Due to the particularity of the accounting profession, changes in relevant systems often affect its textbooks, which mandate updating in real time. Its traditional teaching materials lack flexibility, with a relatively fixed knowledge structure, and making flexible adjustments pose a challenge. There is a gap between the accounting talents nurtured under the background of the information age and the market demand. The new loose-leaf textbooks help students realize the transfer of professional knowledge and skills, as well as reflect the value of textbooks for the characteristic development of vocational colleges. In order to determine the extent to which the trend of housing prices in school districts is affected by this policy, this study investigates the housing prices in Xicheng District, Beijing based on the division of school districts. In this study, the data of housing prices and the general situation of communities in Xicheng District, Beijing were obtained from “Anjuke,” dividing them into two periods: 15 months before and after the policy. The DID model and time fixed effect were used to investigate the differential statistics, which indicate the overall net impact of the policy. The results show that the coefficient is negative at a certain statistical level. He was the pioneer of modern music in China Taiwan and was highly recognized in the music industry. His had written a number of art songs, Hokkien songs, children’s songs, and folk songs adapted with vocal works, as well as instrumental works, including piano music, embodying them with strong local characteristics of orchestral suites, operas, musicals, and choral. From the perspective of “Liangzhou Ci,” a creative ancient poetry and art song, this paper expounds Kuo Chih-Yuan’s creative rules and aesthetic principles by sorting out and collecting relevant materials, analyzing the tonality of his works, and making a comparative study of the changes in intervals, rhythm, and musical structure. Its main purpose is to obtain the deformation characteristics of the spatial position and shape with time and vibration, and to analyze and judge the reasons for the deformation according to the obtained data. The three-dimensional laser scanning technology is also known as the real-scene replication technology. Compared with the traditional measurement technology, the three-dimensional laser scanning technology is high-speed, non-destructive, penetrating and accurate.
