Lestari, Zahrotul Luthfiyah","doi":"10.37850/cendekia.v12i1.79","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37850/cendekia.v12i1.79","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract \u0000This study aims to explain and analyze the difficulties of teachers in carrying out the 2013 thematic learning assessment curriculum, the factors that cause teachers' difficulties in carrying out the 2013 thematic learning assessment curriculum and the efforts that MI teachers can do to overcome the difficulties in evaluating the 2013 thematic learning curriculum in MIM Kendalkemlagi. This type of research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The technique of determining the validity and validity of data uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this study indicate that the difficulties experienced by MI teachers in carrying out the 2013 curriculum thematic learning assessment include the preparation of an assessment format and assessment instruments; understand children with a variety of material from several content subjects combined in one theme; understanding questions to students who are still not fluent in reading; KI and KD mapping process, assessment process, learning process, and determining the assessment tools used. The study used a qualitative approach to which content analysis was done. For the in-depth analysis, observation and interviews were completed. After the data were collected, the trustworthiness of data was done by comparing various data. Data were analyzed using the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman (1984). The purpose of this study is to reveal the importance of e-literacy and public policy education. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) requires e-literacy and education to improve performance results so that public services can be maximized. This becomes interesting research in the development of science-based on the real events that occur in Indonesia. Where so far, e-literacy and education is only intended for the public, especially millennial generation. The research method used is the study of literature where data is obtained through various secondary sources that are relevant to theoretically strengthen research results. The findings explain that e-literacy and education are effective and efficient strategies in overcoming budget constraints and low levels of ASN competence. Using qualitative approach, this case study presents a natural and objective illustration of the problem. The data accurately and carefully analyzed based on inductive – qualitative analysis. The analysis come up with conclution that: the meaning of instruction according to the perception of the lectures at STIT Al-Fattah - Lamongan is the activity interconnected with transfer of knowledge, transfer of value, and transfer of skill. This activity has competention as a purpose that will be given to the students appropriate to the subjects that lectures teach them in the form ability to think, ability to have a certain attitude, and ability to act. With the abilities we expect the students can solve the problem that they face in the sociaty. The implication of the perception about the instruction in the instructional activity of the lectures can be seen at follows: in the instructional activity the lectures begin with making syllabus of the subject then followed by contruct the course outline that have contents; instructional objective, time line, instructional strategy, and the evaluation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 24 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the creativity of teachers was classified as moderate with a percentage of 87.5%. It meant that the teacher was quite creative in providing ideas that could make students motivated to learn, the learning achievement of class V students was moderate with a percentage of 50%. Children experience a fundamental development process which means that development experiences at an early age can have a strong and long-term effect so that they underlie the child's subsequent developmental processes. Every child has a number of potential, both physical, biological, cognitive, and social emotional potential. The design of this study uses class action research (Classroom Action Research) with two cycles, where each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection, while the instrument uses observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were 25 children of Group A in Mentari Harapan Blimbing Paciran Lamongan in the Academic Year of 2017/2018. Data analysis was carried out by means of descriptive qualitative with 65% individual completeness and 85% grade completeness.
