Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh teratogen AlCl3 terhadap perkembangan embrio ayam (Gallus gallus domesticus). Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan perlakuan induksi AlCl3 0,2 mg/L dan kontrol (tanpa perlakuan). Pemberian perlakuan diberikan kepada masing-masing 5 butir telur ayam yang kemudian diinkubasi selama 48 jam. Pengamatan preparat embrio ayam menggunakan whole mount method dengan pewarnaan metilen blue dan eosin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ukuran embrio pada kelompok perlakuan lebih kecil (0,6 cm) dibandingkan dengan embrio kontrol (1cm). Jumlah somit pada kelompok perlakuan sejumlah 12 pasang sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol 28 pasang somit. Ukuran kepala lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah dan morfologi koloni bakteri endofit pada akar buah naga. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan rata-rata 622±76,37 koloni/ml pada pengeceran 10-2. Pengamatan morfologi mengidentifikasi tiga jenis koloni bakteri endofit, dengan karakteristik yang berbeda: strain 1 memiliki bentuk tidak teratur, hilly, dan tidak mengkilat; strain 2 berbentuk filiform, hilly, dan tidak mengkilat; dan strain 3 berbentuk bulat, convex, dan mengkilat. The definition of Down syndrome is a chromosomal abnormality in which there is an extra copy of chromosome 21 due to non-disjunction, mosaicism or the rarest occurrence is translocation. The age of the mother when pregnant is one of the factors causing Down syndrome, the older the mother's age, the greater the chance of Down syndrome. The development of Down syndrome children is different from other normal children, so special care and parenting are needed. The purpose of this research is to analyze through case studies of Down syndrome patients aspects of birth occurrence, aspects of child growth and development, and aspects of the physical description of Down syndrome patients. The results of this study indicate that many factors can influence the occurrence of Down syndrome, namely genetic factors, radiation factors, and the age of the mother. If Down syndrome children receive a form of therapy, health care, and supportive parenting and environment. Per 100g of tilapia meat contains 16.79g of protein, 0.18g of fat, and 0.32g of carbohydrates. The decrease in the quality of tilapia often occurs due to the activity of microorganisms, so preservation is needed. Active compounds in poslen leaves such as alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids, sterols, phenols, saponins, and tannins can be used as inhibitors of the decay process by microorganisms. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality (protein content, moisture content, pH, and sensory) of tilapia with natural preservatives poslen leaf extract and variations in immersion time. This research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors. Factor 1was the concentration of poslen leaf extract 50%, 60%, and 70%, and factor 2 was soaking time for 60 minutes and 90 minutes. The best results showed that the L1P3 treatment (70ml of poslen leaf extract + 100ml of distilled water with a soaking time of 60 minutes) with a protein content of 22.37%, water content 76.83%, and pH 6 with a fresh aroma and specific smell, prominent and bright eyeballs, bright color and less light, dense and elastic texture, and bright red gills and without mucus. Rata-rata kunjungan wisatawan ke Pulau Merah dari tahun 2013-2017 adalah  361.640 orang per tahun. Kegiatan wisata juga berpotensi menyebabkan masalah bagi lingkungan. Tantangan yang cukup besar datang dari masalah persampahan dan juga pengelolaan air limbah yang keduanya bisa berdampak pada kerusakan lingkungan pengurangan kenyamanan dan kesehatan, serta penurunan estetika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur timbulan sampah, menganalisa komposisi sampah, dan menganalisa potensi pengolahan sampah kawasan wisata Pantai Pulau Merah Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur timbulan sampah, menganalisa komposisi sampah, dan menganalisa potensi pengolahan sampah kawasan wisata Pantai Pulau Merah Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan wisata Pulau Merah yang terletak di Dusun Pancer, Desa Sumberagung, Kecamatan Pesanggaran, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 12 Bulan, dimulai dari November 2021 sampai Oktober 2022. jumlah timbulan sampah di pantai Pulau Merah Kabupaten Banyuwangi selama periode November 2021 sampai Oktober 2022 sebesar 170.664 Kg/tahun (170,6 Ton/tahun). Sehingga rata-rata timbulan sampah setiap bulan dalam kurun waktu