Policies in tourism development are regulated by the government through Law no. 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. The development of tourism in Indonesia apart from government policies, is currently also supported by progress in the field of Information Technology (IT). This research was conducted based on the state of tourism in the natural bathing area of Cikoromoy, Pandeglang Regency, Banten. The issue of natural preservation encourages the author to examine the optimization of the tourism potential of the Cikoromoy natural baths. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with the process of observation, interviews and data collection. Administratively, the natural bathing tour of Cikoromoy, when viewed from the north, is bordered by Kadugadung Village, Cipeucang District. To the east it is bordered by Parumasan Village, Cipeucang District. To the south, it is adjacent to Banyumas Village, Bojong District. And the West side is adjacent to Kadu Dampit Village, Saketi District. The tourism potential of the Cikoromoy natural baths is quite promising if managed properly, by completing existing facilities around tourist attractions. Because for now there is still a lack of development of the Cikoromoy natural bathing attractions. This can be seen from the lack of conscious culture of community tourism or visitors, lack of knowledge and awareness of community tourism or visitors causing various unwanted things. Second, the lack of formation of tourism awareness groups in every sub-district or village in Pandeglang Regency, then the lack of facilities and infrastructure, especially access roads to tourist attractions which are still damaged and have not been repaired, lack of promotion and tourism events. Legal protection for tourists includes rights and obligations as a result if there is a risk to tourists, then based on \"good faith\" to apply civil penalties to achieve binding conventions for all business activities. This study aims to determine the legal protection of tourists against water tourism by business managers in Sangiang Anyer, Banten. This action adjusts to the risk of tourists to water tourism in Anyer, Banten. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the legal protection for water sports tourists in Sangiang Anyer Banten, which aims to establish legal certainty is contained in a written agreement. The legal aspects of agreements for water tourism tourists are carried out using preventive legal measures, the rights and obligations of the parties must be understood and obeyed. conversely, efforts to repressive rules mean that the parties must carry out the agreement in good faith by the business manager. Toba traditional weaving on Sibandang island has value as a cultural heritage, so this research uses an approach to preserving and inheriting traditional weaving to empower the community economically. A qualitative method with a new ethnographic study approach is used in this study. The unit of analysis includes tourism potential in Sibandang Island, tourism trends, and tourism infrastructure in the Lake Toba region. This study aims to explore whether cultural tourism based on traditional weaving crafts has economic value for the community actors, considering the aspects of cultural preservation, economy, education, and community empowerment. In addition, the research also pays attention to the potential of weaving by mapping its distribution and connecting it with tourist objects that have been favored by the North Tapanuli Regional Government, to develop tourist clusters that are in line with market demand, while still paying attention to empowering local communities. Although weaving is believed to be able to increase Sibandang island tourism, there are still some obstacles that need to be overcome, such as promotion issues, strengthening weaving crafts, and public awareness of the importance of tourism. Based on this background, the researcher wanted to find out how the management of natural tourism destinations in Kampong Lamb is implemented. This study uses qualitative research, namely collecting data on an event naturally by interpreting phenomena that occur in society. This analytical approach uses a normative-empirical approach, namely direct research in the field by comparing regulations. using secondary legal materials and primary legal materials. secondary legal materials, namely laws and regulations, scientific papers and law books while primary legal materials are the results of observations and interviews in the field. This is because in Article 26 letter (d) of Law no. 10 of 2009 regarding tourism, it is clearly stated that tourism entrepreneurs have an obligation to provide comfort, friendliness, and provide a sense of security to tourists. The type of research used in this research is empirical legal research, which is legal research that starts from the gap between das solen and das sein, where there is a gap between theoretical conditions and legal facts that occur in society. The approach used is the sociology of law which also studies the interrelationships between law and other social phenomena. One aspect that is the main problem in the development of tourist destinations in Banten is the lack of information and public exploration of the tourism sector. This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the communication strategy used in socializing Banten tourism and culture. Researchers use Information Integration Theory. Using a post-positivism paradigm and a qualitative approach. The data obtained is then processed using the case study method. Data collection was also carried out by observation, interviews supported by documentation from RRI Banten. The results of the study stated that the communication strategy was carried out by RRI Banten through online reporting, Filler, Spot and talk shows with resource persons who are tourism and culture activists in Banten. The message conveyed in the socialization was in the form of an introduction to tourist and cultural attractions in Banten, their current conditions, as well as directions for maintaining and preserving tourism and culture. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with an interpretive approach. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with the Cilegon City BPBD with a research focus in the form of disaster mitigation communication according to Haddow & Haddow and interviews were conducted with Cibeber residents with the condition that they had experienced a flood disaster to find out whether the communication implemented by the Cilegon City BPBD was conveyed or not to the District residents Cibeber. The research results show that socialization activities are the right step to support the main program in educating the people of Cilegon City, especially Cibeber District.
