It is essential for teachers to increase their knowledge base in creating programs specifically designed for ASD children. Therefore, this study aims to empirically examine the effect of a visual support program to increase the knowledge of teachers in creating visual support programs for ASD children using a pre-experiment with one group pretest-post test design. The participants are nine teachers of ASD children, and non-parametric statistical analysis is conducted to test the difference in knowledge scores before and after administering the program. IRT 3PL analysis and DIF examination showed that the Indonesian IST 2000R had good item quality, with an improvement in IST 70. The discriminatory power parameter (ɑ) of the verbal category items was high. Furthermore, the difficulty level parameter (b) indicated that more than 50% of the items on the IST 2000R are in the average category. In the guessing probability parameter (c), 8 of 9 subtests showed that more than 50% of the items are in a low category. Therefore, this research aims to develop and validate a life satisfaction instrument in the Indonesian language which is new and undetected by gender bias. The modern construct-oriented scale construction method was selected as a guide in developing the instrument, and the participants were 474 adolescents from various cities in Indonesia. At the initial screening stage using the Rasch model analysis, 54 participants were detected as outliers, hence further analysis was only conducted on 420. The results show that I-ALSS fulfills the assumptions of unidimensional and local independence, with a good reliability score. Furthermore, I-ALSS correctly categorizes answer choices into 8 items, without detecting gender bias. This is a quantitative and cross-sectional research with the convenience sampling method used to obtain data from 1,337 students. The validity of the PWBS internal structure is evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory structural equation modeling (ESEM), and composite reliability. The results showed that the Indonesian version of the 42-item PWBS and the 18-item PWBS do not have a satisfactory factor structure and internal consistency. Instead, it has few items that can accurately measure the concept of psychological well-being and are less able to represent the concept proposed by Ryff (1989). Therefore, it is necessary to have predictors that can increase their subjective well-being (SWB). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of religiosity and social support on SWB of overseas students during the pandemic. A quantitative correlational study was employed with data collected from 100 people aged 18-25 through a purposive sampling technique. The SWB of the respondents were measured to determine their religiosity, social support, the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS), as well as Life Satisfaction scales. In this case, a quantitative design was used, with a random sampling technique utilized in selecting 415 students from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Data analysis was also carried out using Rasch Model. Based on the fit item criteria analysis, 5 misfit elements were each observed for the Mean and Standard Deviation logit and MNSQ (Mean Square) outfit. This indicated that the most difficult and easiest questions were numbers 47 and 10, respectively. For regional and school origins, the items containing differential function questions were 2 and 9, respectively. The reliability of the measuring instrument, item, and person was also 83, 98, and 79. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the adaptive performance model suitable for Marine Corps personnel by using job demands and crafting strategy as predictor and mediator variables, respectively. A quantitative method was used with cross-sectional and purposive sampling techniques. The model was tested using a sample of 230 Marine Intermediate Officers. The goodness of fit of the adaptive performance model is quite positive, with RMR = .05, CFI = .926, and TLI= .908. Therefore, this quantitative study aims to examine the relationship between spirituality and emotional maturity (EM) with cultural intelligence (CQ). A total of 97 Psychology students from a private university in Yogyakarta were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a modified scale of spirituality, emotional maturity, and cultural intelligence. The hypothesis was examined by using regression analysis. The result of the study showed a significant relationship between spirituality and cultural intelligence. Quantitative method was used with a cross-sectional design to obtain 879 Indonesian students through a voluntary sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of student characteristics and problems on stress levels. The design used was cross-sectional research with the respondents of honorary public 107 Elementary School teachers in Pangandaran Regency. Furthermore, simple random sampling was used and data collection were conducted through three measuring scales, namely Perceived Organizational Support Scale (SPOS), The Work and Meaning Inventory (WAMI), and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Data analysis used multiple linear regression to show the effect of the two variables on work engagement.
