The study of political Islam discusses how Islamic teachings can be applied in the political system and can influence the political decision-making process. The study of Islamic economics deals with the principles of Islamic economics and how principles such as politics, economics and law can be applied in everyday life. While the study of Islamic law discusses the Islamic legal system and how the teachings of Islam can be applied in various aspects of law, such as civil law, Family Law, and criminal law. In writing this journal article formulates how the differences in political, legal, economic development of Islamic civilization and in the state of Indonesia. The type of method used in this writing is using qualitative descriptive method using library research or with library research, where the data used is Library data. Primary Data used in this writing are journals and books related to the history of Islamic civilization and the state of Indonesia by collecting various information that is considered relevant and in accordance with the problems studied in this writing. Validitas dan otentitas dari hadis yang tersebar sampai saat ini merupakan buah upaya keberhatian para sahabat dalam menjaga hafalan. Untuk membuktikan keberadaan dan peran tradisi tikrār beserta pengulangan berjumlah ganjil dalam proses pemeliharaan hadis, maka orbit utama dalam penelitian ini memerlukan penggalian makna mendalam sehingga relevansi antar keduanya akan terungkap secara spesifik. Penelitian kualitatif dengan basis kepustakaan ini menerapkan teknik dokumentasi dalam menghimpun keseleruhan data, baik kategori primer maupun sekunder. Cakupan data yang diperoleh akan melewati proses analisis menggunakan teori semantik. Penerapan tradisi tikrār dengan ketepatan pengulangan berjumlah ganjil secara signifikan berimplikasi pada akurasi pemahaman dan daya tangkap para periwayat dikalangan sahabat. The problem of lack of adjustment is a problem that is often experienced by students in Islamic boarding schools that only study the yellow book and Islamic boarding schools that provide formal educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to find out whether peer social support and self-confidence can affect the adjustment of new students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 33 class VII-F students of SMPI SGJ. the selection of subjects in this study was based on recommendations from the school and counseling teachers. As for the scale of peer social support and self-confidence used as a data collection method, to test the hypothesis using multiple regression tests. From data management it is known that the regression coefficients obtained are: self-adjustment 34,136 + 0,332 peer social support + 0,537 self-confidence. F (2.30) = 32.328, p<0.01 with an R-squared of0.683 shows that peer social support and self-confidence have an influence of 68.3% on self-adjustment, and the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other factors. Orientalists have always been judged badly by many hadith scholars because they judge hadith only with one side, but in fact there are several orientalists who contribute to the process of developing hadith, namely the science of takhrij hadith. The development of takhrijul hadith itself developed rapidly among scholars. It's just that the initial support in this takhrij process uses one of the books of orientalist work to date. This article aims to explain orientalist views on hadith along with academic honesty and study of the book of takhrij by orientalists. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The result of this study is that the role of orientalists in the development of hadith and the science of takhrijul hadith is true. Efforts to overcome this problem are still being carried out in various ways, such as upgrading teachers, training for education management staff and so on, but along with developments in life, educational problems continue to emerge. For this reason, Islamic Education Philosophy is present as one of the offered solutions. As a philosophical study, Islamic Education Philosophy seeks to use philosophical services, namely thinking in depth, systematically, radically and universally to solve educational problems, such as problems of students, teachers, curriculum, methods and the environment by using the Qur'an and al-Hadith as the basic reference. The aims of this research are (1) to know the meaning of Islamic Education Philosophy, and (2) to know the urgency of the scope of Islamic Education Philosophy. