Basically, the study aims to determine whether the public spending carried out by the government, affects negatively or positively the unemployment rates. Methods: (ARDL) an autoregressive distributed lag model was used. It is based on quarterly time series data for the period 2004-2021. The data were obtained from the Iraqi Central Bank, and the Eviews program was used to find out the impact of public spending on unemployment. Results: The results showed that there is a co-integration correlation of public spending on the unemployment rates in Iraq during the research period. Results also showed a significant and inverse effect of public spending on the unemployment rates during long period. The increase of the public spending rate by 1% leads to a decrease in the unemployment rate by 3%. Integrating quantitative survey data from 400 households, qualitative findings derived from semi-structured interviews, and secondary data, the research provides a robust empirical framework. Through the application of Interval Regression and Tobit models, the analysis pinpoints income and education as key positive drivers towards SHS adoption, yet reveals a contrasting gender divide. Interestingly, a high level of satisfaction with the current energy provision emerges as a stumbling block to SHS acceptance. The research further identifies a distinct trend: households located further away from the grid exhibit a heightened propensity to pay for SHS, signifying a higher value attribution to SHS in these off-grid areas. The findings underscore the need for targeted interventions that encapsulate the diverse characteristics of households to ensure successful SHS promotion. It attempted to establish whether canned personal selling effects on the sales growth. It investigated how features personal selling can influence sales growth, and the impact of system personal selling on sales growth performance of sales force. This study adopted the quantitative and qualitative survey design and used game theory. A sample size of 56 was selected out of a population of 58. The simple random sampling method was adopted as a method of sample selection. Data collected were subjected to appropriate statistical analysis using tables and simple percentages. Multiple regression was used to test the hypothesis accordingly. Three hypotheses were formulated for this study and were tested at 0.05 level of significance. The findings of the study reveal among others that: there is a significant relationship between canned personal selling, features personal selling and system personal selling on sales growth. The study recommendation that Sales representative of an organization should be well trained on what is expected from them on the job. This necessitated the formulation and implementation of cashless policy in 2012 and naira redesign in 2023 to conform to global best practices in currency management since the introduction of cashless systems where transactions are carried out without the use of cash is gaining global attention. This study was conducted to review some of the pros and cons of the cashless policy and naira redesign by the Central Bank of Nigeria. The empirical information gathered are from research works by some analysts across the country, press briefings by the Apex Bank, Government Ministries, Agencies and Departments (MDAs), Presidency, newspaper reviews, etc. Findings from the study showed that the policy was well conceived considering the various opportunities that come with it. Notably, the fact that it reduced the number of unbanked population to an extent, increased employment generation through the influx of mobile banking operators and Point of Sale (POS) agents. However, it was generally opined that the policy implementation timeline was ill-advised.