November 2021 sampai Oktober 2022 adalah sebesar 13.056 Kg/Bulan (13,06 ton/tahun). Mayoritas sampah kawasan Pantai Pulau Merah terdiri dari sampah organic (70%), komposisi sampah terbesar kedua yaitu sampah residu (27%) dan yang terakhir adalah sampah anorganik yang bisa didaur ulang (3%). Potensi pengolahan sampah organik di pantai Pulau Merah dapat dimanfaatkan dengan dibangun fasilitas pengomposan komunal di sekitar pantai. Sedangkan sampah anorganik masih memiliki nilai ekonomi sebesar Rp 2.657.800 pertahun jika langsung dijual sebagai bahan baku, dan berpotensi memiliki nilai lebih tinggi jika diolah menjadi bahan atau kerajinan yang lebih memiliki nilai ekonomi. \u0000  \u0000Kata Kunci: Sampah, Timbulan, Komposisi, Potensi Pengolahan, Pulau Merah \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstract \u0000The management of Pulau Merah beach tourism is quite successful and makes the place one of the main tourist destinations in Banyuwangi Regency. This study aims to identify the type of flavonoids in the purple bougenville blend n-butanol. The identification of the bougainvillea n-butanol fraction was performed by separation method using preparative TLC by using eluent nbutanol: acetic acid: water (4: 1: 5) in 3 stains with Rf 0.2, Rf 0.3, and Rf 0, 6 in a shear reagent at Rf 0.2 in flavonoid guessing using UV-Vis spectrophotometry, based on analysis using UV-Vis spectrophotometer has absorption at wavelength 372 band 1 and 276 band 2 then flavonoid flavonoids are expected. The results of this study showed that the fraction of purple bougainvillea flowers contain flavonoid flavonoids. Bentuk profil daun puring dilihat berdasarkan kontur dan sturktur dasar permukaan daun. Daun puring mempunyai ragam varietas dan tidak bisa ditentukan secara acak berdasarkan warna. Oleh sebab itu, metode indentifikasi profil dasar daun diusulkan dengan Image J. Indentifikasi profil daun menggunakan tiga jenis daun yang berbeda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jenis daun puring ke-1 memiliki warna hijau 75% dan kuning 25%, daun puring ke-2 mempunyai presentase warna hijau 50% dan kuning 50%, sedangkan daun puring ke-3 menghasilkan presentase warna hijau 25% dan kuning 75%. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tanam dan ZPT Nabati (air kelapa muda dan ekstrak bawang merah) terhadap pertumbuhan setek tanaman vanili. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kawat Politeknik Negeri Jember, bulan Januari 2022 sampai Mei 2022. Penelitian menggunakan RAK Faktorial, dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu komposisi media tanam topsoil arang sekam: pupuk kandang kambing yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: 2:1:1 (M1), 1:2:1 (M2), 1:1:2 (M3). Faktor kedua adalah zat pengatur tumbuh Nabati yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: Air Kelapa Muda 300 ml + Ekstrak Bawang Merah 55 ml (P1), Air Kelapa Muda 400 ml + Ekstrak Bawang Merah 40 ml (P2), Air Kelapa Muda 500 ml + Ekstrak Bawang Merah 25 ml (P3). Hasil penelitian berbeda tidak nyata terhadap diameter tunas, jumlah daun, jumlah ruas, panjang akar dan berat basah, serta hasil berbeda nyata tehadap parameter tinggi tunas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tanaman sebagai bahan baku produksi oleh- oleh di CV Arjuna Flora Batu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar wawancara semi terstruktur dan lembar catatan lapangan. Penentuan responden yang diwawancara dengan teknik purposive sampling. Terbatasnya informasi mengenai kelimpahan dan similaritas Gastropoda yang ada diwilayah estuari mangrove di kecamatan Muncar Banyuwangi, mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan pendahuluan penelitian dengan Tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman dan kelimpahan kelas Gastropoda di wilayah estuari mangrove kecamatan Muncar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 13 juli-27 juli 2022. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan membuat 3 stasiun yang berukuran 10×10 m2, dalam plot tersebut didalamnya  terdapat 5 sub plot yang berukuran 1×1 m2. Berdasarkan pengamatan di ketiga stasiun pada wilayah estuari mangrove Kawang ditemukan 9 jenis spesies Gastropoda yang menunjukkan kelimpahan relatif tertinggi terdapat pada spesies Melanoides Requeti, Cerithidea cingulata, Nerita Balteata dan Nerita planospira. Berdasarkan pengamatan di ketiga stasiun pada wilayah estuari mangrove Kili-kili ditemukan 10 jenis spesies Gastropoda yang menunjukkan kelimpahan spesies tertinggi terdapat pada spesies Sphaerassiminea miniata,Nerita planospira, Cerithidea cingulata, Nerita undata.
