The goal of food security is access for every household or individual to obtain food for the purposes of a healthy life with requirements for receiving food in accordance with prevailing values or culture by taking into account socio-economic conditions, access and availability of food. This study describes the condition of food security in the West Java Region as an implementation of food security policies issued by the Regional Government of West Java. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collected is sourced from primary and secondary data. The primary data comes from interviews with informants, including the heads of farmer groups, millers, rice and grain marketers and related agencies at the provincial level of West Java. Secondary data is sourced from the West Java Province Agriculture and Food Crops Office, the West Java Provincial Food Security Agency, and the West Java Regional Division of Bulog (Divre). Companies in order to survive in intensive competition and remain competitive with other companies are required to be able to innovate. One internal approach that can be used to create competitive advantage is to use a Resource Based View (RBV). This Resource Based View (RBV) method examines a company's assets, expertise, capabilities, and intangible assets, including the internal resources of the company, and determines its strategic advantage. The Resource Based View (RBV) approach highlights a company's capabilities and resources that are unique to that company and adds significant value for the company. Using the Resource Based View (RBV) theory which focuses on the resources owned by the company and its capabilities can provide an appropriate theoretical perspective for examining how internal factors can become resources to generate competitive advantage to increase the company's strategic capacity. The purpose of this research is to identify the nature and form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives conducted by the company at the Muara Laboh site; determine stakeholder contribution to the sustainability of CSR outcomes; analyse the relationship between stakeholders and the company; analyse the expectation differences between the company, stakeholder, and CSR/Stakeholder theory; identify future agenda development on the next stakeholder program; gives a reference for the subsequent research regarding a sustainable CSR program. The research method used in this research was a qualitative case study with a semi-structured interview as the source of primary data, where the population of this research was stakeholders of the company, with the method of purposive sampling for attaining the information. The study was imperative to learn the effectiveness of the company’s CSR in supporting stakeholders of the upstream supply chain. The result showed that the company has effectively implemented CSR for local communities in the Muara Laboh mining area. Moreover, local communities have had a good relationship and felt helped since the company came to their villages. However, there has been some expectation discrepancy between the company and local people. The distinction happened because the locals wanted material things such as donations and infrastructure. Social capital, including social networks, beliefs, norms of reciprocity, and local cultural values, is a vital asset in various local community development programs. Social capital will be reflected in the community's ability to work together, generate awareness and commitment, a sense of belonging, and social solidarity, and create active participation in achieving common goals. Its presence and role in society are crucial for the success of community development goals and programs, including the eco-tourism development program. This study used a qualitative approach based on a case study located in Batang Regency, Central Java, and conducted in-depth interviews with selected informants. The results show that social capital encourages the ability and capability of local communities to work together and coordinate to contribute to the sustainability of ecotourism productivity significantly. In particular, social capital impacts the readiness and knowledge of local communities on tourist villages, socio-environment, and economy. A part from the active participation of the local community in planning, implementing, and maintaining the tourism village and planning strategies to initiate community action, is an important factor in the sustainability of ecotourism management.\u0000In conclusion, several recommendations need to be proposed, including the cooperation of the local community with the Batang Regency Tourism and Culture Office. In addition to collaborating with private investors in order to develop tourism potential in Deswita Pandansari with a mutually beneficial cooperation pattern (mutual benefit). The problem is thought to have occurred due to poor product quality and less than optimal after-sales service. This study aimed to determine the magnitude of the effect of product quality and after-sales service on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a descriptive and associative method with the research design is a causality and verification type of investigation. The data analysis technique uses multiple correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the F test. The most dominant variable affecting consumer satisfaction in this study is product quality. Based on the results of the study, the correlation between product quality and after-sales service was 0.437, the magnitude of the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction was 31.9%, the magnitude of the effect of after-sales service on consumer satisfaction was 22.3%, and the magnitude of the influence of product quality and after-sales service selling to consumer satisfaction together by 43.7% while the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. This study aims to analyze the management of School Operational Assistance (SOA) through tax administration at Tojo Una Una’s Financial and Asset Management Agency, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The approach that will be taken in implementing community service activities is through an explanation of the management of the SOA fund treasurer and the person in charge of the principal of each school in the Tojo Una Una Regency, the duties and authorities of the SOA fund treasurer. Pre and post-tests were tested using the Compare Means Paired- Sample T-Test analysis with the statistical analysis tool SPSS because the data came from the same subject. The results highlight that the management of SOA funds has not been fully effective because several factors that lead to the achievement of the objectives of managing funds have not been achieved, including planning, implementation, and accountability aspects.
