 Design/Method/Approach: The research design is a quantitative approach using a survey method with a questionnaire to find out the opinions of respondents. Using structural equation modeling (SEM), the research will test a number of hypotheses developed in this article. A sample size for this research is 137 respondents.
 Findings: According to SEM analysis using AMOS, green product knowledge does not affect attitudes towards green products, but communication through social media marketing and value consciousness of products are proven to affect consumer attitudes. Furthermore, attitude is proven to affect intention to purchase green products positively and significantly.
 Theoretical Implications: In conclusion, it turns out that product knowledge has no effect on determining consumer attitudes. It shows the need for other relevant variables in the research model as there is an interesting phenomenon of products that are classified as unique among young people in developing countries.
 Practical Implications: Social media activists and big companies in Indonesia can influence their young followers to care about the environment and promote affordable green products.
 Originality/Value: It includes awareness of the importance of using green products among young people, as well as a research model to determine buying behavior while purchasing green products.
 Research Limitations/Future Research: This research has several limitations. Most importantly, the sample in this study was limited by selecting a sample of the younger generation in Indonesia. It would be more useful for future studies to use a wider sample of income levels. In addition, for future empirical research it is more useful to add many independent variables, such as product quality and the country of origin of the product.

 The use of social media as part of social interaction activities in society and at the same time as a medium for companies to promote their products is increasing. This condition opens opportunities for companies engaged in environmentally friendly products or often called green products to take advantage of social media in disseminating their products to consumers. This study aims to test whether understanding of green products, communication through electronic social media and value consciusness when buying a product will influence consumer behavior to buy environmentally oriented products. For the purposes of the survey, a questionnaire was designed using Google Form. The questionnaire was socialized to 200 students.  Дизайн / Метод / Підхід дослідження: Використано процесний підхід, структурний аналіз, квантитативний аналіз, діалектичний, абстрактно-логічний метод пізнання, факторний, порівняльний підходи, методи емпіричного узагальнення, інтегральної оцінки, стратегічного аналізу, а також прийоми матричної та графічної візуалізації статистичних даних.
 Результати дослідження: Розроблено концептуальні положення стратегічного менеджменту щодо розвитку ринкової діяльності міжнародних компаній, які враховують специфіку реалізації функцій стратегічного планування, що базуються на результатах структурування проблем науково-технологічного розвитку з урахуванням основних положень корпоративного управління, що розкривають вимоги до процесу стратегічного менеджменту при прийнятті ефективних управлінських рішень у середовищі міжнародних компаній. Розроблено методичний підхід щодо оцінки системи стратегічного менеджменту розвитку міжнародних компаній, що базується на оцінці елементів, що входять до її складу, що відрізняється визначенням інтегрального показника стратегічного планування в залежності від величини займаної площі на оціночній матриці, що враховує сукупність ресурсів, що використовуються компанією для освоєння або утримання міжнародних ринків.
 Запропоновано підхід до формування проектної команди, що здійснює стратегічне планування розвитку міжнародної компанії, що базується на реалізації принципу крос-функціональності, що дозволяє врахувати мотиваційні та демотиваційні фактори, що впливають на розвиток членів проектної групи та здійснювати поточне регулювання команди врахуванням міжфункціональної взаємодії її членів при реалізації окремих компетенцій застосування в компанії системного підходу в корпоративному менеджменті.
 Теоретична цінність дослідження: Теоретична значущість дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні положень, що актуалізують методичні підходи реалізації стратегій міжнародних компаній з урахуванням їх галузевої належності, про застосування специфічних методів та інструментів стратегічного менеджменту, моделювання вибору пріоритетних напрямків ринкового розвитку.
 Практична цінність дослідження: Практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що висновки та рекомендації можуть бути використані міжнародними компаніями під час удосконалення системного забезпечення системи стратегічного менеджменту, а також практичного застосування обґрунтованих положень для розвитку ринкової присутності і ведення конкурентної боротьби.

Hurtovyi","doi":"10.15421/192314","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15421/192314","url":null,"abstract":"Purpose: Unsolved pre-war problems of agricultural production are additionally burdened by ongoing military operations, which have caused inevitable changes in domestic and foreign markets. Identifying and eliminating threats to the development of the agricultural sector will increase the efficiency of agricultural production, which will increase the level of foreign economic security of the country and, at the same time, strengthen global food security.