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results of this study are: (1) Philosophy of Islamic Education can be interpreted as a study of traditional, critical, and radical philosophical views and schools of thought in Islam towards educational issues. He answered the influence of education on the development and growth of Muslim humans and Muslims in general. It is also a means of solving various problems in Muslim education, (2) the scope of the philosophy of Islamic education is issues related to educational activities, such as curriculum, methods, and the environment. Peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen utama pada penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini. Instrumen lain yang digunakan yakni tes tertulis dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan antara bulan Januari hingga Maret 2023 di SMP N 3 Blora. Siswa kelas VII menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini. Pembagian banyaknya subjek pada penelitian yang dilakukan yakni siswa berkemampuan tinggi 1 orang (ST), sedang 1 orang (SS), dan rendah 1 orang (SR) yang dipilih berdasarkan nilai rapot matematika selama satu semester. Hasil temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwasanya kemampuan siswa dalam pemecahan masalah matematis dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok, yakni siswa berkemampuan tinggi, sedang, serta rendah. ST memenuhi keempat indikator langkah Polya yakni mampu memahami masalah, membuat strategi penyelesaian masalah, mengimplementasikan rencana yang sudah disusun, dan mengecek ulang jawaban dengan benar. SS hanya memenuhi indikator langkah Polya yakni tahap memahami masalah dalam melakukan penyelesaian soal. SR tidak memenuhi keempat indikator langkah Polya dalam melakukan penyelesaian soal. Kemampuan siswa pada tahap mengimplementasikan rencana yang sudah disusun dan mengecek ulang jawaban masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep matematika, bukan hanya menghafal rumus. Berdasarkan pengamatan, halitu bisa diketahui bahwa siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Agel masih kurang berminatmembaca karena siswa lebih suka bermain daripada membaca buku meskipunsekolah memiliki fasilitas perpustakaan. Rendahnya minat baca siswa tersebutdapat berdampak pada rendahnya pengetahuan dan wawasan siswa. Sedangkansiswa yang memiliki nilai tinggi intensitas membaca akan memiliki tingkatpengetahuan dan wawasan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkajidan mengetahui lebih jauh tentang minat baca siswa secara online masapembelajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Agel,Jangkar, Situbondo, tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini digunakan kualitatifdeskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi metode, wawancaradan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah data pengumpulan,reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa minat baca siswa pada pembelajaran daring pada periodeMata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Agel tergolong cukup baikdilihat dari komponen minat baca yang telah dilaksanakan, yaitu pemusatanperhatian, penggunaan waktu, motivasi membaca, emosi dalam membaca, danupaya membaca. Lebih khusus lagi dalam hubungan publikasi internasional dalam aspek Sosial Humaniora. Pasalnya, perguruan tinggi sekarang dituntut untuk menaruh perhatian pada kajian multidisipliner yang memungkinkan adanya keberhasilan lembaga penelitian bisa menangkap peluang dan mengatasi tantangan yang dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor, aspek dan pendekatan. Oleh karena itu, memahami dan melakukan evaluasi kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif selalu penting untuk dilakukan. Dalam hal ini, evaluasi kebijakan dilihat dari bagaimana capaian-capaian penelitian dan publikasi internasional yang dilakukan atau yang sudah dihasilkan. Bagaimana factor pendukung dan penghambat dari kegiatan publikasi bereputasi internasional yang dilakukan di kampus ITS Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capaian-capaian dan kontribusi dosen ITS dalam publikasi internasional di bidang sosial humaniora patut diapresiasi dan didukung dengan kebijakan-kebijakan yang sistematis, komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Pasalnya, melihat jumlah dosen di bidang sosial humaniora juga bisa dibilang tidak sedikit, meskipun juga tidak terlalu banyak. Oleh karena itu, solusi untuk membuat kebijakan berbasis penelitian dalam bidang sosial humaniora perlu ditingkatkan. Hal ini merupakan kunci untuk mendukung langkah publikasi. Tanpa adanya kebijakan penelitian, maka publikasi akan sulit dilakukan secara terorganisir dan berkelanjutan. More specifically, concerning international publications in the aspect of Social Humanities. Therefore, understanding and conducting a more comprehensive policy evaluation is always essential to do. In this case, policy evaluation is seen as a simple way of evaluation.
