And then the Nash equilibrium solution of a bargaining problem between sellers and buyers in the final price of the houses for sale in the second-hand house market is analyzed in the final-offer arbitration model. Finally, The analysis of Nash Equilibrium on Final-offer Arbitration Model is given under the Weibull distribution, the Rayleigh distribution and Pareto distribution. In practical application, its influence is very huge, and it has a very high guiding significance for the implementation of accounting practice and accounting system. In recent years, China's securities market has developed rapidly, and the pursuit of accounting stability is getting higher and higher day by day. With the deepening of accounting system, financial departments, securities regulatory departments and other enterprises should follow the principle of accounting conservatism when choosing accounting policies. In the situation of market competition, technological development and consumption upgrading, a New Retailing model featuring online service, offline experience and modern logistics was first proposed by Ma Yun. Subsequently, some new prominents of New Retailing such as Fresh Hema came into being. In order to study the New Retailing model, this paper taking Fresh Hema as an example, establishes a new retail consumption experience index system according to the 4P theory, processes data by word2vec algorithm, and analyses the consumer experience from the five stages of sense, interest, choice, action and sharing. Based on theoretical analysis and logical reasoning, this paper believes that the negative reputation of tourism product network is positively related to the negative purchase intention (from the quality, quantity, professionalism of the negative information itself, and the relationship between the senders and the receivers. The relationship between the tightness starts to explore the impact on negative purchase intentions, and the consumer self-construction type regulates the relationship between the two factors. For example, the independent self-construction type of consumers will be reduced relationship. The data analysis results support the assumptions in this paper.
