Bu nedenle dünyanın pek çok yerinde demiryolu mirası yapılarının 21.yüzyıl ihtiyacı olan çok fonksiyonlu ulaşım yapılarına dönüşmesi söz konusu olmaya başlamıştır. Ülkemiz Avrupa Birliği sürecinde demiryolu taşımacılığı ve yeni inşa edilen demiryolu yapıları ile Avrupa standartlarını büyük ölçüde sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Bu nedenle inşası hızlanan YHT hatları ile beraber trenlerinin güzergahlarının değişmesi ve güzergâh üzerindeki durakların kapatılması çok sayıda istasyon binasının atıl kalmasına neden olmaktadır. Demiryolu yapılarına ve demiryolu mirasına yönelik yapılan akademik çalışmalarda son yıllarda meydana gelen artış, ulusal demiryolu mirasımızın yok olma endişesi içerisinde olduğumuz düşüncesini beraberinde getirmektedir. {"title":"Bir Florlu Aminoimidazolin Olan Midaflur'un Karşılaştırmalı Kuantum Kimyasal Analizi","authors":"Sümeyya Seri̇n","doi":"10.35193/bseufbd.1075723","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35193/bseufbd.1075723","url":null,"abstract":"Inspired by the striking achievements of fluorine-containing heterocyclic compounds in pharmaceutical chemistry, in this study quantum chemical calculations were carried out on the midaflur compound, which has skeletal-muscle relaxant and central nervous system (CNS) depressant properties. First of all, the total energy (ΔETotal), enthalpy (ΔH), and Gibbs free energy (ΔG) values for both tautomeric structures of midaflur were calculated and it was determined which form was more stable and the rest of the study was continued on this structure. For the stable amino form, the HF method and B3LYP/B3PW91 DFT functionals with different basis sets were used in order to examine the geometric parameters. The results were found to be in good agreement with the experimental values given in the literature. Furthermore, FT-IR analysis, Mulliken population analysis, frontier molecular orbital (FMO) analysis, natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis, nonlinear optical (NLO) properties, and electrostatic surface properties were studied in detail. In another part of the study, the logPow (logarithm of the n-octanol/water partition coefficient) value, which is the numerical expression of the lipophilicity of a drug for entry into the CNS, was estimated for midaflur. For this purpose, the calculations were repeated for the water and n-octanol phases using the universal solvation model based on density (SMD) for all the methodologies used in this study, and the free energies of solvation were predicted. We obtained the representative matrix with the help of local rules under the null boundary condition. We have defined an algorithm that gives whether these obtained matrices have an inverse on finite fields under what conditions. This also gives us an idea of the reversibility of the cellular automata family. Küresel araştırmalar hastaların hastanede yatılı tedavi sürelerinin hastanın yaşı, cinsiyeti gibi demografik özelliklerinin yanı sıra, yaşadığı ülkeye göre de farklılıklar olduğunu göstermiştir.\u0000Bu çalışma ile, Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesinde COVID-19 teşhisi konulan hastaların, hastanede tedavi gördüğü süre ile ilişkili faktörlerin belirlenmesi ve hayatta kalma sürelerine etki edebilecek risk faktörlerinin belirlenmesi için yaşam analizlerinden cox regresyon modeli ve ki-kare testleri kullanılmıştır.\u0000Hastanede yatılı olarak tedavi gören erkeklerin, kadınlara göre hastanede daha uzun yatılı tedavi süresine sahip olduğu belirlendi. Artan yaşın, hastanede daha uzun yatılı tedavi süresiyle ilişkili olduğu gözlemlendi. Çalışmada hastanede tedavi gören hastaların hayatta kalma sürelerine yaş, cinsiyet ve sağlık güvence siteminin etkili olduğu test edildi. The squeezing process was carried out for 10 seconds under a pressure of 80 MPa. The changes in the wear behaviors and friction coefficients of the EN AW 5754/SiCp composite samples were examined under1.0 N force, 5000 cycles and with a 0.04 m/s sliding speed. