Karakter disiplin penting dikembangkan dalam rangka pembentukan kepribadian yang kokoh serta bertanggungjawab sehingga peserta didik dapat belajar dengan baik. Salah satu bentuk pembentukan karakter disiplin adalah dengan kegiatan tahfizh Al- Qur’an, yang dilakukan peserta didik rutin setiap hari disekolah. \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) untuk menguraikan strategi pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik melalui kegiatan tahfizh di TK Islam Al Jihad Ciputat tangerang Selatan, (2) mengungkap pola aktivitas keagamaan tahfizh Al-Qur’an dalam membentuk karakter disiplin dan perilaku peserta didik di TK Islam Al Jihad Ciputat tangerang Selatan, dan (3) kendala pembentukan karakter disiplin, dan perilaku peserta didik melalui aktivitas keagamaan tahfizh Al-Qur’an di TK Islam Al Jihad Ciputat tangerang Selatan. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berjenis kajian tematik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk analisis datanya. Hanya saja, guru Paud wilayah Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur, belum mampu memahami konsep Pembelajaran Inkuiri juga belum mampu memuat konsep Pembelajaran Inkuiri dengan baik dan kesulitan dalam penerapannya. Berdasarkan kondisi ini maka pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P2M) berupa pelatihan pembelajaran menggunakan Pembelajaran Inkuiri. Kegiatan ini bentuknya pelatihan dengan metode yang digunakan workshop dan praktek dalam kegiatan P2M ini, tutor PAUD diberikan pemahaman, pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai Pembelajaran Inkuiri. Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta pengaplikasian Pembelajaran Inkuiri dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode  Quasi Experimental design dalam bentuk  nonequiivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok A TK Islam Sultan Agung 02 Semarang. Yaitu kelompok A1 yang terdiri 13 anak dan Kelompok A3 yang terdiri 13 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Penggunaan metode permainan pesan berantai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meninkakan kemapuan bahaa reepif anak kelas A TK Islam Sultan Agung 02 Semarang. Hasil analisis uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai Sig. (2-tiled) 0.200 > 0.05, dan uji homogenitas menunjukkan data bersifat homogen dengan nilai Sig. 0.955 > 0.05 . Hasil uji t terhadap data awal dan data akhir dengan nilai Sig. Therefore, individuals must have the ability to balance their responsibilities in work and family life to become individuals with positive and loyal behavior at work. In balancing work and family, conflicts and dilemmas often arise in determining the priorities of these two things, giving rise to a situation called work-family conflict. This research aims to (1) describe employee work-family conflict based on gender (men and women), and (2) examine differences in employee work-family conflict based on gender. This research uses quantitative research methods with a comparative descriptive research type. The research sample was 100 employees of Padang State University. Objective Structured Cinical Examination (OSCE) adalah metode penilaian kompetensi klinis untuk mahasiswa kedokteran yang dapat menjadi faktor resiko menimbulkan kecemasan. Kecemasan adalah suatu kondisi terhadap sesuatu yang tidak disukai dapat menjadi persisten dan semakin parah seiring waktu. Kecemasan dapat dikelola dengan berbagai management kecemasan salah satunya ibadah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Observasional Kuantitatif Analitik Cross Sectional Study yang bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas salat di awal waktu dengan kecemasanan saat menghadapi OSCE dengan responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan dokter Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Peneletian dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuisioner intensitas salat dan kuisioner kecemasan. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis statistik non-parametrik Spearman dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 %. Hasil penelitian didapat nilai signifikan 0,02 (p <0,05) dengan nilai r -0,170, pada angkatan 2020 didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,02 (p <0,01) dengan nilai r -0,266, dan pada angkatan 2021 nilai signifikan 0,483 (p >0,05) dengan nilai r -0,074. The research objectives are: 1) Test the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance; 2) Test the influence of the principal's management on teacher performance; 3) Test the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance; 4) Test the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher job satisfaction at Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang State Senior High School; 5) Test the influence of the principal's management on teacher job satisfaction through job satisfaction; 6) Test the significant influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance; and 7) Test the significant influence of principal management on teacher performance at Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang Public High School through job satisfaction. Problems related to student self-regulated learning can be seen in the presence of students who forget to deliver assignments and students who have never reviewed the economics subject matter that has been taught. Based on preliminary observations, it is known that in MAN 3 Pekanbaru City there is no learning media that can support students to carry out self-regulated learning. Learning media that is only guided by textbooks is currently one of the learning methods that are not very effective for increasing self-regulated learning. This study aims to produce a valid and practical website-based learning media in economics subject at MAN 3 Pekanbaru so that it can effectively improve students' self-regulated learning. The development of website-based learning media is carried out using a 4-D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and tested the effectiveness using paired sample t-test. Faktor terpenting dalam jalannya suatu organisasi atau perusahaan salah satunya merupakan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Dalam penentuan Duta Layanan Teller terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi penilaian. Penilaian ini berdasarkan penilaian kinerja teller, yakni Ketelitian, Kecepatan, Tangung Jawab, Keramahan, Inisiatif. Demi efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja maka pengambilan keputusan yang tepat sangat diperlukan dengan tujuan untuk membangun dan memberikan alternatif sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang mempunyai kemampuan analisa pemilihan Duta Layanan Teller dengan menggunkan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), dimana masing-masing kriteria dalam hal ini dibandingkan satu dengan yang lain sehingga memberikan hasil duta layanan teller. Salah satu media tersebut adalah balok dari bubur kertas yang bermanfaat untuk melatih motorik anak, kemampuan analisis ruang dan kemampuan interpersonal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptrif dengan teknik pengembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Populasi dari penelitian ini berasal dari tutor PAUD di wilayah Cipayung, Jakarta Timur serta beberapa anak PAUD di wilayah tersebut. Penerapan model cooperative learning dapat efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran ketika langkah-langkah yang disyaratkan bisa dipraktekkan dengan baik dan benar  dalam pembelajaran.
