As a leading figure, Robespierre remained a tyrannical and villain image with many puzzles unsolved. This paper would focus primarily on A Proposed Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen in 1789 by Robespierre, and draw a comparison with the official well-known version of The Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen announced on August 26, 1789. The similarities and differences would be examined closely to see how Robespierre interpret the idea of human rights specifically. This paper would draw a conclusion that although Robespierre seems like a total denier of human rights, was in fact trying to defend his own understanding of human rights but in an extreme and thus inhumane way, ringing us a bell that the actual application of the human rights should always remain a scrutinized procedure rather than mere slogans.","PeriodicalId":326480,"journal":{"name":"Communications in Humanities Research","volume":" 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140685388","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this literature, female images, femininity and gender relationship patterns reflect the patriarchal values of a specific historical period. Previous research on ancient Chinese female ghost novels often focused on their romantic story with a male human and the awakening consciousness of female, but the research on Character depiction of female ghost was very few. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the relationship between the image shaping of female ghosts and the values of contemporary Chinese ancient patriarchal society, existing in the stories of the ancient Chinese romances novels of Song, Yuan and Ming dynasty. Studies have suggested that the female ghosts in ancient Chinese \"human-ghost romance\" novels are essentially projections of the male author's ideals, reflecting the phallocentrism of ancient Chinese ghost fiction.","PeriodicalId":326480,"journal":{"name":"Communications in Humanities Research","volume":" 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140684520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In today's society, anyone can become a new media blogger by posting original works on the Internet, as the communication methods of new media have become more diversified, visualized and entertaining. Undoubtedly, such a simple and rapid form of communication has brought great challenges to the inheritance and dissemination of traditional culture. In order to alleviate the negative consequences of contemporary new media on the inheritance of traditional culture, traditional media practitioners and cultural scholars should provide more cultural support, establish correct values for new media, encourage them to participate in the construction and development of social culture and promote rational thinking and cultural cultivation and connotation through understanding the cultural support provided by cultural scholars and avoiding over-entertainment. The traditional media and the new media are realizing diversified co-development, bringing the new media a broader vision and deeper cultural values through the traditional culture, so that each of them can take what they need and benefit the social civilization on the basis of integration and competition, and their influence will be largely related to the development of the society.","PeriodicalId":326480,"journal":{"name":"Communications in Humanities Research","volume":" 90","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140683246","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The labor power is cheap, and it is one of underdeveloped countries. The huge scale of the fake medicine industry attracts a huge amount of consumers to buy their product. Then fewer people are willing to buy genuine medicine due to the higher price than the fake one, which will lead to the decline of the interest of the formal pharmaceutical industry and the deterioration of the economic situation, which has stalled the development of the national medical level. In this work, it discussed about the current situation and the past few years. Whats more, it also mentioned the advantages and difficulties of improving the medical system and educational system. These two fields are two main aspects: the healthcare system and the educational system. Analysing the positive and negative impact of counterfeit drugs and lack of education resources on the economic situation, and the benefits and disadvantages for individual, society, and the country. The conclusion is that the Indian government should improve the healthcare system, crack down on the fake medicines industry, guide people to buy genuine medicines, and give a boost to the educational system. When the awareness of people improves, they have the ability to distinguish the genuine and fake medicines, that they should pay for. They can earn money by themselves, and their living standard grows. As a result, the business is also closely related to the education. The local business can provide job opportunities for graduates.
