Micro- focuses on the organizational behavioral phenomena, the influence of individual and group characteristics on the achievement of organizational goals. Macro-approach is based on the principle of consistency, the integrity of the organization, issues of structure, culture, communication. Oneshko","doi":"10.15276/ej.02.2022.7","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15276/ej.02.2022.7","url":null,"abstract":"The article attempts to solve the problem of mathematical justification of the organization of innovation in high-tech industrial enterprises in cooperation with financial institutions by decomposition method based on the construction of a set of simulation models with the inclusion of optimization units. The conceptual model of management of innovative activity of the high-tech enterprise in the conditions of interaction with financial and credit institution which allows to make the description of the basic dependences of their joint interaction in the aggregate form is formed and analyzed. It provides research on such dynamic characteristics of the system that help maximize the market value of the company's equity as a general indicator of the efficiency of its activities. Solving nonlinear optimization problems is quite difficult, as it requires the creation of special algorithms. The task is even more complicated when you consider that the parameters of function control depend on time. The interaction of a high-tech enterprise with a financial institution is characterized by a large number of parameters, uncertain structure and many goals. The article analyzes the dynamics of the unemployment rate in Ukraine for the period 2010-2020, and also identifies the structure of the unemployed population due to unemployment in 2020. The causes and features of unemployment in Ukraine are identified, as well as its negative and positive consequences are emphasized. The peculiarities of the natural rate of unemployment and the complexity of its calculation are detailed. The relationship between unemployment and poverty is described. The dynamics of the subsistence level in Ukraine for 2010-2020 is analyzed and compared with the international standard. The fundamental changes in the business environment caused by the COVID-19 pandemic necessitate a thorough redesign of business processes using reengineering methods. The reengineering algorithm involves consistent assessment of current efficiency, identification of the need for change, design of updated business processes, testing their effectiveness and implementation in the organizational structure. Civil society contributes to the democratization and legal processes of state formation by establishing the material and spiritual independence of a person from the state, obtaining a legal guarantee of independence and protecting the private and public interests of people. However, civil society to a certain extent depends on the state and cannot acquire developed forms in conditions of political violence. Therefore, productive relationships between civil society and the state are the main factor in stable democratic development, and their violation will lead to alienation and political impotence of the people. Moreover, a democratic society cannot work and develop effectively without legal support. The aim of the article is to determine the role of academic supervision in the future civil servants’ professional image development. The model of developing the future civil servants’ professional image through academic supervision has been proposed. The aim the model is a competitive specialist development through the professional image formation. Educational work includes: national and patriotic education, moral and spiritual education, civil and legal education, aesthetic education, vocational education. We have chosen curatorial hours, round tables, discussions, meetings with experts and stakeholders both online and offline as the means of implementation. The result of the implementation of the model we regard in the competitive specialists’ formation with his/her own professional image. It has been determined that the future civil servants’ professional image development is a complex and multifaceted process.
