The financial development scale, financial development structure, financial development efficiency and financial asset investment were selected to measure the level of financial development in Shaanxi Province. The cointegration test, the granger test, the variance decomposition and the pulse corresponding graph are used for empirical analysis. Aiming at the case deficiency in social network researching field, we put forward a case conforming to the Pareto principle. This article firstly discusses the concept of the Pareto principle; secondly by describing and experiments based on the charts and tables proposes a case of the social network, and demonstrates the case is a case conforming to the Pareto principle by analysis; finally puts forward some suggestions that should often think of and refer to the theories of sociology for the researchers with science and engineering background, especially the interdisciplinary background. Although the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence of foreign language tour guides and other related industries has been paid more and more attention, there are still some problems to be solved in depth. First of all, the number of foreign language tour guides is scarce, especially in minor language. Second, the foreign language tour guide's cross-cultural communication ability is insufficient, the related ability cannot be tested in the qualification examination. Judging from a series of recent international competitions, the Chinese team after the reform has no absolute advantage in technology and is in danger. The author tries to make a thorough analysis of the external environment and internal composition of Chinese table tennis team as well as the true connotation of various specific strengths, to explore comprehensively the influence of the reform of 40+plastic ball of the International Table Tennis Federation on the dominant position of table tennis in China, to reflect on the factors affecting the technical, tactical and psychological training of table tennis, to reveal the existing problems, and to put forward the solution of strengthening tactical and psychological training. It can provide more concise and precise performance evaluation criteria, enabling managers to make more precise decisions, thus EVA has received more and more attention. This paper has selected 101 companies listed in the small and medium-sized board from 2015 to 2017 as research objects, mainly selecting the economic value added (EVA), net profit margin (NPS), return on equity (ROE), return on total assets (ROA), total asset turnover (TAT), earnings per share (EPS), and property net profit rate (PRN) from them in the past three years to demonstrate the validity of EVA data.