 Design / Method / Approach: Based on the data of domestic and international statistical services and organizations, we used economic and statistical methods (regression, trend analysis) and graphically presented the obtained results.
 Findings: A critically low share of imports negatively affects foreign economic security and pricing in the domestic market. The products export of plant-origin and low-value metals, as opposed to the high-tech products import, is critical. The condition with the provision of fish and fish products, fruits, berries and grapes, eggs, vegetables, and melon food crops is unstable. It depends either on conditions in foreign markets or only on domestic factors. The geographical structure of foreign trade is unsatisfactory and threatening due to excessive imports from China. An inverse correlation between the export volume of Ukrainian agricultural products and the world level of food prices has been established.
 Theoretical Implications: The work confirms the importance of the Ukrainian agricultural sector in the context of global food security.
 Practical Implications: We offer a set of actions, the implementation of which will make it possible to eliminate problems in agricultural production that negatively affect the state of foreign economic security.
 Originality / Value: Work on a highly specialized topic, which includes the development of agricultural processes against the background of ongoing military operations.
 Research Limitations / Future Research: In further research, it is advisable to consider the importance of the agricultural sector in the system of economic security of different countries since this article is limited to the methodology of the Ukrainian government.

Зокрема дослідження інвестиційної привабливості акцій біржового фонду компаній, що працюють у сфері технологій.
 Дизайн / Метод / Підхід дослідження: При написанні роботи використовувалися методи: емпіричний – для здійснення експериментальних перевірок виявлених закономірностей; графічний – для наочного уявлення результатів досліджень; систематизації та узагальнення – для узагальнення наукових концепцій, розробок та пропозицій; статистичний – для реалізації кількісного підходу до вивчення даних. Як базу для проведення досліджень було обрано фондовий ринок США. Дослідження проводилися шляхом статистичної обробки даних про значення ринкових цін акцій низки біржових фондів, що обертаються на фондовому ринку США за період із січня 2017 по серпень 2023 рр.
 Результати дослідження: Встановлено, що цінні папери біржового фонду технологічних компаній Select Sector SPDR Fund – Technology (SPY) мають досить високий інвестиційний потенціал і, відповідно, є вельми привабливим інвестиційним інструментом. За часів сприятливих періодів на фондовому ринку США акції цього фонду зростають у ціні ув 2,3 – 3,1 разів швидше, ніж акції фондів, орієнтованих на такі загальноринкові індекси, як Standard & Poor's – 500 та Dow Jones Industrial Average. При цьому за часів корекцій фондового ринку цінні папери фонду технологічних компаній просідають у 1,4 – 1,7 разів глибше, ніж цінні папери фондів, орієнтованих на загальноринкові індекси. У зв'язку з цією властивістю, у періоди, коли на ринку очікується зростання, при формуванні інвестиційного портфеля доцільно віддавати перевагу цінним паперам біржового фонду технологічних компаній Select Sector SPDR Fund – Technology та позбавлятися цінних паперів цього фонду напередодні очікуваної корекції фондового ринку.
 Теоретична цінність дослідження: Визначення інвестиційного інструменту, що має оптимальне співвідношення параметрів ризик/прибутковість та формулювання і опис його характерних властивостей.
 Практична цінність дослідження: Практичне застосування результатів досліджень дозволить підвищити рівень приросту капіталу при інвестуванні на міжнародних фондових ринках.
 Оригінальність / Цінність дослідження: Дане дослідження розширює знання в сфері інвестування в цінні папери біржових фондів в цілому та зокрема в акції фонду технологічних компаній Select Sector SPDR Fund – Technology. Запропонована концептуальна модель інвестування в цінні папери цього фонду залежно від поточної фази міжнародного фондового ринку. The major output of this paper is concrete customer requirements that invite business model innovations to managed IT services and challenges to establish corresponding business model innovations.
