Para ello, se administro una encuesta de percepcion a la totalidad de las mujeres embarazadas (105) internadas durante el periodo comprendido entre el 20 de marzo y el 20 de mayo de 2018. La estrategia metodologica observada recurrio a encuestas de percepcion, medidas con la Escala de Likert. Por una parte, se concluyo que la percepcion de la calidad de la hoteleria hospitalaria supero el 95% de satisfaccion. Los aspectos mas destacados fueron: comunicacion, alojamiento, atencion al cliente, seguridad y mantenimiento. Por otra parte, se detectaron aspectos a optimizar relacionados con demoras en el ingreso a la habitacion, la calidad y la variedad de los alimentos, algunos aspectos de la limpieza y exageraciones de la publicidad. Esta investigacion, realizada desde la Licenciatura en Administracion Hotelera de la Universidad del Aconcagua (Mendoza, Argentina), pretende tambien visibilizar los espacios laborales no habituales (escuelas, hospitales, carceles) para los profesionales de la gastronomia y la hoteleria. EnglishThis research aims to know the perceived quality of the hospitality service of the maternity sector at the Santa Isabel de Hungria Hospital (Guaymallen, Mendoza Province, Argentina). For this, a perception survey was administered to all pregnant women (105) admitted during the period between March 20th and May 20th, 2018. The methodological strategy observed perception surveys, measured with Likert scale. On the one hand, it was concluded that the perception of hospital hospitality quality exceeded 95% satisfaction. The highlights were: communication, accommodation, customer service, security and maintenance. On the other hand, as-pects to optimize were detected, especially in relation to delays in the check in, quality and variety of food, some aspects of cleanliness and excess of advertising. In this framework, the indigenous populations played a central role, for whom land restitution and housing construction programs were carried out in order to promote their cultural reactivation. In this context, through a qualitative study based on conducting interviews, participant observations and a survey of documentary sources, the case of construction of “Pueblo Ranquel” is analyzed, a settlement of Rankulches indigenous families inaugurated in 2009, which was activated Mainly from government sectors for the development of tourism, to the detriment of community involvement. Se obtuvieron los datos correspondientes al indice turistico natural y cultural por municipio, el numero de establecimientos de alojamiento temporal y de alimentos y bebidas, asi como el indice de vulnerabilidad al cambio climatico para cada uno de los dieciocho municipios de la zona. Posteriormente se calcularon los indices de correlacion Pearson entre las variables mencionadas, encontrandose relaciones estadisticamente significativas entre la oferta turistica y la vulnerabilidad climatica. EnglishThe object of this research was to identify and estimate the statistical relationship that exists between the ecotourism potential, the economic activities linked to tourism such as the lodging and food and beverages services, and vulnerability to climate change, in the municipalities of the Huasteca Potosina area. Research data were obtained from the natural and cultural tourism index by municipality, the number of temporary lodging and food and beverages providers, as well as the vulnerability index to climate change for each of the eighteen municipalities in the area. This scenario was generated after the events that prompted this destination to rethink the different sectors that converge in the characteristic tourist activity; from the organization of the key actors in the territory, to the consolidation of the municipality's flagship product \u0000A vision of the tourism product was proposed, from the local tourism planning and its interaction between the sectors that, especially driven by the private sector, redesigned the activity. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue contrastar un modelo de los determinantes de la estancia, considerando las variables mediadoras de la informacion. Una confirmacion, psicometrico y estudio transversal se llevo a cabo con una seleccion de 100 estudiantes de una universidad publica en el centro de Mexico. Se encontro una estructura factorial que explicaba el 61% de la varianza y establecio la intencion de transferir como predictor, sugiriendo la extension del trabajo hacia protocolos de bioseguridad. EnglishThe reactivation of tourism had been studied by the influence of the habitus of movement and stay, but with the health contingency, this process was mediated by the information from the places with biosecurity protocols. The objective of the present work was to contrast a model of the determinants of stay, considering the mediating variables of the information. A confirmatory, psychometric, and cross-sectional study was car-ried out with a selection of 100 students from a public university in central Mexico. Through the study of the Peruvian case, the work seeks to establish which elements were the most meaningful in affecting their receptive tourism between 1980 and 1992.
