In this review, we have focused on nanocrystalline porous Si (nc-PS) with extension to Si nanodots, and Ge nanocrystals (NCs)Zquantum dots (QDs)/nanoparticles (NPs) embedded in oxides (SiCh, TiCE, HfCh, AI2O3). The great asset ofnc-PS is its intense photoluminescence in VIS at room temperature (RT), while Ge NCs/NPs embedded in oxides show high photosensitivity in VISNIR-SWIR in the spectral photocurrent up to 1325 nm at RT. Ge NCs/NPs/QDsfloating gate NVMs present high memory performance, the retention characteristics corresponding to the state of the art for NCs floating gate NVMs. We prove the relevance of controlling the preparation parametersfor obtainingfilms with targetedphotoluminescence, photosensitivity and charge storage properties for applications, e.g. VIS-NIR-SWIR optical sensors and photodetectors, and electronic and photoelectric NVMs. We evidence the correlation of preparation conditions, morphology, composition and crystalline structure with optical, electrical, photoelectrical and charge storage properties and also evidence the contribution ofquantum confinement effect, localized States and trapping centers.\"","PeriodicalId":32445,"journal":{"name":"Annals Series on History and Archaeology Academy of Romanian Scientists","volume":"125 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78559896","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The second half of the twentieth century is marked by the appearance of its four volumes of logic. The volumes include a history of logic, problems of systematic logic and logic of science, which reveals his logical vision, but also his philosophical one. He manages to develop a complex theory of the history of logic, capitalizing on the conceptions of classical and modern philosophers, through a proper hierarchy and interpretation, corresponding to an integrative conception. He gives ample space to some complex, vast and difficult-to-match problems. He has been questioning himself constantly and he sought pertinent answers to problems of logic, epistemology and ontology, in order to capture some generally valid truths. The history of ancient thought, Greek philosophy and especially Aristotelian thought were analysed, systematized and discussed in his own manner, a fact which led Constantin Noica to contribute to the publication of two of his History of Ancient Thought volumes. About him, Ion Ianoși stated that through his texts he proves a certain aesthetic sensitivity and receptivity to artistic values. The present study, based on a careful documentation, aims to configure an image as close as possible to the reality of the great thinker Athanase Joja. Particularly critical of his own writings, he provoked a relatively low cognitive interest in his research; this explains the fact that his work is insufficiently known and valued. However, the 21st century has begun with a globally manifest desire to capitalize on and reinterpret the knowledge of the forerunners. In this regard, we note the fact that his life and work were evoked, in 2004, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his birth. In the public life, he played an important role in promoting scientific values and contributed to the establishment of prestigious international scientific publications and events, which would capitalize on the results of Romanian scientific research. We consider that any attention paid to Athanase Joja’s work is an approach that is part of the global cultural trends of the 21st century.\"","PeriodicalId":32445,"journal":{"name":"Annals Series on History and Archaeology Academy of Romanian Scientists","volume":"45 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73811623","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data simulated in SPSS, taken from Eurostat, show that these numbers will continue to decrease considerably, both in the Bucharest-Ilfov region and in the Romanian mountain regions. The general situation of mountain agriculture shows similar trends to Romanian agriculture. At the national level, the arable surface has been reduced in stages in the last three decades, a decrease mainly due to the change of extensive agricultural methods (grazing, spontaneous flora) with intensive ones (stable, controlled flora). Following the national agricultural trend, mountain agriculture after 1990 changed its structure and dimensions (such as cattle, production and mountain producers, mountain entrepreneurship, etc.). Some aspects remained quantitatively unchanged, such as the large number of individual holdings and the high share of agricultural land use. In this context, public and private entities must act jointly for the valorization of mountain ecosystems by controlling the pollution caused by the numerous individual exploitations. The mountain ecosystems in the Romanian area influence the national agricultural productivity, valuing the mountain product at the highest levels. Whether it is alpine meadow ecosystems, including coniferous forests and interpenetration zones between high and mid-mountains, low-mountain ecosystems, or high- and mid-hill ecosystems, the ultimate goal of pollution reduction research and action must be the same, respectively protecting the mountain area.","PeriodicalId":32445,"journal":{"name":"Annals Series on History and Archaeology Academy of Romanian Scientists","volume":"37 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74643867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The layers consisting of about lOOnm Carbon base layer and seven 40nm alternatively Ti and C layers were deposited on Silicon substrates. On the other hand, in order to obtain C-Ti multilayer structures with variable thickness and different percentages in C and Ti oflayers, a 20nm thick C layer was first deposed on Si substrate and then seven Ti-C layers, each ofthese having thickness of up to 40nm were deposed. To perform the successively layers with various thickness were changed the discharge parameters for C and Ti plasma sources to obtain the desirable thickness. By changing ofsubstrate temperature between room temperature and 300°C and on the other hand the bias voltage up to -700V, different batches of samples were obtained for this study. From this perspective, the role of the constitutional courts is a prominent one since the courts are the guarantor of the Constitution, as a fundamental law enshrining all the values and rules of organizing and functioning of the public authorities. In Romania, both the Constitutional Court and the ordinary tribunals have encountered numerous requests from individuals. The citizens have challenged and questioned the acts of public authorities, raising sensitive issues, balancing competing fundamental rights, and, finally, the rule of law as a general principle enshrined in article 1 of the Constitution. In our study, we will present the case law of the Romanian Constitutional Court which is more relevant for the role of this court and constitutional courts in general in protecting democratic values in the context of emergencies, with special reference to the relationship and powers of the public authorities.","PeriodicalId":32445,"journal":{"name":"Annals Series on History and Archaeology Academy of Romanian Scientists","volume":"3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83347226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main concepts of his philosophical system are the mystery, the style, the culture, the metaphysical and creative being, the Great Anonymous, the unconscious and the abyssal categories. We are going to address here mainly the historicity of the human being and the concept of mystery. This philosophical investigation is guided by the metaphysical principle, the problem of mystery and the problem of style, correlated in specific manners with the concept of a creative human being destined for mystery and capable of knowledge, dynamic, as well historical as spiritual, becoming onto being. The study addresses briefly the similarities and differences of the philosophical categories employed by Lucian Blaga against the Kantian categories. Also, we approach the relation of Lucian Blaga’s philosophy to Rortian philosophy and to certain ideas expressed by Michael Polanyi. The thesis of this paper is the idea that human expression overlaps human existence (and historicity), with her manifestations of knowledge through creativity; fashioned by the “stylistic matrix”, generated by the “abyssal categories,” with “ontological functions” correlated to the structure of the unconscious human spirit. Although not a personalist, Lucian Blaga emphasizes to such an extent the ontological difference of spiritual and creative nature between the human beings and other beings, that the perspective described is close to the area of personalist studies.","PeriodicalId":32445,"journal":{"name":"Annals Series on History and Archaeology Academy of Romanian Scientists","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85128188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