 Design/Method/Approach: The study identified more than 200 journal articles and conference articles with BMI and IT service providers, and it conducted a mapping review of current research to identify relevant academic theories, implementation strategies, and BMI in the managed IT service sector while highlighting gaps in empirical research.
 Findings: Most applied are BMI and the framework of dynamic capabilities in business models of IT services. Early movers, who develop a comprehensive platform strategy, can achieve an invulnerable moat and establish a leading market position.
 Practical Implications: The insights of this study could be applied by large companies, small- and medium-sized companies and start-ups, researchers, etc. They can use the insights to innovate their current business models and improve tailored client solutions. 
 Originality/Value: The study concludes that business model innovations and IT service providers develop areas for future success.
 Research Limitations/Future Research: The design of the study is based on a systematic literature review and limited to the areas of BMI research in the IT service sector. For further research projects, individual articles can be chosen to perform in-depth analysis. Our trend analysis shows the focus on main technologies. However, this can be compared with the technologies mentioned in the Gartner Hype Cycle. Further research could be conducted to overcome limitations and cover the uncertain content of this research.

The research utilizes a quantitative approach with structural equation modeling (SEM) and gathers data through a cross-sectional survey conducted among online supermarket customers. The survey instrument includes questions related to price transparency, online shopping interface, safe transaction, delivery performance (independent variables), and E-commerce Performance and Digital Customer Retention (dependent variables).
 Design/Method/Approach: The analysis, based on data from 228 respondents, reveals that Delivery Performance and E-commerce Performance play critical roles in determining overall E-commerce Performance. Additionally, Price Transparency emerges as a crucial factor significantly influencing Digital Customer Retention. However, Online Shopping Interface and Safe Transaction demonstrate limited impact on both E-commerce Performance and Digital Customer Retention.
 Findings: The study shows a positive link between E-commerce Performance and Digital Customer Retention, identifying gaps in understanding factors like website design, pricing, and product quality. To improve retention, businesses should enhance online presence, prioritize customer experience, and focus on Delivery Performance, E-commerce Performance, and Price Transparency. Safe Transaction and Online Shopping Interface have a smaller impact. Mediation tests reveal these factors indirectly affect retention through E-commerce Performance. Price Transparency lacks a significant indirect effect. Future research could explore more factors, contexts, and methodologies.
 Theoretical Implications: Theoretical implications of the study contribute to the understanding of the essential factors that influence E-commerce Performance and Digital Customer Retention within the context of online supermarkets in Indonesia. The findings emphasize the significance of delivery reliability, price transparency, and overall E-commerce Performance in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
 Practical Implications: Practically, the research offers valuable insights for businesses operating in the online supermarket industry in Indonesia. To retain digital customers and enhance overall business success, companies should prioritize optimizing their delivery processes, enhancing price transparency, and improving E-commerce Performance.
 Though not directly applicable in this study, the research findings have potential social implications for policymakers and regulators in the e-commerce sector. Implementing policies that promote reliable delivery, transparent pricing, and a conducive online shopping environment could positively impact the online supermarket industry and the broader e-commerce landscape.

