Роз’яснено зв'язок між глобальними проблемами й викликами та типами країн світу. Визначено основні глобальні проблеми для країн, що розвиваються. Запропоновано вирішення глобальних проблем за допомогою управління потенціалом соціалізації економіки. \u0000Теоретичне значення дослідження – розвинуто думку щодо потенціалу соціалізації у вирішенні глобальних проблем та викликів. \u0000Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості застосування його результатів глобальними суб’єктами (міжнародними організаціями, корпораціями та окремими державами) в управлінні та вирішенні глобальних проблем. \u0000Оригінальність/Цінність/Наукова новизна дослідження – розподілено глобальні проблеми за типами країн світу. Formulation of an interpretative framework for evaluation and management of the existing Social Agriculture actions trough a system-describing pattern. \u0000Theoretical implications. Care farms are the most innovative expressions of the agriculture multifunctional. Through the development of complementary activities related to the production of food, they represent an opportunity to discover the innumerable resources of the rural world. An assessment system of the care farming activities, allows for reaching a clear definition of the services for the citizens. \u0000Practical implications. Individuals can use Social Agriculture as a way out of job-related stress. Firms, local, and national authorities should evaluate, support, and manage Social Agriculture. \u0000Originality/Value. This study for the first time concludes that the rural context and agricultural process are the drivers to promote social integration in the communities. Therefore, the meaning of the Social Agriculture assessment systems obtaining a great importance both for the value' increase of the farmer and for the increase of support for social policies in marginal areas. \u0000Future research. The purpose is to assemble the list of the most important requirements and opportunities of process innovation through the analysis of the main and most recent scholarly developments related to the study of process innovation. \u0000Design/Method/Approach. Systematic literature review. \u0000Theoretical implications. In outlining the requirements and opportunities of process innovation, this article builds a foundation for understanding process innovation and an introduction to terms and ideas related to process innovation. From such foundation, scholars can further develop the study of process innovation and the understanding of the main factors that contribute to its success. \u0000Practical implication. Process innovation is linked to a high failure rate (between 50% - 80%), which acts as a deterrent for many managers and companies. Through understanding the requirements and opportunities of process innovation, managers can intelligently decide whether it is best for their company to pursue or avoid process innovation. \u0000Originality/Value. Articles have shared, in small parts, the requirements and opportunities of process innovation, but this article is original due its listing of the most important requirements and opportunities of process innovation. \u0000Research limitations/Future research. This article shares the requirements and opportunities of process innovation, but it does not rank or list either the requirements or opportunities based on their importance to process innovation. Additionally, this article does not quantitatively assess the requirements and opportunities importance to process innovation. Future research can rank the requirements and opportunities of process innovation based on their contribution to the success and/or failure of process innovation within a firm or an industry. \u0000 Paper type – conceptual. Fully observed recursive mixed process model. \u0000Findings. Results show that (i) extraversion positively predicts turnover and that (ii) openness does not predict turnover. Moreover, comparing size effects between studies reveals that only extraversion has significantly more positive effect on employee turnover, which is in contradiction with previous meta-analysis. \u0000Theoretical implications. This research identifies a plausible boundary condition – national culture – in examining how a person’s personality impact employee turnover in organizations. It highlights the shortcomings of previous meta-analysis that failed to incorporate differences in societal values and business contexts and identifies. \u0000Practical implications. In studying cultural contexts and value congruencies, this study contributes to the international human resources literature by identifying boundary conditions that explain how personality impacts employee turnover. \u0000Originality/Value. This study is the first to analyze the effects of personality on turnover using a within-individual unfolding and holistic model. \u0000Research limitations/Future research. The current study incorporates only a sample from a single country. В процесі дослідження використано методи теоретичного узагальнення, аргументації та абстракції, аналітичний та економіко-статистичний. \u0000Результати дослідження. Висвітлено основні погляди та надано трактування таким поняттям як трудові ресурси, трудовий потенціал (країни, регіону, підприємства). Оглянуто показники, що характеризують трудовий потенціал суспільства, надано їх класифікацію. Наведено характеристику трудового потенціалу відповідно до рівневої структури. З’ясовано, з чого формується величина трудового потенціалу регіону та розглянуто його кількісні та якісні сторони. Проаналізовано стан трудового потенціалу Житомирської області за демографічною складовою, включаючи динаміку природного приросту населення. Представлено зведені показники стану трудового потенціалу, з’ясовано роль освітньої складової у формуванні трудового потенціалу на основі аналізу кількості осіб, які навчалися у навчальних закладах. Розглянуто основні показники діяльності суб’єктів господарювання та економічну активність населення за рівнем освіти. На основі отриманих даних зроблено висновки та рекомендації щодо покращення ситуації, що склалася. \u0000Практичне значення дослідження. Результати дослідження можна використовувати при розробці пропозицій щодо ефективного формування та використання трудового потенціалу. \u0000Оригінальність/Цінність/Наукова новизна дослідження. Висвітлено підходи до визначення поняття «трудовий потенціал» та «трудовий потенціал регіону», проведено оцінку та аналіз стану трудового потенціалу та надано рекомендації щодо його ефективного формування та використання. \u0000Обмеження дослідження/Перспективи подальших досліджень.
