve the above goal, we developed a technique for presenting visual information on urushi-ware. We create thermochromic colored urushi by mixing thermochromic pigments with a “Clear Urushi”. We conducted a pilot study to quantitatively evaluate the color change of thermochromic colored urushi with temperature. Based on this discussion, we are working on the visualization of music pieces with metadata, acoustic features, machine learning methods, and visualization methods that are effective for music classification tasks, exploring whether new relationships between acoustic features and metadata can be discovered through visualization. Specifically, we calculated the acoustic features of a set of songs using music analysis tools and machine learning techniques, and visualized the distribution of the acoustic features and metadata. We will soon see that the DAW (digital audio workstation) and the game engine will be merged into a more general and sophisticated musical environment. The authors are developing a prototype ensemble system in which several client PCs are managed with a REST http server. Each client plays its cello, piano, or some synthesizer part conducted by the server. The clients also send control signals to others to change the tempo, rhythm or pitch improvisationally.
