Adat Badamai is also meant as a result of the process of deliberation in the discussion together with the intention of achieving a decision as a solution to a problem. Adat Badamai is done in order to avoid disputes that can endanger the social order. This study aims to determine the existence of Badamai Customary Law in Banjar Community, Kalimantan. The study was conducted by using socio-legal approach in analyzing the role of modern regulation with the customary practices. results showed that the existence of customary law in South Kalimantan in the Banjar tribe community is a reality that can be found in the people of Banjar people in South Kalimantan, known as the Badamai custom. Adat Badamai is done in order to avoid disputes that can endanger the social order. The Badamai decision produced through the mechanism of deliberation is an alternative effort in finding a way out to solve problems that occur in society. The uncontrolled waste problem causes environmental quality degradation which then affects the environmental resilience of an area. The application of green business practices in a green startup companies is one of the business development models that supports the goals of a green economy and environmental sustainability. This study aims to find the development of a green startup of “Sampah Muda” in reducing waste problem in Semarang City and to describe the implication of developing a green startup “Sampah Muda” to environmental resilience. The results demonstrate that the development of “Sampah Muda” is carried out by implementing environmental-based business practices through the application of green startup characteristics and based on the right development basis as a determining factor for the startup success factors. Research shows that the development of environmental-based startup \"green startup\" “Sampah Muda” has positive implications for environmental resilience. The main purpose of inventory accounting is to determine periodic profit and loss through the process of bringing together the cost of goods sold with the sales proceeds in one accounting period and determining the amount of inventory to be presented in the balance sheet. This paper aims to describe the accounting for inventory from a commercial point of view. The method used in this study is qualitative in nature with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the main functions of inventory are to avoid delays in goods, loss of goods and with the presence of inventory, the company's operations can continue to run so that services to consumers can be carried out as well as possible. More specifically, the main functions of inventory are the decoupling function, economic lot-sizing function, and anticipation function. As the inventories become subject to regulations in Indonesia, the study also highlights the purposes of calculating the income tax of inventories. Article 10 paragraph (6) of the Income Tax Law states that inventories must be valued at cost. In addition, starting a business requires more effort. This reality encourages young PrivatQ entrepreneurial managers to accept the test of personal advantage. The research objective is to determine the role of youth in managing educational startups and assessing their implications for the manager's personal endurance. The research using qualitative research methods. Data collection is done through interviews, focus group discussions, observations, documentation, literature, and online studies. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis by coding and reducing data through Nvivo 12 software, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that youth managers played a role in managing educational startups at PrivatQ based on non-formal education services. The form of the role is in the form of governance management, program innovation, increasing access to the education service system, improving the quality and welfare of teachers, acting out of the box, and increasing soft skills and experience. The management of the educational startup has implications for the manager's personal endurance. The main issues of neglected children in Mataram are rooted in the problem of poverty, so the handling should touch on the root of the problems. Regarding the matter, the government is arranging a program for the administration and empowerment of abandoned children. The Program is a neglected children's social welfare protection with other additional activities. In this context, the government uses decentralization. Decentralization will encourage people towards a self-propelled way by enabling social capital to solve the problems they are facing. With a proper procedure in addressing social issues that have been internalized, a neglected children's completion mechanism will be more productive and more efficient.
