This study was made with the aim of knowing the cultural hegemony of Korean women's skin color as the standard of Indonesian women's beauty contained in Scarlett's \"Reveal Your Beauty\" advertisement. Researchers used qualitative research methods by making observations as a data collection technique. As well as identifying norms regarding security and safety standards for tourists visiting Mount Pinang tourist attractions. This research method uses empirical research methods, collecting quantitative data with the tourist object studied, namely Mount Pinang Nature Tourism in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The data we collected through interviews and field observations. Based on the results of the analysis described above, Gunung Pinang Nature Tourism is in a position of strength-opportunities (S-O), which has the power to take existing opportunities. According to Law No. 10 of 2009 Article 26 (d) Regarding Tourism which states that every tourism entrepreneur is obliged to provide comfort, friendliness, and protection for the security and safety of tourists. Gunung Pinang Nature Tourism is feasible to develop. The development strategy for the Mount Pinang Natural Tourism object is carried out through a SWOT analysis of the potential it has and by adding tourist vehicles and creating ecotourism programs. Banten is not only the center of the spread of Islam, but the port of Banten is known as the most famous center of international trade, historically, the Banten Sultanate had faced the peak of glory, evidence of the glory of the Banten Sultanate can be traced through some literature. Meanwhile, the physical evidence that can be seen is the remains of past relics, such as the building site of the Surosowan Palace of the Banten Sultanate, objects stored in the Banten Antiquities Museum, and the Great Mosque of Banten. All relics are in the Banten Lama area, Kasemen District, Serang City, in this case, the research aims to determine the economic and environmental impacts of the influence of the existence of Banten tourist attractions, both positive and negative. The research method used is empirical law is a legal research method that uses empirical facts taken from human behavior, both verbal behaviors obtained from interviews or real behavior carried out through direct observation. The Baduy tribe is the original resident of Kanekes Village, they have customary rules that reject the entry of modern culture into their culture. The cultural uniqueness of the Baduy people and their natural beauty are potential tourist attractions. Since being designated as a tourism destination, tourism in Kanekes Village has experienced developments starting from tourist attractions, tourism facilities, to giving rise to various manifestations of aspects of their lives. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and literature in collecting data. The theory used in this study is the tourism life cycle theory and the tourism beach theory. Tourism has developed into a global phenomenon, a basic need, and a part of human rights that must be respected and protected. Based on the results of research in Kanekes Village, it was found that there had been developments in tourism aspects such as tourist attractions and tourism supporting facilities. The development of tourism in Kanekes Village has both positive and negative implications for the Baduy community. Presumably the area of the Old Banten Sultanate is one of the historical icons of Banten Province which is believed to be able to contribute significantly to regional income, therefore it requires innovation. The success of increasing competitiveness and quality of tourist attraction objects still depends on the seriousness of the local government and is supported by high public awareness of the importance of the presence of tourist objects around it. Related to this, to develop the tourism potential of the Old Banten Sultanate, the role of local governments, institutions, the private sector and the local community is also needed to be responsible for developing and managing tourism potential in Banten through the creative economy. The development of natural tourism in the Country Above the Clouds has both positive impacts and challenges for the local community. To enhance the management of this tourism site and attract more tourists, the involvement of the community and relevant stakeholders, particularly the government, is crucial. The research focuses on understanding the licensing procedure for managing natural tourism in the Country Above the Clouds, based on the regional regulation. The empirical juridical method with a descriptive analytical research specification is employed, using secondary data supplemented by primary data gathered through interviews with the Head of the Tourism Destination Division of Lebak Regency and the Head of Citorek Kidul Village. The study reveals that the village government's role in managing natural tourism is not yet optimal due to the insufficient fulfillment of the principles of independence and equality outlined in the regional regulation. Additionally, the licensing process is affected by inhibiting factors such as limited human resources with inadequate understanding of the OSS system, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and limited budget. The last alternative, Islam suggests that before divorce, there are peace works between the two parties, for the marriage bond is the most sacred and steadfast one. Legal divorce can be compulsory if the mudflow that befalls one couple cannot be eliminated except by divorce. Divorce also the law can become unclean if it makes mudlives for one couple and does not eliminate the mudplow or equate it. It is the result of this divorce that has led to the obligation for a woman to lie down or in other terms called the waiting period. But sometimes understanding of talak is considered taboo, when he really is one of the solutions for couples if they are threatened and unresolved in their domestic conflicts, if there is violence, apostasy, and so on, they are likely to be life-threatening. Qualitative qualitative juridical research that refers to the legal norms found in living, evolving laws, and norms of society. The nature of research USES analytic analytic methods, data analysis employs qualitative approaches to primary and secondary data. The results of this study have been determined that talak is the last alternative for couples when marriage will no longer find the solution to living together. Psychologically speaking, talak is considered the final solution.