The research aims to explore the potential of storytelling to strengthen connections, support networks, and improve people's adaptability, while addressing the lack of coherence in this area. \u0000Design/Method/Approach: This study used a secondary research strategy. \u0000Findings: Throughout this study, the author makes the case that narrative is critical to effective organizational management and leadership. However, meaningful and creative in developing qualitative research in management is, the growth of story methods has resulted in a lack of consistency in the field. \u0000Theoretical Implications: The theoretical findings of this study emphasize the importance of competent organizational management and leadership in storytelling. This study emphasizes that storytelling is an important tool for communicating values and emotions, as well as for creating connections and support networks, exploring the function of narrative in management. The growing popularity of storytelling methods, however, also highlights the lack of consistency in this area. The study calls for further research into the relationship between storytelling and human adaptation, as well as the validity of storytelling as a methodology for qualitative management research. The results help to clarify the theoretical foundations of storytelling and its use in corporate situations. \u0000Practical Implications: Although literature acknowledges significantly emotional and psychological advantages associated with using storytelling in studies, there has been no evidence of the link between improving human adaptability and using storytelling in research. Further, the study scrutinizes the moderating effect of perceived organizational support. \u0000Design/Method/Approach: The study used a quantitative approach. Data were collected from 231 employees working in head offices of three commercial banks in Tanzania. Data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. \u0000Findings: The study found that both transformational and transactional styles of leadership are used in commercial banks. Further, each leadership style plays a significant role in reducing turnover intentions. Perceived organizational support was also found to be a significant moderator of the relationship between each leadership style and turnover intentions. \u0000Theoretical Implications: This study extends the literature on the role of a relationship between transformational and transactional leadership styles on turnover intentions in Tanzanian commercial banks. \u0000Practical Implications: Commercial banks have to make use of both transformational and transactional leadership styles in order to obtain positive outcomes in retaining their employees. Moreover, better results could be achieved once employees perceive the presence of organizational support. \u0000Originality/Value: As per the existing empirical literature, it is the first study to be conducted in the Tanzanian context. \u0000Research Limitations/Future Research: This study used a quantitative method only. Future studies may consider using a mixed approach to get more insights from respondents. Data collection was done in three commercial banks in Tanzania. The partial least square (PLS) method was adopted as the analytical tool for hypothesis testing. This structural equation modelling (SEM) method was performed with SMARTPLS 3.3.3 software. \u0000Findings: The results demonstrate that authentic leadership has a non-significant relationship with creativity except through job thriving. Further, the moderated mediation result shows that leader-member exchange strengthens the relationship between job thriving and creativity and enhances positive influences of authentic leadership in a creativity context. \u0000Theoretical Implications: The study provides plausible evidence on the pathways through which authentic leadership, as a positive form of leadership, explicates influence on creativity, wherein job thriving and leader-member exchange interact as contextual variables. \u0000Practical Implications: Public organisations should introduce regular leadership training to enable managers to learn behaviours that would enhance their authenticity at work. An assessment can be integrated into leadership training programmes to ensure its efficacy. \u0000Originality/Value: Not all employees are motivated to engage in creative work in bureaucratized settings due to the leadership behaviour in practice. This study demonstrates how authentic leadership engenders creativity through the enhancement of certain contextual variables: job thriving and leader-member exchange. \u0000Research Limitations/Future Research: This research was limited to a specific public organisation and Nigerian State. Although the empirical information provided herein may be insightful and have applicable value for other public organisations as well as Nigerian States, it is important to replicate this research with a broader sample and geographic spread to improve its generality. This research data was collected by means of a questionnaire distributed across a sample of consumers living in Indonesia. An online survey was used and conducted in November 2022 in Indonesia to measure this research. The sample, which was collected through the online survey using Google Form, consisted of 780 participants and was representative of gender, age, and region. Actually 800 participants were contacted to participate in the survey, but only 780 participants responded to the online survey. \u0000Findings: The first objective of this study was to test the ability of the extended Value Attitude Behaviour (VAB) model to explain the consumption of organic food products by Indonesian consumers. The results show a good fit of the data. The third hypothesis was confirmed because attitudes are closely related to organic food consumption. Organic food products were considered and perceived as something unique and natural; therefore, they provided a favorable attitude among the part of the respondents. \u0000Theoretical Implications: The study contributes to existing literature on organic food products especially about variables used in this study. In addition, in this study, consumers' perception of organic food products as unique, natural, healthy and sustainable was positively related to their overall attitudes. \u0000Practical Implications: Given the high production costs and limited quantities of organic food products, marketers should present and promote (through packaging and stores) organic food products as the ones of unique quality and should emphasize their natural character. \u0000Originality/Value: This paper provides a comprehensive overview and links the literature on organic food consumption to Value Theory and the Theory of Planned Behaviour, including the role of perceived uniqueness and healthiness. The proposed integration of perceived uniqueness and healthiness in an organic food consumption model leads to interesting hypotheses and recommendations for policy makers, researchers and stakeholders involved in the organic food market. \u0000Research Limitations/Future Research: This study provides a good indication regarding consumers’ attitudes, perceived naturalness, and perceived uniqueness of organic food products. However, as only 55% of the respondents had consumed organic food products, the attitude and beliefs of 45% of the respondents were not based on actual experience, but on expectations and beliefs.
