The results indicated that: altruism, gratitude, forgiveness of the rural primary school teachers in northwest Yunnan were above the middle level. The male teacher's altruism was higher than that of the female teacher, the female teacher's gratitude was higher than that of the male teacher; the gratitude score of teachers with short teaching age was higher than that of teachers with long -term teaching ,the forgiveness score of teachers with long-term teaching was higher than that of short teaching age; the forgiveness score of the senior title and ungraded titles teacher were higher than that of other professional titles, and the senior title teacher's altruistic score was higher than that of the junior qualifications teachers. There had significantly positive correlation among gratitude ,altruism and forgiveness. Gratitude and altruism had significantly positive influence on forgiveness. The impact of these six categories of institutional factors on the choice of OFDI locations in countries along the “Belt and Road” is based on the level of the rule of law and the control of corruption. In addition, this article also discusses the impact of tax burden factors and natural resource endowments, as well as their interplay with institutional factors. Through research, it has been found that Chinese companies’ OFDI does not place much emphasis on the host country’s level of corruption control and the rule of law. It also tends to focus on the political system (discourse and accountability), government efficiency, political stability, and the elimination of violence/terrorism and the rule of law. Under these trade agreements, it is necessary for us to make new adjustments to the trade pattern of the \"one belt, one road\". The construction of the \"one belt, one road\" trade agreement framework will promote orderly and free flow of economic elements, efficient allocation of resources and deep market integration. When focusing on the design of new framework, we will encounter lots of challenges such as conflicts of interests, differences in legal systems and trade barriers. We should actively respond to these challenges and find out corresponding countermeasures. There are many academic anomie behaviors in the process of writing and publishing. It plays a very important role in social economy. The article first analyzes the transmission effect of social security on economic growth, and then selects the economic statistics data from 1997 to 2017 as the sample interval. VAR model, and through the co-integration analysis of the model system, impulse response function and variance decomposition on the impact of social security on economic growth empirical study. Impulse response function shows that the level of social security has a more stable effect on consumption and savings, and it has a stable effect on GDP growth from the perspective of accumulation. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between economic growth and carbon emissions, but there is a negative correlation between tourism development and carbon emissions. Among them, the negative correlation between domestic tourism and carbon emissions is more significant than that between international tourism, and there is a significant positive correlation between fixed asset investment and carbon emissions. Based on the above conclusions, suggestions for relevant policies are put forward as follows. The government should formulate environmental protection policies while developing the economy.