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the friction coefficient value increased from the non-reinforced alloy to the 10% SiCp-reinforced composite, while it then decreased in the 15% and 20% SiCp-reinforced composites. Moreover, the amount of wear in the composite material increased as the ratio of the reinforcement increased, and the highest wear occurred in the 10% SiCp-reinforced composite. This wear rate decreased in the 15% reinforced composite and then increased in the 20% reinforced composite. The deformation wear statuses of the composite materials that were used in the experiments were examined by conducting SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) and EDS (Energy-Dispersive Spectrometry) analyses. A suitable system model for erasure and false alarm errors are obtained to join the Visible Light Communication (VLC) Systems. A theoretical framework is given for the model in this paper. New digital circuit based architecture is improved for erasure error structure in a FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) complier Quartus. The results are investigated in the Modelsim-Altera simulator in terms of the time chart. According to obtained results, it is shown that proposed digital circuit based architecture can successfully correct the error slots. Additionally, the performance of slot error rate has been analyzed for both erasure and false alarm errors of which the theoretical frameworks are obtained. It is shown from results that erasure error correction system (S-DHPIM) has better slot error rate performance than that of traditional DH-PIM (G-DHPIM). The most important factor in the occurrence of failures is the high pressure in the system and the fluctuation in the pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to control the pressure and reduce the fluctuations in order to reduce the occurrence of new faults. However, pressure control is a costly process that requires extensive fieldwork. Therefore, before applying pressure management, the costs (equipment, field works, and installation) and benefits (potential water volume to be added to the system, potential reductions in failure) should be considered. The aim of this study is to develop a calculation tool to analyse the costs and benefits of applying pressure management in an isolated zone. For this purpose, cost components were defined according to field data. In addition, based on the approaches suggested in the literature, reductions in leakage and failure rates due to pressure control are determined. These fault and cost components are defined in the developed calculation tool. It is thought that this developed calculation tool will be a reference especially for practitioners. Disease, pests, and weeds that result in problems in apple orchards may restrict apple production. Although the direct impact of the weeds on apples is limited, they can be significant, especially at an early stage due to competition for water, nutrients, and light. The most preferable method to prevent crop losses is herbicide use. If the herbicides were used in the same place without a rotation, herbicide resistant populations may become apparent. Implementation of resistance management following herbicide-resistant population covers more long-term and extensive studies. This study was conducted to determine Glyphosate resistance horseweed (Conyza canadensis) population in apple orchards of Isparta from 2015 to 2019. Bioassay techniques were employed to determine the resistance. In the screen test, the recommended rate of glyphosate was applied to the horseweed populations that were grown in the growth chamber and their resistances were determined. In the dose-response experiments, logarithmic rates of glyphosate were applied to horseweed populations and the impact was identified by non-linear regression analysis. I50 values of suspected glyphosate resistant populations were 96.087 and 83.126ml commercial ingredient/da and 106.48 and 98.82ml commercial ingredient/da for F1 and F2 populations, respectively. On the other hand, it is also important to detect the instance the activation is triggered. One of the powerful techniques that can analyze the abnormal behavior of any data is change point (CP) analysis. We suggest that CP detection algorithms also can be used to locate the activations in functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) sequences, as well. Our paper presents a two-fold innovative study in that respect. First, we propose to use CP detection algorithms to locate the activations in fMRI signals as a state-of-art topic. Furthermore, we propose and compare a set of change point analysis methods, a regression-based method (RBM), a statistical method (SM), and a mean difference of double sliding windows method (MDSW)) to locate such points. Second, we apply these methods to the fMRI signals, which are acquired from the real subjects, while they were performing fMRI tasks. Proposed methods were applied to three different fMRI experiments with a motor task, a visual task, and a linguistic task. The analysis shows that the methods find activations in accordance with established methods such as statistical parametric maps (SPM).
