Breve debate buscando mejoras en las actividades del turismo comunitario","authors":"Felipe Rosa Thais, María Josefa Pastor-Alfonso, Luzia Sigoli Fernandes-Costa","doi":"10.24265/turpatrim.2023.n20.03","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24265/turpatrim.2023.n20.03","url":null,"abstract":"This work briefly analyses, the similarities between the theoretical concepts of the main authors who address the theories of Social Technology (ST), Local Based Tourism (LBT), and Community Based Tourism (CBT), in order to achieve a foundation from which new visions can be generated that reinforce local development in different communities dedicated to tourist activity, with a socio-environmental model different from those carried out through mass tourism. Part of the literary review used in the investigation of the double doctorate[1] is presented, based on the mentioned theoretical references. The analysis and the conclusions demonstrate the need to carry out more dialogues, approximations, and exchanges between these fields of knowledge, both in theory and in practice, in order to generate actions that imply the social inclusion of the less favored population, through logical, beneficial and sustainable tourist activities.   [1] Double Doctorate that arises from the agreement between the Program Interuniversitario de Turismo de la Universidad de Alicante, España and the Program em Ciência, Tecnologia e Sociedade. In the second half of the 19th century, this region received a minority Chinese migrant population. As part of the assimilation process into a new culture, «fondas» (small eateries) and later «chifas» (Chinese-Peruvian restaurants) were created. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the beginnings of Chinese cuisine in Piura and its reception by the local population. It also highlights the challenges faced by these immigrants in this new land and how they capitalized on the available resources to maintain continuity in their culinary practices, incorporating local ingredients. This research is historical and qualitative in nature, utilizing primary and secondary documentary sources. Information from descendants of Chinese immigrants is collected through interviews. The findings indicate that this process involved an economic dynamic within the Culí community, characterized by the opening of commercial establishments and restaurants (fondas and chifas), as well as their social integration within the host community. This article seeks to disseminate the management indicators of the training in agroecological tourism from the Moodle platform, in turn a qualitative investigation was carried out with the method of systematization of educational experiences, with a descriptive design - field and documentary techniques. In addition, Venturagro Unellez VPDS managed to train 2,518 participants, 70% women and 30% men, using the Moodle platform as a tool for easy access and management, strengthening their knowledge through the EVEA, providing skills and abilities in ICT management. , through training and education in agroecological tourism.
