The main characters of the system lie in the several aspects: it focuses on national macroeconomic risks rather than complex risks or the risks for some special business or department; it selects only the indicators which possess the most important influences directly on the macro-economy and the indicators with each others are separately in causality and logic; it learns the lessons from the macroeconomic crises in history and from the current global recession resulted from the financial tsunami; it is a general system for the various nations. Although these methods implemented in many circuit simulators provide correct system-level and transistor-level simulations, they usually fail to give correct results for many challenging backplane channels. This paper discusses a simulator that we developed which can give correct simulation results for those channels. This increases the need to effectively manage the growing amount of information for a single patient. Therefore, there is a current need to visualise Electronic Health Records (EHRs) in a way that assist physicians with clinical tasks and medical decision-making. The new methods to visualise clinical information from EHRs should take into account time and be intuitive for clinicians. This paper uses Semantic Web technologies and HL7 Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) to provide well-defined interfaces that help clinicians to visualize the medical procedures performed and how clinical findings have changed over the time for a patient. Evolutionary Fuzzy System hybridizes the approximate reasoning method of fuzzy systems with the learning capability of Evolutionary Algorithms. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the ability of Evolutionary Fuzzy System to deal with intrusion detection classification problem as a new real-world application area. The Evolutionary Fuzzy System would be capable of extracting accurate fuzzy classification rules from network traffic data and applies them to detect normal and intrusive behaviors in computer network. Experiments were performed with KDDCup99 intrusion detection benchmark dataset which has information on computer networks, during normal and intrusive behaviors. A major hurdle in the realisation of this convergence is obtaining Quality of Service from a heterogeneous, best-effort service network. Interactive voice requires strict bounds on delay, jitter and packet losses, video adds significant bandwidth requirements to the network, while internet only makes its best effort to deliver a packet. Hence, the end-to-end QoS management of heterogeneous networks supporting multimedia services is of paramount importance. This paper presents a performance study of multimedia applications over 802.11 networks within metropolitan area networking environment. Specifically, we study QoS performance of VoIP applications over 802.11, while sharing the network resources with HTTP and video applications. Normal distribution and numerical fitting technique instead of real decision variable (DV) distribution are used in derivation to approximate the threshold expression, and the modification method for the threshold expression is also presented. The threshold expression is based on the individual FFT Doppler bin false alarm probability rather than the convention whole detector false alarm probability. The proposed threshold expression can be adjusted according to the false alarm probability, the noncoherent accumulation (NCA) length and the estimated noise variance. Additionally, how to select the optimal FFT point number is discussed. Furthermore we discuss the implementation of zero-padding FFT with its advantage and limitation. Various crossover and mutation methods to accomplish Genetic Algorithm (GA), namely, single point, multipoint, uniform, greedy, migration, and on-demand etc.; exist. However, these mechanisms are static in nature. This paper presents a dynamic crossover (DC) mechanism. We investigate its performance by implementing in hardware (FPGA) with convergence rate and higher fitness as the performance metric. The purpose of the DC concept is two fold; to achieve faster convergence and to consume lesser memory by keeping the population size static.
